The Lelarge-Pugeot Extra Brut Millesime 2008 is a sparkling wine made from a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) grapes grown in the Vrigny Premier Cru subregion of Champagne. It has a golden color with fine and persistent bubbles and aromas of ripe fruit, citrus, and brioche. On the palate, it is dry, complex, and full-bodied, with flavors of white peach, apricot, toasted almonds, and a hint of honey. The wine has a long and mineral finish, which makes it a great pairing for seafood, white meat, and creamy dishes.

The Champagne Armand de Brignac Rose is crafted with Pinot Noir from old vines, planted in the Montagne de Reims, that produce fruit with powerful flavor intensity. The resulting cuvée features bright, fresh layers of red fruits, complemented by hints of baked pastry aromas.

Chateau Canon-la-Gaffeliere is a Premier Grand Cru Classe, located in the St. Emilion appellation on the right bank of Bordeaux. Owned by the von Neipperg family, there are links to viticulture here since the 13th century. Canon -la-Gaffeliere is one of only two Bordeaux properties that is Certified Organic. The 2014 is a red blend of 55% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Franc and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of preserved blackberry, fig and black currant.
