The Drinks by the Dram Rum Collection Series offers a curated tasting experience with 12 individually wax-sealed, 30ml samples of premium and craft rums from around the world, presented in a surprise-reveal box, perfect for discovering new favorites across various styles, from aged Caribbean classics to spiced and unique infusions, ideal for gifting or exploring diverse rum profiles. 

A very primary, bright crimson colour, this has more lift and florals than the 2016 Midnight Race. The palate has a cooler character, a line of fine liquorice and raspberry fruit, a herbal touch, but the tannins are so fine, elegant, and the balance excellent.

100% Carricante. Pietradolce “Archineri” Etna Bianco DOC is a structured wine, with complex aromas of grapefruit and herbs; fresh and flavorful, long finish. This pure native variety is an intense expression of its terroir. Lovely acidity and great minerality are characteristics of the terrain (Milo), which is undoubtedly the best for Etna whites.

This beautifully aged spirit boasts notes of oak, fruity undertones, honey and vanilla underpinned by cooked agave. There is a smooth harmony on the palate, not unlike what shows in some very fine bourbons.

Rich blackberry and plum on the nose with notes of aniseed. Full-bodied with dark bramble fruit and well-coated tannins on the palate. The long finish reveals layers of black licorice and dried sage. MB (4/22)

At its core Mirabeau Gin is a classic Dry Gin. Mirabeau has used a 100% grape-based neutral spirit which adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. Lemons and Coriander add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and Angelica roots impart floral and earthy tones respectively. Rose Petals, Lavender and Jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, Bay, Thyme and Rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the blend.

The various components bring a softness to a classic core, making this gin round enough to be sipped alone. Mirabeau suggests adding a dry vermouth for the perfect Martini or topping with your favourite tonic. Mirabeau has partnered with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic to create the signature Mirabeau Dry Gin and Tonic, garnished with a sprig of rosemary.

Renato Ratti Barolo DOCG Marcenasco is a classic expression of the Nebbiolo grape grown in the Barolo subregion of Piedmont, Italy. This wine offers aromas of ripe red fruit, violet, licorice, and tobacco, with a touch of leather and earth. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with fine tannins and a long finish. This wine can be cellared for up to 20 years, but it is also enjoyable now! 
Pairs well with: a hearty meat dish or aged cheese.

This Auslese (late harvest) wine from Weingut Bergdolt-Reif Nett is a classic example of Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) from the Pfalz region. It has a deep golden color with aromas of ripe peach, apricot, and honey. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied with flavors of baked apple, pear, and a touch of spice. The wine has a well-balanced acidity, which gives it a lively freshness and a long, satisfying finish.

Scarabus, meaning ‘rocky place' in Old Norse, is named after a mystical area of Islay. This is a 10 year old version of Hunter Laing's original Scarabus single malt Scotch whisky. Produced by an undisclosed distillery on the legendary isle of Islay, this expression is aged in a combo of refill, ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks, and bottled up after a decade of maturation.
Nose: Soft phenolic peat smoke, slightly bitter with hints of Lapsang Souchong, tar, sea spray and toasted brioche developing along the way. Behind it lemon and honey sweetness.

Palate: Golden syrup, vanilla, and a slow rumble of peaty smoke and crushed peppercorns. In the mouth a tad rounder and more voluminous than its little brother.

Finish: Sweet peat, umami and some floral freshness. Medium length.

The flagship expression from the Glenkinchie distillery, one of the stalwarts of the Lowlands. A fantastic introduction to the region, Glenkinchie 12 Year Old shows off the characteristic lightness and grassy elements that Lowland whiskies are known for, with nods to cooked fruit and Sauternes wine along the way. Brilliant single malt to enjoy as an aperitif on a warm evening.

Glengarry Highland 12-year-old Scottish single malt whisky is a perfect example of premium single malt whiskey from the Scottish Highland region.
It matured for 12 years in three types of American oak barrels (ex-bourbon, refilled and fired). The result is a whiskey with a smooth character and a balanced taste and finish.

Clyde May’s Alabama Style Whiskey from Conecuh Ridge Distillery bears the name of the man responsible for the brand, Clyde May. Clyde crafted his first spirits in 1946, but it wasn’t until 2001 that the distilling operation was made legal. The company built its name around this popular “Alabama Style Whiskey”, which according to their website is finished with a hint of apple and is the Official State Spirit of Alabama. Clyde May’s Alabama Style Whiskey is bottled at 85 proof. The mashbill is 55% corn, 30% rye, and 15% barley. The whiskey is aged 6 to 7 years in oak barrels and is finished with a hint of apple.

Gin Mare is a premium Spanish Mediterranean-style gin (42.7% ABV) known for its unique savoury, herbal profile, featuring botanicals like Arbequina olives, rosemary, basil, and thyme. Distilled in a 13th-century chapel, it offers a complex taste of juniper, citrus, and savory spices, often paired with premium tonic, olive, or rosemary.

Introduced in 2008, the Crystal Head Vodka, is meticulously crafted from Canadian corn sourced locally. After undergoing four rounds of distillation, it transforms into a neutral grain spirit, harmoniously blended with pure water from Newfoundland, Canada. This exceptional vodka undergoes a rigorous filtration process, passing through seven stages, including three filtrations through layers of semi-precious Herkimer diamonds, known for their exceptional clarity and purity.

More delicate then an irish pot still, it is packed with flavour. The sherry cask finish imparts notes of dried fruits & spice with a touch of citrus.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Italian Fig & Laurel is a premium, small-batch, 43% ABV gin from The Shed Distillery, featuring the signature oriental botanicals and green tea with added Mediterranean elements. Created with mixologist Bruno Vanzan, it balances sweet Italian fig with savory laurel leaf, resulting in a citrus-forward, herbaceous, and subtly sweet flavor profile.

Beautiful ruby colour . Ripe and fairly intense bouquet of crunchy red fruit (cherry). Well-integrated oak flavours. Smooth on the palate, the wine reveals excellent fruits with plenty of rich tannin.

Since 1694, Benanti is synonymous with quality and represents a profound respect for Etna and the wine in produces. Grapes grown on the slope from north to southwest are at altitudes of 450-1050 meters above sea level. Benanti is the only winery that has vineyards located on every slope of the DOC Etna. The Dafara Galluzza vineyard is located on the prestigious north slope of Etna, at 750 metres asl, it is extremely suited to growing Nerello Mascalese. The nose is fine, heady, spicy, with measures of red fruit. The palate is chewy and intense, yet vibrant and surprisingly light on its feet.
