Licor 43 is a liqueur with a complex, but harmonic flavour profile that can be perceived at four levels: citrus, botanic, sweet and floral.Citrus: Reminiscence to the lively citrus aromas of Mediterranean citrus gardens. Botanic: The subtle spiced touch of coriander. Sweet: The sweet palate of mature fruit and nuances of vanilla. Floral: Soft notes of Mediterranean orange and lemon blossom, with a certain point of astringency derived from the peel of citrus fruits, smoothed with notes of mature fruits.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The particular agave of Cimarron is grown at 4,620 feet elevation, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character. Clean, agave forward; this a blanco that everyone should be drinking.

Dassai '39' Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a high-quality sake made from locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. The sake is brewed using a traditional method, which involves milling the rice grains to 39% of their original size, resulting in a refined and delicate flavor profile. Dassai '39' has a fragrant and fruity aroma with notes of apple, pear, and peach on the palate. It has a smooth and creamy texture, with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing acidity. This sake is best enjoyed chilled and can be paired with a range of Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, and grilled fish.

Milky white and scented with coconut, this liqueur is sweet and creamy on the palate, with plenty of coconut flavor. It's not as thick as some other cream liqueurs, which makes it relatively easy drinking. Ideal for mixing into piña colada-style drinks in place of coconut cream.

Melted caramel, birch beer, and fresh violets on the nose, leading to a creamy palate of cooked bananas, chocolate syrup, butterscotch, licorice, gingerbread, marzipan, raisins, burnt brown sugar, and complex oak. Yellowstone is a venerable bourbon label with roots tracing back to 1872, coinciding with the establishment of its eponymous national park. Undergoing a renaissance since 2014, the brand is now helmed by Limestone Branch proprietors, brothers Steve and Paul Beam, direct descendants of William Dant, a pivotal figure in its early history. Yellowstone Select represents a fusion of Limestone Branch's proprietary 4-year distillate with a carefully sourced 7-year Kentucky bourbon, the origin of which remains undisclosed. Though characterized as a higher-rye blend, the precise mash bill remains a closely guarded secret. Bottled at 93 proof, it embodies a harmonious balance of tradition and innovation.

Louis-Alexandre had a love for aged cognac. His own preference was to add an extra drop of Cognac to his glass of Grand Marnier, giving it a more intense taste. As a tribute, we created the premium Grand Marnier Cuvée Louis-Alexandre in 1977, using VSOP cognacs from the finest growing areas in the Cognac region, aged to perfection in tronçais oak casks for richer and deeper flavours.

Regauged into once-used bourbon barrels, this is not the WhistlePig of old. Four years’ finishing in Vermont has toned down the sweetness and high notes, emphasizing a complex, leather/dark chocolate/tobacco spectrum instead. Lavender, violets, and ripe red fruit rise over dusty-dry barn boards, blue clay, and dark rye bread. The spicy rye tones glow with white pepper, while hints of astringent barrel oak keep a slight slipperiness from clinging.

Heaven’s Door Double Barrel Whiskey is comprised of a unique blend of three different whiskeys - two whiskeys from Tennessee with a traditional bourbon mash bill, and a straight rye whiskey. Each of these whiskeys is aged independently in both new oak and fresh dumped bourbon barrels for at least six years before being married together and aged an additional year in virgin, heavy charred, American oak barrels. Heaven’s Door Double Barrel Whiskey is maple charcoal mellowed after distillation, also known as the Lincoln County Process, resulting in a smooth finish.
