Created by longtime friends with a shared love of tequila. The focus was to create a smooth spirit that does not require salt or lime. Slowly crafted and aged for several months, results in a golden colour filled with notes of oak, caramel, and cocoa. Superb silkiness on the palate with a finish that is long and smooth.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The particular agave of Cimarron is grown at 4,620 feet elevation, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character. Clean, agave forward; this a blanco that everyone should be drinking.

Myth is a single malt whisky matured in a range of specially selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks, bottled at 41% abv. This whisky has a Kosher certificate.



Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh and lively, Myth has mixed citrus fruits mingling with apple, pear drops and the merest hint of tropical fruits

Palate: Sweetness dominates then moves over to allow some refreshing bitterness to emerge while the mixed fruits continue to dominate the flavour

Finish: Gradually all the flavours ebb away to leave memories of a lively and light style of whisky that is easy to drink

Melted caramel, birch beer, and fresh violets on the nose, leading to a creamy palate of cooked bananas, chocolate syrup, butterscotch, licorice, gingerbread, marzipan, raisins, burnt brown sugar, and complex oak. Honeyed almonds and balanced spice take the lead on a solid finish, with trailing notes of melted caramel, plus cinnamon babka, barrel char, light smoke, and an earthy old leather note. A plentiful array of flavors, all meshing well.

Dassai '39' Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a high-quality sake made from locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. The sake is brewed using a traditional method, which involves milling the rice grains to 39% of their original size, resulting in a refined and delicate flavor profile. Dassai '39' has a fragrant and fruity aroma with notes of apple, pear, and peach on the palate. It has a smooth and creamy texture, with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing acidity. This sake is best enjoyed chilled and can be paired with a range of Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, and grilled fish.

The medium amber-colored spirit offers a blend of aromatic spices, such as delicate cinnamon and nutmeg, combined with subtle notes of toasty oak, toffee, chocolate, and vanilla. It is dry, medium to full-bodied, with a rich texture that harmonizes well with the warm, sweet spiced fruit, oak, caramel, and hints of nut and oak flavors. The experience culminates in a warm peppery note on the long finish, resulting in a well-balanced and satisfying taste.

A full-bodied, silky-smooth single malt from Glenmorangie, offers a nose of rose scented turkish delight, honeysuckle, tangerines and dark chocolate.A soft, velvety texture leads to tastes of berries and nutmeg entwined with mint chocolate and seville orange, then a bold and deep finish.

Caol Ila 12 year old is the entry-level bottling from the Caol Ila distillery, launched in June of 2002 this expression is light and fresh with that distinctive Caol Ila smoke.

Martell XO has a spicy, rich crescendo starting with the mellow elegance of the Borderies, followed by the intensity and finesse typical of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie. The nose consists of ground spice (black pepper, coriander) and red berries. Rich fruit flavours: fig chutney and compote, almonds and walnuts along with beeswax and sandalwood.

Milky white and scented with coconut, this liqueur is sweet and creamy on the palate, with plenty of coconut flavor. It's not as thick as some other cream liqueurs, which makes it relatively easy drinking. Ideal for mixing into piña colada-style drinks in place of coconut cream.

Nose: Aromas of caramel, vanilla, and oak.
Taste: Rich and smooth with notes of butterscotch, toffee, and a hint of spice.
Palate: Creamy and full-bodied with a long, satisfying finish.

With a mashbill of 72/18/10% (corn/rye/malted barley), Old Forester offers a traditional recipe in a contemporary proof. Ponder the basics: caramel and vanilla with hints of herbs and baking spices. Promise shows in pumpkin spice, custard, and burnt caramel, but there’s an unwanted high-alcohol note that dulls much of the sweeter taste. Its final moments are saved with hints of cinnamon. Good value bourbon.

Nose : Cherry blossom and green tea provide a floral and sweet aroma.

Palate : Complex, multi layered, yet harmonious flavour of various botanicals. Traditional gin taste in the base, plus characteristic Japanese botanical notes with yuzu as the top note. Smooth and silky texture.

Finish : The crisp Japanese sansho pepper brings a little spiciness to the finish.

At 307.2 PPM, Octomore 15.3 is our second most heavily peated release to date. Using 100% Islay barley, matured in bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso hogsheads. Formidable smoke is countered by ripe fruit from its patient distillation.

Louis-Alexandre had a love for aged cognac. His own preference was to add an extra drop of Cognac to his glass of Grand Marnier, giving it a more intense taste. As a tribute, we created the premium Grand Marnier Cuvée Louis-Alexandre in 1977, using VSOP cognacs from the finest growing areas in the Cognac region, aged to perfection in tronçais oak casks for richer and deeper flavours.

Colour: Warm amber with tints of copper and orange.

Aroma: Nose of candied orange with nuances of citrus zests, orange and bergamot essences.

Flavour: Candied orange and macerated citrus fruit flavors are dampened by notes of pine and earl gray tea. Very long finish for an intense taste and contemporary experience of the warmth of Grand Marnier liqueur.

The dual wood aging process imparts a unique flavor profile, with an intense gold and dark amber hue. Expect a multitude of fruity aromas intertwined with toasted oak notes, creating a truly distinctive spirit.

Meet Engine, the ultimate taste explosion. This London dry gin is hand-crafted by master distillers in small batches and bottled by hand in the Alta Langa region of north-western Italy. Engine's formula honours Italian and Piedmont traditions, inspired by ancient digestive remedies like rosolios, cordials, and liquors made from sage and lemon. Regauged into once-used bourbon barrels, this is not the WhistlePig of old. Four years’ finishing in Vermont has toned down the sweetness and high notes, emphasizing a complex, leather/dark chocolate/tobacco spectrum instead. Lavender, violets, and ripe red fruit rise over dusty-dry barn boards, blue clay, and dark rye bread. THREE SEASONS GIN, IS AN ENGLISH GARDEN THROUGH SPRING, SUMMER AND AUTUMN
Created where dramatically changing seasons produce truly aromatic botanicals, the finest are selected to create an intense and complex spirit

Each seasonal botanical is distilled individually to preserve the purity of its essence.

Fragrant spring lemon verbena, fresh summer rose, and ripe, autumnal blackcurrant leaf are tailored into a supple and vibrant gin which stimulates the senses, from its initial citrus burst to the rounded, generous finish.

Tasting Notes:
Vital Stats: 43% ABV. Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2021. Double matured in American oak and ex-oloroso casks.
Appearance: This is a light straw color. It forms a thick rim on the glass that takes a long time to form into tears.
Nose: This has the smell of a honeysuckle tree, whole oranges, and a bit of lemon oil. There is just a hint of the grain on the nose as well.

Palate: This is like drinking honey water. It is light and delicate while being full of flavor. It is certainly on the sweet side with notes of honey and star fruit. There is a brief note of cherry on the mid palate. The front and mid palate are quite clean while the finish has a bit of that sulfur taste. The finish is complemented by a light earthy spice, reminiscent of white pepper and allspice. The addition of water sees the sweetness subdued and all the flavors other than the honey are present for longer. There is just a bit of malt that wasn't there straight out of the bottle as well.

The Oban Distillers Edition 2021 is a unique blend of flavors achieved by aging the whisky in ex-bodega Montilla Fino cask wood. This process enhances the fruity and maritime notes, creating a complex and rich expression of the classic Oban flavor. The nose is pungent and fruity, with hints of smoke and the taste is explosive, with waves of rich fruit balanced by a salty undertone. The finish is sweet with notes of Jamaican coffee and oak, leaving a pleasant malt-biscuit aftertaste.

Octomore 13.3 demonstrates the phenomenal force of flavour when combining super-heavy peat with the variable harvests gathered from the island of Islay, raised by friend and farmer James Brown on one singular farm.

Octomore 13.1 is as youthful and dynamic as its super-heavily peated predecessors. Distilled patiently from the 2015 harvest of 100% Scottish Mainland barley, this single malt is malted to a stratospheric 137.3 PPM and matured in the highest quality American oak casks.
