Tralcetto' translates as 'twig,' hence the stick-y vine cutting affixed to the bottle. The wine itself is made from 100% Pinot Grigio harvested by hand and aged in stainless steel to preserve the delicate aromatics. It's zesty and juicy, with apple, grapefruit and a touch of residual sweetness. Sip with hors d'oeuvres, or seafood pasta in a cream sauce.

Trellised and bush vine Pinotage and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Coastal Region were purposefully grown to produce our high-quality Rosé. With supplemented irrigation, the well-drained vineyards planted in weathered shale soils, produced 12 tons per hectare. Pale rose gold in colour, with a pronounced bouquet of watermelon, raspberry coulis and passion fruit. The palate is dry with a medium acidity, packed with red berry flavours, floral undertones and a crisp citrus tail. De Grendel Rosé is the ideal partner for lighter summer fare such as spicy prawns, Portuguese sardines and salads made with red fruits such as watermelon, raspberries, strawberries and pomegranate. This youthful and vibrant wine is best enjoyed early while still fresh and crisp.

Head winemaker Rob Griffin arrived in the Columbia Valley four decades ago via UC Davis and the Napa Valley and is the longest-practicing winemaker in Washington State. This wine spent 17 months in oak barriques and shows the rewards of both skill and patience. Expect ripe, juicy cherry and plum fruit with subtle smoky shading, and pair with grilled meats.

Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is a true icon of Australian wine and a perennial favourite in auction circles. First released in 1954, Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from only the top 20 to 25 per cent of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit grown in their Terra Rossa Vineyards. A vibrant purple hue colour with an intense black core, the hints of juicy mulberries and red cherries, with hints old dark fruit and creamy oak. The palate contains medium-bodied cassis flavours, supported by fine tannins and integrated French oak. Pair with baked salmon, roast potatoes and leafy greens.

Viorica wine is made entirely from Viorica grapes, harvested manually and vinified by the traditional method. The white wine Viorica de Purcari is a sensory explosion: it has the aroma of acacia and basil flowers, it is fresh, easy and memorable. The golden color, with bright amber shades, is complemented wonderfully with its balanced and velvety taste and the fine taste of muscatel. Viorica conquers through its complex aroma and subtle finesse.

Luigi Bosca • Malbec D.O.C. is deep violet, with pleasant aromas of great tipicity: red fruits and flowers, sweet spices and coffee beans.

Its ageing in oak is expressed together with toasty and wild notes that are reminiscent of jarrilla. In the palate, everything revolves around a refined fruity core, firm tannins, round texture and a highly pleasant acidity. Its mouthfeel is elegant, long-lasting, deep and voluptuous.

Baglio di Pianetto ViaFrancia Rosato is an organic, high-altitude Sicilian rosé (Terre Siciliane IGT) made from 100% Syrah, offering a pale coral pink color. It is known for its intense aromatic profile of red berries, pomegranate, and citrus notes, paired with high freshness, a marked mineral edge, and a savory, persistent finish.

Dassai '45' is a Premium Junmai Daiginjo sake known for its delicate, fruity, and floral aroma with notes of melon, apple, and pear, and a smooth, clean, and well-balanced flavor that is both subtly sweet and refreshing. The "45" signifies that the rice has been polished down to 45% of its original size, a process that creates its exceptionally smooth texture and refined profile. It is highly versatile, enjoyable chilled on its own or paired with light dishes like sushi, sashimi, and seafood.

Château Haut Boutisse is a highly-regarded Saint-Émilion Grand Cru from Bordeaux, known for its rich, structured red wines dominated by Merlot, blended with Cabernet Franc/Sauvignon, offering complex notes of dark fruit, spice, earth, and oak, with deep tannins and elegant structure, grown on limestone/clay soils with mature vines, resulting in wines with excellent aging potential and complexity.

Ed Knows Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, dry white wine from Moldova (Valul Lui Traian region), featuring bright citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, with hints of green apple, pear, and tropical fruit. It is noted for being a very drinkable, light-bodied, and refreshing option with moderate acidity, often compared to a simpler New Zealand-style Sauvignon Blanc. 

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a classic Tennessee whiskey known for its iconic black and white label, square bottle, and smooth taste derived from charcoal mellowing. It features aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, and caramel, with a palate that includes sweet notes, nuts, and a touch of spice. The whiskey is made using iron-free cave spring water, a mash of corn, rye, and barley, and is aged in new, charred oak barrels.

The Kraken Gold Spiced Rum is a Caribbean spiced rum from the Dominican Republic, aged for two years. It features a rich flavor profile with notes of molasses, caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon, along with "a medley of secret spices". The rum is known for its smooth and velvety texture, offering a bold yet refined taste. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.

Bright light pink colour with a youthful mousseux. Roasted and oak-derived notes with light red berry fruit, citrus and grape. Rather light palate, balanced and fresh with fresh red currant and pink grape, still with a slight oak impact, mild creaminess and a medium to long finish.

The bitter almond is a traditional Portuguese liquor, particularly of the southern region, Algarve. It is produced by traditional and unique processes and can be consumed simple (fresh) with ice (crushed or on the rocks), together with lemon juice or as an ingredient in a cocktail.This liqueur is born from the beautiful region of the Algarve with its almond blossom! For the nostalgic, it reminds them a little of their Algarve.

Rather than sourcing the grapes from all across the Beaujolais region, each individual Cru has their own terroir and soil structure; all made with 100% Gamay with the resulting wines unique and set-apart from each other. At the foot of the Côte du Py are the “Grand Cras” plots, a magnificent terroir composed of compacted sediments from the Côte du Py (a mixture of schist, metamorphic rock, and clay) and decomposing granite. This unique blend with the 75-year old vines produces wines with great character and complexity.
The Grand Cras is very complex and powerful. As it opens up, it presents notes of red fruit. The tannins are mature, leading into a velvety and persistent finish reminiscent of a Burgundian Pinot Noir.

Nebbiolo is not known for making sparkling wine, but it has all the characteristics to make it into a great sparkling. This is 100% Nebbiolo in a delicate shade of pink with a nose of strawberries, and small red berries with cream on a brioche bun. Delicate perlage and bright acidity on the palate along with juicy red berries and hints of orange zest make this a pleasant bubbly.

The project by the Cusomano brothers was founded in 2013, after years of producing wine under the Cusomano name in other parts of Sicily, the opportunity arose to acquire the first three contrade , or single vineyard sites on the northern slopes of Mt. Etna. These single vineyard sites gave birth to the name Alta Mora, which exemplified the stunning beauty of these sites.  Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese, one of the native red grapes grown on the mountain, the grapes are sourced from four different contrade.  This is a vibrant wine with spicy pepper aromas and flavours of black currant, mountain herbs and the ever-present minerality evident from volcanic soul. The acidity is high yet balanced with well integrated tannins.

Cinzano Bianco is a classic, 15% ABV Italian aromatized white wine known for its light yellow color, sweet taste, and delicate herbal, citrus, and vanilla aroma. Developed from an original 1757 recipe, it features notes of white peach, cinnamon, and fresh thyme, providing a versatile,, slightly spicy, and floral profile.

Rich ruby red. Spicy, vivid and inviting nose of rich cassis fruit and ripe cherry with Mediterranean herbs in the background. Pithy and juicy on the palate, mouth-filling with clear fruit and long, precise finish.

Bisci is synonymous with Verdicchio, being crafted in the mountain area of Matelica and staying true to the terroir giving wines that are more austere and higher in acidity. This is a great wine of typicity with a nose full of green and yellow apple, Anjou pear, yellow flowers, even hints of pineapple but still with the mineral nuances, and even a flinty petrol. On the palate that lees ageing was evident as it was very textural and almost tannic, which lends itself to a full bodied wine. More flavours of yellow apple and pear, great minerality and of course, bitter almond. If one is looking to try Verdicchio for the first time, this is a good place to start!

Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino is a premium, amber-colored Italian sweet vermouth produced in Piedmont since 1891 using Giulio Cocchi's original recipe. Lucien Lardy is a family owned property with vineyards in the Fleurie and Moulin-A-Vent crus of Beaujolais. The fruit for this Villages wine was selected from a Fleurie vineyard that is over 50 years old. Perfect with Asian food, this Gamay is bright with bursts of wild cherry. Serve slightly chilled for the best experience!

Exclusive to CLS, we don't often see Nebbiolo done in rose form, but the brother and sister team at Antoniolo of Lorella (whom this wine is named after)and Alberto have created this gorgeous rosato that is intense and fragrant with juicy red raspberries and violets. Initial mouth feel is soft but the acidity is high with a subtle spicy kick. Slight tannins and medium alcohol all rolled into a perfectly balanced wine. Only 50 more bottles left in the province, and they are here at CLS, so be sure to get your hands on one (or three, or...)
