It is considered one of the highest quality Baijiu products in the world and is often referred to as the "king of Baijiu".It is made using traditional fermentation and distillation methods, using only high-quality sorghum as the main ingredient. The production process is highly controlled and takes several years to complete, with the liquor being aged in ceramic jars and underground cellars. One of the distinguishing features of Moutai Prince Chiew - Gold is its smooth and complex flavor profile. It has a rich aroma with notes of fruit, grain, and flowers, followed by a velvety and full-bodied taste that is both sweet and slightly spicy. The Macallan distillery of Speyside was founded in 1824 by Alexander Reid, a barley farmer. It was one of the first distilleries in Scotland to be legally licensed. Made from the finest barley and matured for 15 years in a combination of Sherry seasoned American and European oak; these casks without a doubt, are the single greatest contributor to the distinctive aromas and flavours, not to mention the outstanding quality of this Scotch. The apple takes centre stage in the 15, showing baked apples with butterscotch, marmalade and notes of toffee on the nose with a warm palate of warm apples with raisins with cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. The finish lingers with oak and spice.

The medium amber-colored spirit offers a blend of aromatic spices, such as delicate cinnamon and nutmeg, combined with subtle notes of toasty oak, toffee, chocolate, and vanilla. It is dry, medium to full-bodied, with a rich texture that harmonizes well with the warm, sweet spiced fruit, oak, caramel, and hints of nut and oak flavors. HENDRICK’S GIN is created via an absurdly inefficient, yet quite glorious process. In essence, to make one gin, we first create two. One on an old-fashioned pot still, yielding a rich and intricate spirit. The other on a long-necked Carter Head, producing a delicate, more refined spirit. Each still is infused with an unusual symphony of 11 botanicals: chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, caraway, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root and orris root. The gins from the two stills are then married together and graced with curious yet marvellous infusions of Rose and Cucumber.
This odd method of making gin enables HENDRICK’S to taste light, yet intriguingly complex. The result is a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma, elevating any cocktail and all occasions.

The perfect accompaniment to Parmigiano-Reggiano, the 12 Years Old binds the dryness of the cheese, which in return provides a platform for the malt's sweet fruitiness and enhances its clean barley notes.

All of the Demerara Rum produced by El Dorado is aged exclusively in American oak (bourbon barrels).
