Rather than sourcing the grapes from all across the Beaujolais region, each individual Cru has their own terroir and soil structure; all made with 100% Gamay with the resulting wines unique and set-apart from each other. At the foot of the Côte du Py are the “Grand Cras” plots, a magnificent terroir composed of compacted sediments from the Côte du Py (a mixture of schist, metamorphic rock, and clay) and decomposing granite. This unique blend with the 75-year old vines produces wines with great character and complexity.
The Grand Cras is very complex and powerful. As it opens up, it presents notes of red fruit. The tannins are mature, leading into a velvety and persistent finish reminiscent of a Burgundian Pinot Noir.

Moulin-a-Vent is known as one of the more 'robust' Cru. From the Les Thorins sector of Moulin-à-Vent, this wine is dense with some solid tannins. Rich, juicy and generously structured with jammy red fruits, Lucien’s Moulin-À-Vent has a red crimson robe.The complexity is deep, with spicy aromas, and a lovely bouquet of blueberries and violets. It is rich in body and character with a beautiful long silky finish backed by mature tannins.

The nose begins with earthy, stony, and slightly dusty notes, followed by a tart, astringent fruitiness with sugary hints of vanilla and cola. The fruit sweetens on the palate, yet the initial earthy minerality persists, enhanced by the tannins and acidity.

The project by the Cusomano brothers was founded in 2013, after years of producing wine under the Cusomano name in other parts of Sicily, the opportunity arose to acquire the first three contrade , or single vineyard sites on the northern slopes of Mt. Etna. These single vineyard sites gave birth to the name Alta Mora, which exemplified the stunning beauty of these sites.  Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese, one of the native red grapes grown on the mountain, the grapes are sourced from four different contrade.  This is a vibrant wine with spicy pepper aromas and flavours of black currant, mountain herbs and the ever-present minerality evident from volcanic soul. The acidity is high yet balanced with well integrated tannins.

Concentrated jammy fruits. Some cassis and aniseed notes.

Waxy plum, bark and sage ride along a throughput of thick tannin and integrated oak in this well-made, full-bodied wine. Varietally earthy and herbal, it offers good value for a high-quality experience of length and breadth.

Sourced from one of the largest wine regions in Argentina, Malbec has its New World home in the vineyards of Mendoza creating beautiful wines with great intensity. The intense aromas of dark berry fruit and flavors of cassis and plum create a velvety texture and long lingering finish. It's a great texture and soft tannin feel make it the perfect accompaniment to rich meats and sweet chocolate desserts.

Winemaker Notes "All the different crus are vinified and aged separately with slightly different processes to underline the singular characteristics of each parcel and terroir. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel with daily cap submersion for extraction of flavor and color.Pair with a hearty stew, wild game, roasted red meats, and cheeses."

This is a red wine from the Tuscany region of Italy. The wine is made primarily from the Sangiovese grape variety, which is the traditional grape of Chianti. The Gran Selezione designation is the highest level for Chianti wines, indicating that the wine has been made from the best grapes grown on the estate and aged for a minimum of 30 months. It is expected to have a complex bouquet with a rich and elegant taste with intense and persistent aroma, with notes of red fruits, cherry, plum, and spices. It pairs well with red meats, game, and mature cheeses.

Inky dark purple core and hue. Pure and layered nose displaying ripe black currant, plum an aromatic herbal spiciness, tobacco leaf, fine wood and violet notes. Nice density and grip on the palate, ample dark fruit notes of cassis and cherry with good layers of sage, bay leaf, tobacco, liquorice and fine wood. Ample and structured with plenty of grainy tannin and a balancing fresh acidity, powerful yet in an elegant style with a very long and lingering finish.

Deep dark red in color with a purple core, this wine offers lifted notes of red jellies, blueberry, lavender and gentle accents of pepper with an intriguing overlay of Morrocan Spice Temple. Angels’ Share is medium- to full-bodied in nature, gleaming with bright primary fruits of red berry and blueberry. The acid is bright and frames the fruit nicely, giving good share and vibrancy to the palate. Floral accents of lavender and freshly cut flowers give good palate complexity. Tannins are chalky in nature and provide great texture to frame the wine. The palate is very boyant with great length and persistence in flavor.

This wine is made from a blend of Sangiovese and small amounts of complementary grape varieties, all of which are handpicked and undergo a fermentation and maceration process.

Family farmed since 1956 The Stewart Family is one of the "originals" in the Okanagan Valley. The winery was built in 1989 with vineyards stones throw away from Lake Okanagan. Their flagship red, the Pinot Noir has a beautiful, typical Pinot nose of wild cherry, raspberry and lavender leading to rich notes of all-spice, cedar, clove, and vanilla. Soft and round in the mouth with a medium body and a toasty black pepper finish.

Located in Montalcino, these Super-Tuscan wines from Luce (Light) are named for the altitude and southern exposure of their vineyards. Cool, breezy nights preserve the aromatic complexities of the grape and make for slow, even ripening. The Lucente is made primarily from Merlot with the addition of Sangiovese. Intense and bright red, the nose opens with intense fruity hints of blackberry, plum and currant, enriched by toasted and vanilla nuances. On the palate it is full and enveloping, soft and elegant, with a persistent finish that displays a pleasantly sweet and fruity aftertaste.

Aged for a minimum of five years, the Padelletti Brunello di Montalcino Reserva is a premium red wine that is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the Montalcino region of Tuscany, Italy. This wine is characterized by its deep ruby color, intense aromas of dark fruit, leather, and spice, and its full-bodied, complex flavor profile that is marked by notes of black cherry, tobacco, and vanilla. The wine is aged in oak barrels for three years, followed by two years of bottle aging, which gives it a smooth, velvety texture and a long, lingering finish. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to hearty meat dishes, aged cheeses, and rich pasta dishes.

Lucien Lardy is a family owned property with vineyards in the Fleurie and Moulin-A-Vent crus of Beaujolais. The fruit for this Villages wine was selected from a Fleurie vineyard that is over 50 years old. Perfect with Asian food, this Gamay is bright with bursts of wild cherry. Serve slightly chilled for the best experience!

Xavier Gerard is one of the young stars of the Northern Rhone. His father left him some prime land in the regions of Cote Rotie (including a tiny parcel in La Landonne), Condrieu and Saint Joseph. Although he is not certified, he practises organically in all his vineyards, and all of his wines are unfined and unfiltered. This is a blend of 96% Syrah and 4% Viognier, which makes its presence known with a touch of stone fruit among the ripe forest berries. Good concentration and smooth tannins, yet with high acidity that all lead to a long finish.

"This has always been one of my favourite wines from the estate… a quintessentially elegant, classic wine of Bordeaux—firm, rigid… with loads of black currants, cedar wood and vanillin, needing 7–8 years of cellaring, and should last for 30+ years.”

The 2020 Pontet-Canet is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot, aging in 50% new French oak barriques, 35% concrete amphorae and 15% in one-year-old barrels. Harvest began on the 14th of September for the Merlot, and the final lot of Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested on 30th September. Opaque purple-black in colour, it needs significant aeration and swirling to coax out evocative notes of black cherry preserves, raspberry pie, blackcurrant pastilles and damp soil, before launching into gorgeous floral and spice notions of red roses, cinnamon stick, star anise and cardamom, with a waft of crushed rocks.

The 2019 Alter Ego de Palmer is a vibrant, complex Margaux Bordeaux, known for its intense dark fruit (black cherry, cassis, plum), floral notes (violets), and hints of spice, tobacco, and chocolate, offering a rich, velvety texture with silky tannins, great freshness, and a balanced, energetic profile that delivers depth often associated with a Grand Vin, showcasing a forward, fruit-driven style that's enjoyable young but capable of aging. 

Reflecting centuries of winemaking mastery, Chateau Cantenac Brown 2020 offers rich aromas of ripe berries, dark cherries, and delicate floral hints —an exceptional wine that captures the soul of its vineyard with every sip.

The Château Marquis d'Alesme 2016 is a red Bordeaux wine, noted for its deep garnet-purple color and rich, concentrated flavors. Chateau Angelus in St. Emilion, Bordeaux's right bank has been in existence since 1782. Now operated by Stephanie de Bouard-Rivoal, who represents the 8th generation of the Bouard de Laforest family. Her goal is to ensure the Angelus name continues to represent excellence and timelessness. Although the estate has been farming organically, they are going through the process to obtain official organic certification. The 2019 Angelus is a red blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc. Full and powerful the blackfruits of black cherry, cassis, plum, dried flowers and forest floor are evident with ripe tannins, medium+ body and a full, long finish. This wine is sure to age for 30 or more years.

Chateau Haut Bailly is one of the most loved and most prestigious wine estates in all of Bordeaux. This Cru Classe of Graves has been owned by the Wilmers familiy since 1998, even though it has been in existence since 1530 and passed down the Bailly family line. With the investment made by the Wilmers family, the winery was custom built to a contemporary building, which allows them to carry out precision work in optimal conditions- that was debuted with the 2021 vintage. This 2019 is a red blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 4% Cabernet France and 4% Petit Verdot. The aroma is elegant and complex with blackcurrants, earth, cigar box and pencil shavings with full body, ripe tannins and lively acids. This vintage received scores of 96+ from many critics.

The Chateau Lynch Bages 2019 ( one of the most famous 5th growths) is in line with the previous wines of the property with a blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), along with the addition of 24% merlot, 3% cabernet franc and 3% petit verdot. This great Bordeaux wine offers a characteristic fruity nose with fresh and spicy notes, as well as fine woody notes. The smooth and balanced palate is supported by a beautifully dense and powerful tannic structure, providing plenty of precision and fruit. Put this one away for awhile. Drink from 2029 and will age for the next 30 years. A perfect score given from Jeb Dunnuck.

Located in the heart of the Graves, the Chateau is named after the family it belonged to until 1851. Now owned by the Quinn family, although more famous for minerally driven Bordeaux white blends, their red wines are also excellent. The current winemaker is a big believer in translation of terroir: he wants all the wines to have a sense of place. The 2014 Fieuzal is a red blend made with 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc for a ripe and fruity wine with herbal and earthy nuances, underpinned with firm, yet refined tannins and well-balanced acidity. Exellent potential for ageing.

The 2020 Echo de Lynch-Bages is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, aging for around 12 months in one year-old French oak barriques. It has an alcohol of 13.03%, a pH of 3.78 and an IPT (tannin index) of 80. Deep garnet-purple in colour, it rolls out of the glass with expressive, upfront notes of baked black and red cherries, plum preserves and blackcurrant cordial, followed by hints of new leather, tobacco leaf and a medicinal waft. The medium-bodied palate is chock-full of savoury flavours, with a chewy texture and just enough freshness, finishing a little rustic.

The 2019 La Fleur-Pétrus dares to outshine Trotanoy this year, wafting from the glass with aromas of rich berry fruit, plum preserve, dark chocolate, cigar box and spices. Full-bodied, rich and enveloping, it's broad and layered, with beautifully polished tannins, a ripe core of fruit and a seamless, enveloping profile. This is an elegantly muscular, generous Pomerol whose sumptuous personality reflects the warm, dry vintage. Drink Date 2025 - 2055
