Exclusive to CLS, we don't often see Nebbiolo done in rose form, but the brother and sister team at Antoniolo of Lorella (whom this wine is named after)and Alberto have created this gorgeous rosato that is intense and fragrant with juicy red raspberries and violets. Initial mouth feel is soft but the acidity is high with a subtle spicy kick. Slight tannins and medium alcohol all rolled into a perfectly balanced wine. Only 50 more bottles left in the province, and they are here at CLS, so be sure to get your hands on one (or three, or...)

Deep garnet in color with rich raspberry, fig, exotic clove spice, and notes of fresh mint. Layered briary fruit on the palate with cocoa and a slight crushed granite minerality. Supple tannins and a long, lingering finish. MB (2/22)

Sunday Sail Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough is a fresh and zesty wine with notes of tropical fruits, citrus, and herbs. It is produced by Sunday Sail, a winery located in Marlborough, New Zealand, known for its world-renowned Sauvignon Blanc.Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Marlborough region, which is renowned for its ideal growing conditions for this grape variety. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees to enhance its texture and complexity. It has a bright, pale yellow color and a crisp, dry finish that makes it an excellent pairing for seafood, salads, and light appetizers.

Full and round on the palate with notes of minerality, spices and hazelnut. It is fresh and pleasing in the first two to three years with seven years aging potential.

The full, generous flavours of classic Barossa Shiraz are enhanced by the careful use of aged Scotch whisky barrels for finishing.
The intense nose offers cedar, vanilla bean and buttered toast with notes of pecan nut and roast cashew.

The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh and vibrant character. Decoy Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw colour with aromas of citrus, melon, and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with flavours of grapefruit, lime, and passion fruit. The wine has a bright acidity and a clean, zesty finish.

Quails' Gate Rosé pairs perfectly with sunshine-filled days and memorable moments with your favourite people. Made in a versatile dry style, this classic, easy-drinking wine is fresh and fruit-forward, with enough balance and depth to intrigue a true connoisseur. The Wine is made using a combination of Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes. After harvest, the grapes received four hours of skin contact for colour and flavour before being pressed off. Each varietal was cold-fermented separately in stainless steel before being expertly blended by our winemaking team. Pairs well with: Pizza, Caprese Salad & Grilled Tuna

Osoyoos Larose is a single-block vineyard overlooking the magnificent Osoyoos Lake, a flagship estate of the Canadian wine scene and exclusive property of Groupe Taillan since 2013. This jewel of the classic Bordeaux grape varieties has the substance and aromatic definition of the wines of this famous French region.

Deep dark red in color with a purple core, this wine offers lifted notes of red jellies, blueberry, lavender and gentle accents of pepper with an intriguing overlay of Morrocan Spice Temple. Angels’ Share is medium- to full-bodied in nature, gleaming with bright primary fruits of red berry and blueberry. The acid is bright and frames the fruit nicely, giving good share and vibrancy to the palate. Floral accents of lavender and freshly cut flowers give good palate complexity. Tannins are chalky in nature and provide great texture to frame the wine. The palate is very boyant with great length and persistence in flavor.

Domaine l'Enclos' 2020 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudsier demonstrates both elegance and power: apple, pear, quince, orange and orange zest, notes of vanilla, bread crust and coffee with milk. Everything is dominated by a scent of sea air, dried oyster shell and seaweed. A great opening on the tongue, lots of light and juicy fruit combine with a fine acidity which is wonderfully integrated into the fondant of the fruit. A high-class Chablis.

Inky dark purple core and hue. Pure and layered nose displaying ripe black currant, plum an aromatic herbal spiciness, tobacco leaf, fine wood and violet notes. Nice density and grip on the palate, ample dark fruit notes of cassis and cherry with good layers of sage, bay leaf, tobacco, liquorice and fine wood. Ample and structured with plenty of grainy tannin and a balancing fresh acidity, powerful yet in an elegant style with a very long and lingering finish.

Dark ruby. Slight funk on the nose, but ripe red fruit and spice permeates. Intense flavours of ripe red Cherry, raspberry, strawberry, lemon salt, cinnamon, nutmeg. Dry, medium bodied. Good acidity and low, soft tannins. ABV 13.5%. Juicy, fruity, and fresh. Natural wine that has rusticity.

Perlage: Fine, elegant and long-lasting mousse.

Colour: Pale lemon shade with golden and green highlights.

Bouquet: On the first nose, the wine reveals white flower aromas (honeysuckle, lilac), citrus notes, as well as fresh butter and cream. After airing, as it is getting warmer, this Champagne exhales another spectrum of aromas. The wine reveals spicy notes of ginger, and lemongrass, which were unsuspected until then.

Flavour: The beautiful quality of the acidity (present throughout the tasting) is especially remarkable. The frank vinosity of the wine (roundness and alcohol) gives an impression of strength and freshness. The wine appears both broad yet tight. These various sensations produce a pure, creamy and silky-textured wine. The finish is clean, slightly mineral and long. The last aroma is the grapefruit. The impression will be remembered as a harmonious, healthy and vibrant wine.

The essence of Tokaj wine region in one small bottle. This vintage raised excellent quality, concentrated aszú berries. These wine specialties is extremely rare, they can born in very few vintages and only a very small quantity. The number off bottles produced is 599.

Exceptionally complex, fine-smelling aszú made with furmint base wine and linden-leaf aszú grain. In addition to its intense fruity aroma and good acids, it has a completely smooth, elegant structure. Its sugar content can be described in the background, its main value in its complexity and impeccable balance. A lovely but firm wine, taking full advantage of the vintage. An excellent accessory for desserts and cigars.

This expression replaces the previous 17 year old, and has been aged in bourbon and second-fill American oak casks, followed by a period in first-fill Spanish oak oloroso butts. The palate is sweet and spicy, with Jaffa orange segments dipped in sea salt, toffee, and dark chocolate. Orange and oak in the medium-length finish.

Kura The Whisky Sherry Cask Finish is a Helios Distillery expression from Okinawa, Japan, aged in American White Oak and finished in Oloroso sherry casks. It is a 40–43% ABV whisky featuring a rich, complex profile with notes of dried fruit (figs, raisins), caramel, chocolate, and subtle smoke, offering a smooth, long, and sweet finish.

Kujira Inari is a 46% ABV Japanese single grain whisky from Okinawa’s Masahiro Shuzo, crafted from 100% Indica rice and black Koji. Aged in virgin white oak, sherry, and bourbon casks, it features a deep amber color with a flavor profile of tropical fruits, delicate oak, butterscotch, and nuts.

Santo Tequila Blanco is a crisp and clean spirit that showcases the pure flavors of 100% Blue Weber agave. Fuenteseca Tequila presents the mastery of agave cultivation and tequila distillation using agave cultivated in various soil types, distilled in assorted still types, and rested in an array of vessels, be they of stainless steel or a collection of wooden casks from around the world… harmonizing to create incomparable spirits in a series of limited bottlings.

Three-quarters of the bottling made in a double-copper column still with removed plates to achieve a lower distillation proof and the remaining quarter made in an alembic pot still. Half of the run was then stored in American white oak previously used to age California
red wine, and the remaining half barreled in used dark French Oak. The casks were then stored for 7 years at 3,800' elevation in a cool-climate subterranean barrel room.

The tequila offers spicy sweet oak, caramel, vanilla, with hints of black pepper, apricots, and baking spices, culminating in a spicy-sweet extra añejo finish with pronounced oak and a sweet dry aftertaste.

An unfiltered London Dry style gin made with more than 10x the normal botanicals, sourced from around the world. Our distillation process leaves all of the aromatic oils and essences from our botanicals intact, creating an alluring translucence when the Tempest Dry Gin is chilled or mixed. Upon opening the bottle you’ll experience Resinous Juniper, weaving through Fresh, Bright Citrus and an Intoxicating Blend of Spices, all perfectly balanced. The harmony continues on the palate, for a perfectly articulated botanical freshness.

The small-batch rum, called Bumbu XO, has been finished in white oak Sherry barrels from Andalusia, Spain. Bumbu XO is distilled and aged at a 120-year-old Panamanian distillery and uses local sugarcane and pure spring water. The 40% abv expression has aromas of toffee, toasted oak and vanilla, while the palate has hints of orange zest, peppery spice and coffee. The new offering is packaged in a paperless glass bottle, with a matte black finish, silver and white details and a tarnished silver ‘X’.
