Jian Nan Chun - Dong Fang Hong is a prestigious, high-end strong-aroma (Nongxiang) Baijiu from Mianzhu, Sichuan, representing the pinnacle of the brand's traditional, multi-grain (sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat, corn) brewing techniques. This 53% ABV spirit, often featuring traditional design elements, is best enjoyed neat in small, celebratory glasses. 

Kaiyo Whisky Japanese Mizunara Oak is a Japanese blended malt whisky matured in rare, handmade Mizunara oak casks and uniquely finished via a three-month ocean voyage. Known for its complex, aromatic profile, this whisky is un-chillfiltered, generally bottled at 43% ABV (or higher in cask strength expressions), and designed to showcase the influence of the porous, delicate Mizunara wood.

Hernö Navy Strength Gin, a bold flagship rich in flavour, is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Dry Gin, but diluted to 57% vol. instead of 40,5% vol. The difference in aroma and taste is very clear, and Hernö Navy Strength Gin has a richer flavour with bolder juniper, coriander and citrus.

Nose: Hernö Navy Strength Gin has a bold juniper character with fragrant citrus and fresh and peppery notes.

Finish: Spicy and peppery with mellow warmth. Long and lingering, yet smooth, finish.

Palate: Sappy with crisp juniper followed by spicy citrus and spring floral notes. A lot of flavours with a sippable texture and a little warmth.

Gordon's London Dry Gin is a classic and iconic gin, widely recognized for its distinctive green bottle and juniper-forward flavor profile. It is made using a secret recipe of botanicals that includes juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, and citrus peel, which are distilled in a copper still to create a spirit that is then blended with pure water. The resulting gin has a clean, crisp taste with strong juniper notes and a refreshing finish. It is a versatile gin that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.

La Bota de Gin 81 "Bota NO" is a complex and elegant gin, perfumed with a subtle sherry character. It has its origin in the finest distillate, London Dry Gin style, with marked citrus and juniper berries aromas, later aged for almost four years in a single cask previously used for ageing Fino from Jerez until it has been bottled at cask strength. The outcome is a symphony of aromas and flavours and a delicate palate that reminds of manzanilla pasada rather than spirits—an exceptional gin. We do not know any other one like this.

At the beginning of 2014, we selected several old casks that had previously been used for maturing sherry or brandy for over forty years to mature this magnificent gin. One was almost completely emptied for this edition of the "La Bota" series. It is, therefore, an exclusive product, which will last as long as it takes to sell out the few more than six hundred bottles that have come out of this single cask.

A nod to the centuries-old practice of transporting and storing gin in oak barrels, we rest our gin in virgin American white oak, giving it a smoky, woody quality. Be sure to share this flavourful experience with your fellow gin and whisky enthusiasts.

Triple distilled and matured for over twelve years; this dram pours a lovely golden honey colour; inviting aromas of crème brûlée, citrus fruit, nuts and a touch of green leafiness; the palate is smooth with sweet hints of tangerine; ginger notes come through on the pleasant and nutty finish.

The Sovereign Port Dundas blended Scotch whisky is made using a combination of single malt whiskies from the closed Port Dundas distillery and other distilleries in Scotland. The exact composition of the blend is not disclosed, but it is known to have a light and floral character with a hint of sweetness and a smooth and balanced flavor profile.

This is from refill American hogshead distilled in 1988 and bottled on 16th December 2020 producing 207 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Crystallised violets and coconut aromas give way to hints of cured meat.
Taste: Sweet red apple flavours combine with banana and citrus zest.
Finish: A medium-bodied finish with lingering fruit and smoke.

Nose: Rich honey aromas combine with sweet lime zest and vanilla.
Taste: Subtle apple notes lead to a hint of fudge. Sweet flavours of honeydew melon and lemon are accompanied by soft white pepper.
Finish: Medium bodied finish, smooth with toasted oak.

MacNair’s Lum Reek is a range of blended malts produced by the GlenAllachie Distillers Company. Created by Billy Walker, this composition is built around peated Islay and Speyside whiskies, mixed with GlenAllachie single malt. The whiskies are drawn from a combination of Oloroso, virgin oak and red wine casks. Nose: a nice start on elegant smoke, tobacco leaves and hints of cedar wood, mixed with raisin sweetness, toffee and a good dose of vanilla. Plum jam. Cinnamon. Lemon zest. Hints of cocoa in the background. Maybe not hugely expressive – elegance is key here.

Taste: s layered combination of dry and sweet notes again. Peaches, marmalade and berries, some honey and dark chocolate. Some old leather and pleasant woody touches. Toffee. Pepper. The earthy smoke is present but never overpowering.

Finish: medium to long, more ashy and spicy with lingering cocoa.

A unique XO, made up of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie - this Cognac’s maturation process has passed through at least three generations of the Tesseron family who have dedicated their passion and love for Cognac through the family business. With fresh and floral fragrances, Lot No 29 unveils velvety aromas of mocha chocolate alongside dried fruit and hints of honey. Its prevailing rancio is characterized by the decades spent in old oak barrels - a true jewel of the Grande Champagne cru.

Nose: Heady, decadent, layers of honey, figs, plums & exotic fruit laced with oak. Sumptuous and silky, this Cognac retains freshness and vitality.
Palate: Supremely elegant, combining dried fruit with hints of mocha and cocoa, refreshed by floral aromatics. Extremely well balanced and complex, with marmalade notes emerging on a persistent finish.

Japan has come a long way with making whisky with many master distillers taking their training right in Scotland and importing the Scottish heather for peat making. There is much quality here in Japanese whisky and dad would no doubt be surprised and delighted with this one, aged in a Sherry cask to give it nutty, toasty aromas and flavours.

The bitter almond is a traditional Portuguese liquor, particularly of the southern region, Algarve. It is produced by traditional and unique processes and can be consumed simple (fresh) with ice (crushed or on the rocks), together with lemon juice or as an ingredient in a cocktail.This liqueur is born from the beautiful region of the Algarve with its almond blossom! For the nostalgic, it reminds them a little of their Algarve.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Italian Fig & Laurel is a premium, small-batch, 43% ABV gin from The Shed Distillery, featuring the signature oriental botanicals and green tea with added Mediterranean elements. Created with mixologist Bruno Vanzan, it balances sweet Italian fig with savory laurel leaf, resulting in a citrus-forward, herbaceous, and subtly sweet flavor profile.

The Glen Grant 18 Year Old is an award-winning Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, matured in ex-bourbon and remade hogshead casks to produce a bright golden color. Bottled at 50.1% ABV, it features a waxy, fruity profile with notes of mango, orchard fruits, milk chocolate, and Demerara sugar.

The colour of sharp honey, on the nose heathery floral notes are balanced with the richness of poached pears and the sweetness of malted barley. Crème brûlée and sweet ripe banana at first, then comes a light oakiness with pear fruitiness, leading to a long smooth, creamy and fragrant finish.

El Dorado Single Still Enmore is a 12-year-old Guyanese Demerara rum produced from the historic 1880 wooden Coffey still (EHP mark), the last of its kind. It is known for a rich, complex profile featuring aromas of butterscotch, coconut, and apple, with a smoky cedar, dried fruit, and toasted nut finish.

Larceny Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a premium, 92-proof wheated bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distillery.
