Its robe is soft, with discreet copper glints and lively fine bubbles. The bouquet is rich and intense in cauldron-cooked small red and black fruits, biscuits and pastry aromas. A very lovely attack on the palate which subsequently reveals its suppleness, fruitiness and vivacity in terms of fine and full-bodied tannins. This is a tender and structured cuvee.

The Rosé Dolorès is best enjoyed as a fresh and light aperitif on a beautiful sunny day. It is also perfect for sweet dishes such as seasonal red fruit tarts with lemon zests, or a red fruit salad with mint served with a generous slice of a flaky brioche. Family farmed since 1956 The Stewart Family is one of the "originals" in the Okanagan Valley. The winery was built in 1989 with vineyards stones throw away from Lake Okanagan. Their flagship red, the Pinot Noir has a beautiful, typical Pinot nose of wild cherry, raspberry and lavender leading to rich notes of all-spice, cedar, clove, and vanilla. Soft and round in the mouth with a medium body and a toasty black pepper finish.

Full and round on the palate with notes of minerality, spices and hazelnut. It is fresh and pleasing in the first two to three years with seven years aging potential.

Dictador 12 Years Rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum.

Aged in pre-used oak barrels and finally bottled under the highest quality control to ensure all the secrets are contained in the liquid flavour.

The nose of this wine is reticent at first but with a decant or time in the glass, elegant aromas of ripe red berries and blue fruits begin to shine through. Hints of clove, cinnamon and savory herbs complement the fruit on the nose. The palate is bright and fresh, with a pop of acidity that keeps the wine from being overpowering. Flavors of Bing cherry, fig and cooked plum shine but do not steal the show, finishing with a savory note. This wine will go great with braised or grilled meats and/or earthy vegetables.

Cotnari Casa de Piatra Alb Demisec is a Romanian white wine from the Cotnari region, featuring an 11.5% alcohol content. This demi-sec (semi-dry) wine is characterized by its approachable flavor profile, balancing fruitiness with a structured body, making it versatile for various occasions. 

As you can probably figure out from the name, this is a peated expression, made specifically with heather-rich peat from the highlands. After distillation, the whisky was matured in first-fill ex-sherry casks and allowed a finishing period in virgin oak casks . the experience is a wonderfully floral and welcoming sweet BBQ smoke on the nose with floral undertones throughout. Notes of rich toffee and dark fruits combine on the palate with hints of tobacco leaf and dried apricots before a wonderfully rich and long finish with a hint of spice.
Glasgow 1770 Peated was named ‘Best Lowland Single Malt Whisky in 2020, 2021 and 2022' and is an absolute must for any peated whisky fans.

Stara Sokolova Plum Brandy Lux 7 Year is a premium, aged Serbian rakija (plum brandy) from the Bogdanović family, offering a smooth, rich profile with notes of stewed plum, vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and spice, resulting from seven years of maturation in barrels, making it a complex digestif to be enjoyed neat, slightly chilled, as a symbol of Serbian tradition.

This unique gin, adds notes of citrus and wild berries to the more traditional botanicals. Intense and intriguing aromas on the nose with pastry crust, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, dried thyme and sage, ripe Italian plum and with some complex paprika, cinnamon and black pepper spice. The palate is ripe and rich in black fruits, black plum, cassis and black cherry with some espresso and oak and given a nice savoury side with dried sage, liquorice, a hint of black olive and leather. The tannins are firm but ripe. It is full bodied and has all the elements to age for a long and graceful life in the bottle. Try pairing with venison with a rich berry infused demi-glace.

A no age statement Bunnahabhain destined to replace the existing 12 year old, matured in first and second-fill sherry casks. Raisins, fruit spice, furniture polish, and roasted nuts on the nose, along with an edge of brine. Rich and full-bodied in the mouth, with malt, sweet sherry, and cotton candy, plus cloves and a sprinkling of sea salt. The finish offers red berries, lively spice, and dark chocolate.

Vineyard notes: "Our Chardonnay thrives in our American Canyon and Carneros vineyards in the southern tip of Napa Valley, near San Pablo Bay which spills into the San Francisco Bay. The cool maritime breezes and morning fog allow the grapes to slowly ripen to develop complex flavors while maintaining a bright, natural acidity. We farm all of our certified organic vineyards naturally, using the principles of regenerative agriculture."

The 2020 Echo de Lynch-Bages is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, aging for around 12 months in one year-old French oak barriques. It has an alcohol of 13.03%, a pH of 3.78 and an IPT (tannin index) of 80. Deep garnet-purple in colour, it rolls out of the glass with expressive, upfront notes of baked black and red cherries, plum preserves and blackcurrant cordial, followed by hints of new leather, tobacco leaf and a medicinal waft. The medium-bodied palate is chock-full of savoury flavours, with a chewy texture and just enough freshness, finishing a little rustic.
