The Bushmills Causeway Collection, inspired by the iconic Giant's Causeway, showcases the rich heritage of the North-Irish distillery. Mastroberardino is definitely one of the founding fathers of winemaking in Campania, and put grapes like Fiano and Aglianico on the world wine map. Taurasi is a DOCG area for the Aglianico grape and represents history and culture of Irpinia viticulture. The wine offers complex, intense and rich notes of cherry, violets and spice. The Ricasoli Ceniprimo Chianti Classico is a red wine made from Sangiovese grapes grown in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany, Italy. It has a deep ruby color and aromas of ripe red fruit, black cherry, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a balanced acidity and tannins, and flavors of cherry, plum, and a touch of vanilla. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant aftertaste of fruit and spice. This wine is perfect to pair with grilled meats, pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.

Located in the heart of the Graves, the Chateau is named after the family it belonged to until 1851. Now owned by the Quinn family, although more famous for minerally driven Bordeaux white blends, their red wines are also excellent. The current winemaker is a big believer in translation of terroir: he wants all the wines to have a sense of place. The 2014 Fieuzal is a red blend made with 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc for a ripe and fruity wine with herbal and earthy nuances, underpinned with firm, yet refined tannins and well-balanced acidity. Exellent potential for ageing.

This blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30 % Semillon offers some of the best value with excellent quality in white Bordeaux. Classic and elegant, the acidity is vibrant with lip-smacking salinity and further flavours of green apple, fennel, and a touch of jasmine.

Langjiu 'Honghua Lang' 10 Year Old is a premium 53% ABV Sichuan sauce-aroma baijiu known for its smooth, complex, and savory profile. Aged in Tian Bao Cave, this sorghum-based spirit features a distinct, elegant soy sauce aroma. It is packaged in a vibrant red ceramic bottle representing luck and joy.

Koya is a range of Chinese brandies produced at a state- of-the-art chateau, situated in the Shandong province, near the port of Yantai. The VSOP expression has been aged for six years, and it’s very floral and fruity in style, with a lovely syrupy texture. It offers notes of candied apricot, quince, nougat, raisins, vanilla, orange zest and tropical fruit.

The Vietti Colli Tortonesi Timorasso Derthona, aged in a mix of oak and ceramic tile-lined cement, is a wine with impressive tension and ample texture. Its contrasting elements create a broad, horizontal profile with wide appeal. The bouquet reveals notes of orchard fruit, saffron, honey, and crushed stone. Medium-bodied, this wine will evolve gracefully over the next 10 years, developing more complex aromas of minerals, beeswax, and dried fruit.

Jack Daniel's Bonded is a 100-proof (50% ABV) Tennessee whiskey that adheres to the Bottled-in-Bond Act, featuring a mash bill of 80% corn, 12% barley, and 8% rye. Matured for at least four years, it offers a bold, full-bodied profile with pronounced caramel, rich oak, and baking spice notes.

The Shichida Aiyama Hiya-Oroshi is a seasonal Japanese sake from the Tenzan brewery, released in autumn. It features the popular Aiyama sake rice, known for its robust flavor, delicate sweetness, and unique combination of umami and acidity. The sake offers tasting notes of ripe grapes, figs, and cashew, with a weighty, plump mouthfeel and a balanced, yet slightly dry finish. It's a food-friendly sake, recommended with dishes like tripe stew or sweet potato in cream sauce.

A 2 Year Old Straight Bourbon from Texas distillery, Ironroot Republic. This has been distilled from a mash of 100% Bloody Butcher Corn, meeting the requirements for Bourbon having been matured in a new charred oak barrel (Char 1 - Heavy Toast).

Once again we’ve bottled this at natural cask strength and and have filled just 242 bottles.

An absolutely striking variety of Heirloom corn grown since the 1800’s, Bloody Butcher is probably the deepest red corn available anywhere. Ears grow to 12″, with a deep and bright red colour.

The distillery uses multiple varieties of corn, rye, wheat, and barley. The vast majority of which are grown within 60 miles of the distillery.

Bloody Butcher Corn is a pretty important grain for Ironroot Republic. They use it as a flavouring grain in about 20% of the whiskeys that they make, so to have a single cask 100% Bloody Butcher Corn Bourbon is kind of a big deal

Reminiscent of salted caramel popcorn, also spicy herbs such as thyme and tarragon combined with subtle smoky notes. Palate with some allspice and dried flowers, summer hay but also caramel. medium length

Smoked meat, paprika, cumin, peppercorn, and star anise, amid fragrant smoke and maple bacon. The flavors are supremely fruity with tangerine, marmalade, lime zest, and pineapple juice. Among the fruit is a cascade of aromatic spices, before the interjection of a most compelling sour fruit note, and the smokiness takes charge. It’s certainly no Islay mimic, this terrific Indian whisky demonstrates it has the courage of its own convictions.

History: The vine breeder Georg Scheu succeeded in 1916 in the State Institute for Vine Breeding Alzey (30 km from Langenlonsheim) with his 88th seedling of a cross between Riesling and Silvaner in the convincing new breed - the Scheurebe.

Offering up aromas of rich cassis and blackberry fruit mingled with burning embers, loamy soil and cigar wrapper, the 2019 La Tour Carnet is medium to full-bodied, velvety and enveloping, with a broad attack that segues into an ample core of fruit that's framed by ripe, powdery tannins and lively acids.
