Blend: 58% Sauvignon Blanc, 42% Sémillon
This wine has a pale yellow color with golden reflections. Its nose is very expressive, with notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and fresh fruits. The lemony freshness of the attack gives way to an ample, complex and aromatic mouth, very tasty. It is a refined wine with a delicate texture, in complete harmony.

This spumante comes from marl and clay-sandy soil, in a precious area of “Alta Langa”, which Azienda Agricola Giribaldi became part of in 2013. In this area, for over a century, is where the pinot Nero e Chardonnay are grown to produce Spumante, which according to the piemontese tradition, is strictly produced using the metodo champenoise, of the second refermentation in the bottle.

“The blend of the 2015 is 80% Merlot and 20% Cab Franc, the vines (average age of 31 years) are located in the south of the Saint Emilion village where the soils are clay based with sand and gravel. Fermentation and ageing in concrete vats and then another 12 months in barrels. The winery converted to full organic farming in 2020."

The Rosé de Giscours is a refreshing and elegant wine with a pale pink color. On the nose, it offers aromas of red berries and citrus fruits, with a hint of spice. On the palate, it is dry, crisp and well-balanced, with a lively acidity and a long, fruity finish. This wine is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, grown in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux.

Nose: Dried dark fruits with tropical undertones on the nose, followed by hints of biscuit, oak and freshly cut grass.

Palate: Sweet butterscotch with a crème brulee char on the pallet. Hints of freshly sliced pear, dried figs, dates and raisin with sweet almond, honey and creamy shortbread notes.

Finish: A long finish of thickly spread orange marmalade, nutmeg notes underpinned by complex woodiness and a slight spice.

This Grangestone Single Malt has been matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours, green leafy notes play in harmony with its sweet delicate oak flavour. Larceny Barrel Proof is a premium, non-chill filtered, wheated bourbon from Heaven Hill Distillery bottled at full strength, generally aged 6-8 years. It features a 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley mashbill, delivering a bold, rich, and high-proof experience. Common tasting notes include caramel, cinnamon, molasses, fig, and hazelnut.

Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is a classic, Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured for at least 12 years in American bourbon and Spanish sherry oak casks. It is known for its approachable, fruity, and balanced profile, featuring signature notes of fresh pear, creamy malt, and subtle oak. It has a long, smooth, and mellow finish.

The Glendronach 10 Year Old Vintage 2013 is a Canadian-exclusive Highland single malt, aged in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 43% ABV, it features a rich, natural color and is non-chill filtered. It offers a complex profile of Seville blood orange, cherry, and winter-spiced cocoa, with a lasting finish of oak and red berries.

Chateau Montrose has a family history dating back to 1815, with three owners overall, now being operated by the Charmolue family. This 1855 classification isa 2nd growth located on the left bank appellation of Saint Estephe. The Dame de Montrose is the estate's second label, made to the same rigourous standards as the First Wine. The 2019 is a red blend made from 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. Atypical of blends from the left bank, there is a large percentage of merlot in these wines giving a juicy quality, yet still serious potential for ageing. Plum, blackberry, tobacco and eark earth notes dominate. It's medium bodied with a silky texture, light tannins and a beautiful finish.

With 16 months in cask, the Ribera del Duero offers excellent wines made from Tempranillo. Elegant and refined, this will age well- another 15 years easily.

Winemaker Tasting Notes: 

Colour: It is very intense, almost impenetrable, with a very dark background and a deep red rim.

Nose: When you bring it closer to the nose, many layers appear superimposed. The black fruits stand out with the memory of perfectly ripe plums and blackberries. It has a large mineral component that gives depth to the wine with memories of the smell of Chinese ink. The smell of the humid earth and the aromatic herbs in the shade of the pines appeared. There is a huge balance in which oak accompanies in the distance.Delicate, long, suggestive and intense at the same time and topped with menthol notes of black cocoa.

Taste: Voluminous and full. With black fruit and cocoa, but also freshness. It remembers the landscape of the pine forest of La Horra with freshness after the rain.The tannins are of great quality and forge a feeling of power and elegance at the same time, being voluminous and aerial. A set of fruit, minerality, volume, length and freshness that forms a huge wine.

Excellent to have with meat dishes.

Bridgeland Taber Corn Whisky Cask Strength Single Barrel is a high-proof (approx. 63% ABV) bourbon-style Canadian whisky from Calgary's Bridgeland Distillery. The recipe for Antica Torino Amaro della Sacra is a closely guarded secret, but it is known to contain ingredients such as gentian root, wormwood, and orange peel. The liqueur is typically served neat or on the rocks, and can also be used as a cocktail ingredient.

Ilegal Mezcal Añejo is a premium mezcal aged for at least 13 months in a blend of new and used American oak barrels. It's known for its rich, complex flavor profile, featuring notes of smoky agave, caramel, and vanilla, with a warm, velvety finish. 

Dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, soft brightening on the rim. Nuances of pickled cherries underlaid with a touch of white chocolate, tobacco notes, dried figs in the background and a floral touch. Medium complexity, ripe plums, vivid, somewhat demanding tannins, nougat on the finish, shows good length, a peppery finish and overall, a touch rustic.

The term Recioto originates from the dialect word “recia,” meaning ear, referring to the top part of the grape bunches that receive the best exposure. This dessert wine pairs beautifully with various baked goods, especially traditional Veronese pandoro, panettone, pastries, and dark chocolate.
