Crafted with six Arctic botanicals from the northern Quebec, Ungava gin will make any cocktail uniquely wild. The rare botanicals are hand-foraged, dried, and then slowly steeped for five weeks for a natural extraction of complex flavour and colour. Nebbiolo is not known for making sparkling wine, but it has all the characteristics to make it into a great sparkling. If you're looking for Beaujolais Cru, look no further. Of the 10 Cru, CLS has wines from seven. Rather than sourcing the grapes from all across the Beaujolais region, each individual Cru has their own terroir and soil structure; all made with 100% Gamay with the resulting wines unique and set-apart from each other. At the foot of the Côte du Py are the “Grand Cras” plots, a magnificent terroir composed of compacted sediments from the Côte du Py (a mixture of schist, metamorphic rock, and clay) and decomposing granite. This unique blend with the 75-year old vines produces wines with great character and complexity.
The Grand Cras is very complex and powerful. As it opens up, it presents notes of red fruit. The tannins are mature, leading into a velvety and persistent finish reminiscent of a Burgundian Pinot Noir.

The nose begins with earthy, stony, and slightly dusty notes, followed by a tart, astringent fruitiness with sugary hints of vanilla and cola. The fruit sweetens on the palate, yet the initial earthy minerality persists, enhanced by the tannins and acidity.

The project by the Cusomano brothers was founded in 2013, after years of producing wine under the Cusomano name in other parts of Sicily, the opportunity arose to acquire the first three contrade , or single vineyard sites on the northern slopes of Mt. Etna. These single vineyard sites gave birth to the name Alta Mora, which exemplified the stunning beauty of these sites.  Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese, one of the native red grapes grown on the mountain, the grapes are sourced from four different contrade.  This is a vibrant wine with spicy pepper aromas and flavours of black currant, mountain herbs and the ever-present minerality evident from volcanic soul. The acidity is high yet balanced with well integrated tannins.

The Evesham Wood Sojeau Vineyard Pinot Noir (Eola-Amity Hills) is a structured, cool-climate wine known for its high energy and bright acidity. This classic non-alcoholic Riesling by Dr ZenZen wine is harmoniously dry, with an ideal balance of sweetness and acidity. Rich ruby red. Spicy, vivid and inviting nose of rich cassis fruit and ripe cherry with Mediterranean herbs in the background. Pithy and juicy on the palate, mouth-filling with clear fruit and long, precise finish.

Bisci is synonymous with Verdicchio, being crafted in the mountain area of Matelica and staying true to the terroir giving wines that are more austere and higher in acidity. This is a great wine of typicity with a nose full of green and yellow apple, Anjou pear, yellow flowers, even hints of pineapple but still with the mineral nuances, and even a flinty petrol. On the palate that lees ageing was evident as it was very textural and almost tannic, which lends itself to a full bodied wine. More flavours of yellow apple and pear, great minerality and of course, bitter almond. If one is looking to try Verdicchio for the first time, this is a good place to start!

Mastroberardino is definitely one of the founding fathers of winemaking in Campania, and put grapes like Fiano and Aglianico on the world wine map. Also from the quality region of Taurasi, the Historia is made from grapevines that are over 50 years old. Complex, broad, intense and persistent, it is full of violet, blackberry, black cherry, chocolate and vanilla with hints of earthy mushroom notes. Great structure, yet soft tannins in perfect balance. An absolutely stunning wine that will age for 50 years and beyond at a fraction of the price of Barolo! Collectors should always add aglianico to their cellar portfolio.

Aged for a minimum of five years, the Padelletti Brunello di Montalcino Reserva is a premium red wine that is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the Montalcino region of Tuscany, Italy. This wine is characterized by its deep ruby color, intense aromas of dark fruit, leather, and spice, and its full-bodied, complex flavor profile that is marked by notes of black cherry, tobacco, and vanilla. The wine is aged in oak barrels for three years, followed by two years of bottle aging, which gives it a smooth, velvety texture and a long, lingering finish. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to hearty meat dishes, aged cheeses, and rich pasta dishes.
