Clyde May’s Alabama Style Whiskey from Conecuh Ridge Distillery bears the name of the man responsible for the brand, Clyde May. Clyde crafted his first spirits in 1946, but it wasn’t until 2001 that the distilling operation was made legal. The company built its name around this popular “Alabama Style Whiskey”, which according to their website is finished with a hint of apple and is the Official State Spirit of Alabama. Clyde May’s Alabama Style Whiskey is bottled at 85 proof. The mashbill is 55% corn, 30% rye, and 15% barley. The whiskey is aged 6 to 7 years in oak barrels and is finished with a hint of apple.

Beylerbeyi Göbek Rakısı is a premium Turkish raki known for its exceptional smoothness and purity, crafted exclusively from the "heart" (göbek) of three-time distilled Aegean grapes and Kalınkoz aniseed. This 45% ABV spirit contains no added sugar, offering a refined, aromatic anise flavor with a velvety, clean finish.

The fourth release in Glenfiddich’s Experimental Series, this expression comprises peated and unpeated single malt, matured in bourbon barrels and then finished for 3 months in Latin American rum casks. The small-batch rum, called Bumbu XO, has been finished in white oak Sherry barrels from Andalusia, Spain. Bumbu XO is distilled and aged at a 120-year-old Panamanian distillery and uses local sugarcane and pure spring water. The 40% abv expression has aromas of toffee, toasted oak and vanilla, while the palate has hints of orange zest, peppery spice and coffee. The new offering is packaged in a paperless glass bottle, with a matte black finish, silver and white details and a tarnished silver ‘X’.

Pouring a deep amber color in the glass, it opens with a rich molasses nose that gives way to notes of dried fruit, roasted banana and crème brûlée––and no shortage of heat.

Ukiyo Japanese rice vodka is made on Okinawa island using long grain rice that is initially made into Awamori before being redistilled into a fragrant rice vodka. The palate offers notes of lavender, violets and yuzu that mix well with soda water or tonic.

Crafted with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 45%, it features notes of white flowers, peach, and melon with a refined acidity and a long,, clean, dry finish.

Dominio de Pingus is a cult classic in Ribera del Duero, established in 1995. The flagship Pingus has been established as one of the world's best wines and always scores very high. The vine age is very old and never treated with herbicides or pesticides. The PSI or "baby" of the three that are made is named after the 23rd letter of the Greek alphabet. Made with Tinto Fino (what tempranillo is called here), this vintage has 10% garnacha for added juiciness and freshness. Always fine grain an silky tannins, the creamy mouthfeel will make another sip necessary. A great introduction to the wines of Pingus.

Osoyoos Larose is a single-block vineyard overlooking the magnificent Osoyoos Lake, a flagship estate of the Canadian wine scene and exclusive property of Groupe Taillan since 2013. This jewel of the classic Bordeaux grape varieties has the substance and aromatic definition of the wines of this famous French region.

Mastroberardino is definitely one of the founding fathers of winemaking in Campania, and put grapes like Fiano and Aglianico on the world wine map. Also from the quality region of Taurasi, the Historia is made from grapevines that are over 50 years old. Complex, broad, intense and persistent, it is full of violet, blackberry, black cherry, chocolate and vanilla with hints of earthy mushroom notes. Great structure, yet soft tannins in perfect balance. An absolutely stunning wine that will age for 50 years and beyond at a fraction of the price of Barolo! Cenote Tequila Reposado is a premium tequila that is aged for up to 11 months in American oak barrels. This process gives the tequila a smooth and complex flavor profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak. The tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave, which is grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens and then fermented with natural yeast before being distilled twice. Nebbiolo is known as Chiavennascain Lombardia and it is so elegant, perfumey, and graceful, you might not want to go back to drinking Barolo! ArPePe is an iconic producer in this region and their Grumello is a subzone of the quality Valtellina region. At 10 years old, this wine is gorgeous. 

The story of Maison Jadot began with vines and the purchase of a Premier Cru site in 1826. Three decades later in 1859 the family-owned domaine was completed. Louis Jadot also became contributed to the renown of Burgundy by becoming the first negociant, with a focus on selling these unprecedented wines in the Northern European markets with his descendants following in his footsteps.

The Les Boucherottes vineyard covers 8.5ha and has a deep clay soil that adds a lush quality to the the wines. As such, this is a full-bodied aromatic Pinot Noir that is plump and round with a dense structure. The aromas of raspberry and plum mingle with rosehip, raw cocoa and spice. It is a classic expression of the Louis Jadot style, which emphasizes balance, elegance, and terroir-driven wines.

The whisky begins with a base of the same spirit that goes into Glenmorangie Original, 10-year-old whisky matured exclusively in American oak Ex-Bourbon casks. The whisky is then finished for 2 years in Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.

Aroma: Warm spices mixed with smooth chocolate-covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee.

Taste: Deliciously sweet sherry-flavoured sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch combine to create complex warm spices.

Straight Edge is a blend of 5, 7 and 8-year-old Bourbon from Kentucky and Tennessee. The Bourbon was finished in the Napa Valley where it was aged in seasoned wine barrels. The barrels imparted toasty vanilla and dried fruit notes while also allowing the Bourbon to soften and mellow.
Aromatically intriguing with brown sugar, maple, caramelized oak, exotic spices, orange peel and campfire. The palate is velvety smooth, rich and packed with flavors of brown spice, honey and intense caramel. The complexity is apparent and the finish is persistent, long lasting and focused.
