The Cadenhead Original Collection A Tennessee Distillery 18 years old is an American whisky from an undisclosed distillery in Tennessee. It was distilled in 2003 and matured in a barrel which was bottled on the 9th of Jun 2022 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited release.

This nine-year-old single malt hails from the Dailuaine Distillery, distilled in 2012 and subsequently enhanced with a finishing period in Sauternes wine casks before being bottled in 2021 by Càrn Mòr for their Strictly Limited series. Clyde May’s Alabama Style Whiskey from Conecuh Ridge Distillery bears the name of the man responsible for the brand, Clyde May. Clyde crafted his first spirits in 1946, but it wasn’t until 2001 that the distilling operation was made legal. The company built its name around this popular “Alabama Style Whiskey”, which according to their website is finished with a hint of apple and is the Official State Spirit of Alabama. Clyde May’s Alabama Style Whiskey is bottled at 85 proof. The mashbill is 55% corn, 30% rye, and 15% barley. The whiskey is aged 6 to 7 years in oak barrels and is finished with a hint of apple.

The Clynelish Distillery, situated in Brora, Highlands, Scotland, has a rich history dating back to 1819, with the current facility established in 1967 alongside the original Brora distillery. Initially struggling, it gained prominence in 1896 when acquired by Ainslie & Heilbron, later owned by John Risk. Despite closure in the 1930s, it operated during World War II. Clynelish is renowned as a premium Single Malt, notably used in Johnnie Walker blends. This 10-year-old edition, part of Diageo Special Releases 2023, is exclusively aged in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels.
