A blended whisky from Suntory's three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. Toki has a different composition to another Suntory blend, Hibiki, as its main components are Hakashu single malt and Chita grain whisky. It should work really well in a highball.

The Macallan Rare Cask is a rich, complex single malt from Scotland, crafted from the distillery's rarest sherry-seasoned oak casks, offering notes of vanilla, raisin, dark chocolate, and citrus zest, with a velvety finish, showcasing Macallan's mastery of wood and natural color. It's an annual release, non-age-stated, selected by whisky makers for its opulent aromas and full-bodied character. 

Padre Azul Añejo is a premium 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, aged for at least 18 months in hand-selected oak bourbon barrels. It features a complex, smooth profile with prominent notes of vanilla, caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, and dried fruits, boasting an extremely long, refined finish.

The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a rich, sherried Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has no added color. It features a dark, mahogany color with a flavor profile dominated by sweet spices, raisins, dark chocolate, and the distillery’s signature heather honey.

Glenmorangie "The Cadboll Estate" 15-Year-Old is the first single estate whisky from this Highlands distillery. The single malt was made from barley grown on the brand's 440-acre Cadboll Estate located near the distillery. The single malt matured in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels for 15 years, before enjoying a finishing period in casks that once held Muscat and Sémillion wines.

Appearance: Deep gold in colour.

Nose: Cookie dough with plenty of raisins, dried orange peel, chocolate chips and hints of lemon verbena grassiness.

Palate: Thyme honey, melted butter, green apple boiled sweeties and aromatic barley.

Finish: Red fruit sweetness balanced by rounded malt.

North America's first single malt whisky distillery. A single malt from this side of the sea, aged 10 years in oak barrels. The crystal clear water from Maclellan's Brook flows from the Mabou highlands located above Glenora distillery, giving Glen Breton its classic and pure taste. Produced by the traditional copper pot stills methods using only three ingredients: barley, yeast and water.

Tasting Notes: on the nose it is medium-bodied and pleasantly fiery, offering a tight combination of butterscotch, heather, honey and ground, with wood-infused undertones. finishes long and smooth.

Wild Turkey 81 Proof is a smooth, approachable Kentucky Straight Bourbon, known for its rich vanilla, caramel, and sweet spice notes (like cinnamon, nutmeg, pear) from heavy charring in American oak barrels, offering a full-bodied flavor without harsh heat, making it great for sipping neat or mixing in cocktails like a Whiskey Ginger.

Hirsch The Bivouac is a 100-proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, bottled-in-bond, that blends two different sourced bourbons from Bardstown, Kentucky. It features a primary blend of 3-year-old bourbon (74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley) and a smaller amount of a higher malted barley, 6-year-old bourbon (72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley) for added complexity. The whiskey offers a balance of sweet and spicy notes, with flavor profiles often described as having hints of vanilla, caramel, oak, cinnamon, nuts, and dark chocolate.

Coca-Cola, rich spice, dark chocolate, roasted walnuts, licorice root, maple syrup, Luxardo cherries, and varnish on the nose. Without water, the palate is chewy and full of puckering tannins; add a few drops to unleash dark chocolate, candied ginger, cooked berries, tea leaf, walnuts in maple syrup, black pepper, and a hint of orange oil. The lengthy finish offers chocolate-covered cherries, black tea leaves, and white pepper. Layered and engaging.

While the nose showcases primarily grain aromas, including cracked corn and peanut shell, it also has notes of white pepper, dark cherries, brown sugar, and Hershey’s chocolate syrup—a harbinger of things to come. The palate is a chocolate lover’s dream, rich and tantalizing without heaviness. There’s also mint, cinnamon, cashew butter, and well-integrated oak; time and water bring out sweet orange. It finishes with milk chocolate, toasted nuts, and lingering cinnamon.

Jameson Irish Whiskey is a smooth, triple-distilled blend known for its approachable taste, balancing spicy, nutty, and sweet notes with hints of vanilla, honey, and fruit (pear, nectarine), finishing incredibly smoothly with mild woody undertones, making it great neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails. Its characteristic lightness comes from combining pot still and grain whiskeys, triple distilled for exceptional smoothness. 

Johnnie Walker 18 Year Old (formerly Platinum Label) is an intensely rich, 40-43% ABV blended Scotch whisky, aged for at least 18 years. Featuring whiskies from distilleries like Cardhu and Mortlach, it offers a sweet, complex flavour profile with notes of dried fruit, creamy vanilla, caramel, almond, and a light, lingering smoke. 

Johnnie Walker Double Black is the rebellious younger sibling of Johnnie Walker Black Label with a deep, brooding intensity.' to 'It's a sibling of Johnnie Walker Black Label, but youthful, spikier and more rebellious.

Woodford Reserve Wheat is based on historical recipes but influenced by the iconic core Woodford Reserve Bourbon brand. With wheat as the dominant grain at 52 percent, followed by malt (20%), corn (20%) and rye (8%) - this whiskey was created by renowned Master Distiller Chris Morris.

Woodford Reserve — a super-premium bourbon created 23 years ago in Woodford County, Kentucky — has looked to history for inspiration in its products, but it is ultimately a modern bourbon focused on flavor. Each of the four Woodford whiskeys, along with Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, brings a different flavor profile to the palate. Bourbon is a balance of many flavors, rye is spicy, malt is nutty, double oaked is sweet and wheat is fruit-forward.

Double Gold, San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2021. Glendalough's Double Barrel has sucked the marrow out of two casks, bourbon and oloroso. They each bring their own unique flavour and character. While the bourbon barrels add, among other things, sweet, smooth vanilla notes, the oloroso casks layer on those dried fruit and slightly nutty flavours. And of course these are all accented by almost four years resting in Ireland's mild maritime climate.

Peated to 108.2 PPM and distilled from 100% Scottish barley, matured in a combination of American oak, red wine, and French ex-cognac casks. This unique trifecta adds layers of intrigue, resulting in a complex yet exceedingly elegant single malt Scotch whisky.

Alberta Premium Cask Strength Limited Edition Release is distilled in Calgary, Alberta, using 100% Canadian Prairie rye grains and glacier-fed spring water from the Rocky Mountains. This release blends pot still and column still distillation, aged in heavily charred (#4) first-fill ex-bourbon barrels from Jim Beam, as well as virgin oak and second-fill bourbon barrels. It features an oaky sweetness with prominent vanilla notes on the nose. The palate offers a rich combination of vanilla toffee, milk chocolate, and rye spiciness, with a hint of stone fruits. The long finish carries the complex flavors through to the end.

Gold Bars' 'Rickhouse' Straight Bourbon Whisky is a bourbon with a mash bill of 80% corn and 20% rye. It is a bold, rich and spicy bourbon with pronounced vanilla and smoke. Smoky aromas of grilled meats, campfire, caramel, brown sugar and coffee. Smooth with a nutty, vanilla-bean finish. Non-chill filtered, it's bottled at 103 proof or cask strength or 51.5% abv.
