Princes Blanc de Blancs NV is a non-vintage wine, meaning it is a blend of different vintages to achieve consistency in style from year to year. It is considered a brut style, which means it is dry with minimal residual sugar, making it a versatile wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with a variety of foods.

This unique product features cigar leaves fermented and aged in ex-bourbon casks, then used to age the rum for 8 years in this impressive decanter. Named for the Kuna tribe, one of Panama's oldest communities it is complex and luxurious with distinct tobacco aromas and flavours along with crunchy toffee, orange peel and roasted coffee. A rum sure to please any lover of fine rum.

Light gold-yellow colour. The nose is still on its reserve but allows for glimpses of beautiful aromas of fruit, ripe citrus, wet stone and spices (thyme). Its aromatic delicacy does not predict the powerful attack of this Brand. Rich, dense, and intense, it vigorously envelops the palate. The mouth becomes strict on the finish with a sapid mineral mouthfeel. There is no doubt that this wine will close up slightly in the months following the bottling. You will then have to be patient and give it time to open up. This Brand is dense and strict. It embodies the verticality expected of such a granitic terroir and has excellent aging potential. Try with oily fish dishes.

Duchesse de Magenta Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Garenne 2018 is a white wine from the Côte de Beaune subregion of Burgundy, France. Clean mineral notes, spice, dried flowers, menthol and graphite all run through this potent yet super-refined Barbera that cries for cold weather and bold, lusty food on the table. When I think about what Asti Barbera should be, the Bionzo often comes to mind."

Attractive, sensual, balanced. A soft and persuasive Barbaresco. Velvety tannins and great body define this wine, that ends with a fruity finish and floral note.

A firm, fine-grained red with plum, mahogany, iron and bark on the nose and palate. It's full-bodied with a dusty texture from the tannins. Flavorful finish. Needs time to soften, but a beautiful young Barolo.

Nose: The bouquet of the 2020 Chablis Grand Cru Blanchot from Domaine l'Enclos is delicate and mineral, its aroma gaining additional expression with oxygen contact. Fruity hints of apple, lemon, lemon zest, honeydew melon, vineyard peach and a hint of wild strawberry combine with lime blossom, heather and anise as well as freshly churned butter and brioche. Its elegant and multi-layered attack invites you to enjoy it.
Palate: Juicy, playful on the palate, its fine acidity, pronounced fruitiness and fine tannin make you think of grapefruit and lemon peel. A truly great Burgundy that still seems a little shy on the palate, a real long-distance runner with a chalky orientation. The patient connoisseur will be rewarded if he puts a few bottles aside, because the fineness will clearly catapult forward with further maturity. The impatient will best forget it opened for a few days in the fridge before drinking it with classics of French cuisine.

This Chateau in St. Emilion was purchased in 2011 by Clarence Dillon, and renamed to Chateau Quintus. The 'V' as used in Quintus is the Roman numeral 5 that characterises the slopes and plots of the vines facing four cardinal points and bowing before the sky, yet also depicting the 5th winery owned within the Domaine Clarence Dillon family. The dragon statue with a 6-metre wingspan that sits atop the promontory, has become a symbol for the estate and is depicted on all the bottles of Chateau Quintus. The 2015 was warm and sunny and with this ideal weather, has become one of the greatest vintages of the Right Bank. A red wine blend of 76% Merlot and 24% Cabernet Franc, the nose has a rich, complex bouquet of blackberries, currants and spicy plums with a touch of graphite. Perfectly balanced with plush tannins, stony minerality and a long finish. Ready to drink, but can be aged for another 10-15 years.

Japan has come a long way with making whisky with many master distillers taking their training right in Scotland and importing the Scottish heather for peat making. There is much quality here in Japanese whisky and dad would no doubt be surprised and delighted with this one, aged in a Sherry cask to give it nutty, toasty aromas and flavours.

The Old Particular Glen Garioch 12 Year Old 2010 (Cask 15592) is a 2022 release by independent bottler Douglas Laing, featuring a 12-year-old single malt matured in a refill hogshead. It offers a sweet nose of butterscotch, honey, and caramel, leading to a waxy palate with barley sugar, vanilla, and gentle pepper, finishing with lingering, drying spices.

La Bota de Gin 81 "Bota NO" is a complex and elegant gin, perfumed with a subtle sherry character. It has its origin in the finest distillate, London Dry Gin style, with marked citrus and juniper berries aromas, later aged for almost four years in a single cask previously used for ageing Fino from Jerez until it has been bottled at cask strength. The outcome is a symphony of aromas and flavours and a delicate palate that reminds of manzanilla pasada rather than spirits—an exceptional gin. We do not know any other one like this.

At the beginning of 2014, we selected several old casks that had previously been used for maturing sherry or brandy for over forty years to mature this magnificent gin. One was almost completely emptied for this edition of the "La Bota" series. It is, therefore, an exclusive product, which will last as long as it takes to sell out the few more than six hundred bottles that have come out of this single cask.

Le Grappin began in 2011 with a vision to seek out special sites in the over-looked, under-appreciated reaches of Burgundy and to seek out viticulteurs who tend their vines throughout the year with exceptional care and attention, to give the grapes the best opportunity to shine. This wine comes from the Beaune Premier Cru, made from 100% Pinot Noir from 40 year old vines. It has aromas of red berries, black cherry, and a hint of earth. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, well-balanced, and elegant, with flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of spice with a long smooth finish.

Les Charmots is a lieu-dit in the north of the village of Pommard. The soils are clay and limestone-based and add a structure to this bolder red Burgundy. The vines have an average age of 100 years and the wines from here are among some of the best in Pommard. This 100% Pinot is expressive and charming with red berry spice notes.
