This three generation family winery has passion for the vine and dedication to work. Particelle means parcels, or individual plots of land where the grapes are grown. Known now under the name "Rive" highlights the different expressions of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, obtained from the steepest and most suitable vineyards with grapes coming from a single municipality or fraction of it, to enhance the characteristics that the territory gives to the wine. Colbertaldo is one of the original "Rive" and this wine has elegant perlage with creamy foam. The conformation of the soil and the southern exposure give it florality with some notes of yellow fruit and a full and balanced flavour.

The Groenekloof vineyards are located near Darling on the West Coast and consist of a series of hills running parallel to the ocean. These bush vines are low yielding vineyards, delivering a refreshing, well-structured wine with bright, tropical aromatics. Fukucho Seaside is a premium sake produced by Imada Sake Brewery, located in the Hiroshima Prefecture of Japan. It is made using high-quality Yamada Nishiki rice and pure water sourced from a nearby mountain. Fukucho Seaside is a junmai ginjo style sake, which means it is brewed using only rice, water, yeast, and koji mold without any added alcohol. It has a delicate and fruity aroma, with notes of pear, melon, and a hint of green apple. On the palate, it is clean and refreshing, with a soft mouthfeel and a slightly dry finish. The name "Seaside" reflects the brewer's intention to create a sake that evokes the freshness and purity of the nearby sea. Crafted with home-grown heritage apples, Rumrunner's apples are hand-pressed using our traditional rack and cloth press, slowly fermented with Champagne yeast, then aged in rum-soaked bourbon barrels for a minimum of six months. Aromas of brown sugar and rum show the complexity of this semi-dry sparkling cider. Delicious cold, or mulled and heated with butter, Rumrunner pairs well with steak, Caribbean and Moroccan food.
