Domaine Reine Juliette is located in the heart of Languedoc, less than 10km from the Mediterranean Sea. The sixth generation runs the winery now and is named for the road the domaine is built on. The wine is a blend of Grenache and Syrah, showing bright strawberry, pomegranate and watermelon notes with excellent acidity and focus. Great with summer salads and even pizza!

Kaleden, BC, situated on the bench overlooking Skaha lake is home to the Black Market winery. Here they craft small batch wines using grape varieties that grow well in the Okanagan. This Rose is made with 100% Syrah and has a vibrant nose aromas of crabapple, watermelon, wild strawberries, and cherries. On the palate, it's dry with crisp acidity and dominated by rich flavours of wild red berries, rhubarb and lime zest.

Dry Provence-style rosé made from Cinsaut. Brigth, with a salmon hue colour and low alcohol, but substantial in taste and texture. The mesmerising soft peachy-pink tint grabs the interest upon first glace, and then a bright bush of juicy cherry fruit fills out the palate. Floral and spicy notes linger the background along with the slightest tang of sea salt. Enjoy this exuberant rosé simply on its own, well chilled, or with an endless variety of culinary complements.

Nestled between Priorat and Monsant, the Cellar de Capcanes offers quality Catalan winemaking. Originally established as a co-operative in the 1930s when five families got together to vinify all the wine of this Priorat-area village, the Celler de Capcanes drew the attention of the wine world in the early nineties when they started to produce premium Kosher wines for the Jewish community in Barcelona. Made from a blend of tempranillo, garnacha, merlot, syrah and carignan, it's an easy drinking summer quaffer- an "all purpose" red.

1/2022: bright yellow color. The nose expresses, with almost violence, powerful smoky aromas, gun flint, crushed volcanic rocks… The Rangen is very present in this wine! The palate is intense, broad and the wine is already superbly expressive. It is difficult to explain the energy of this wine through numbers or words, but it is present, especially on the finish. Very long, this Rangen makes you salivate and becomes very enticing thanks to a synergy between the salified acidity and beautiful bitterness, typical of Rangen’s volcanic greywackes.

The Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and elegant wine with a deep ruby-red color. On the nose, it displays aromas of black fruits, such as blackcurrants, blackberries, and cassis, along with subtle hints of tobacco, vanilla, and chocolate. The palate is full-bodied, with firm tannins and a long, persistent finish. The fruit flavors are complemented by spicy notes of pepper and cinnamon, as well as a touch of oak that adds complexity and structure to the wine. Overall, this is a well-balanced and flavorful Cabernet Sauvignon that can be enjoyed now or aged for several years.

Eve Michel Rey Pouilly-Fuissé En Buland 2018 is a white wine from the Burgundy region of France. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine has a pale gold color with a bouquet of delicate floral and fruity aromas. On the palate, it is round and well-balanced with flavors of white peaches and a hint of minerality. The wine has a fresh and long finish with a subtle acidity. This wine pairs well with seafood, shellfish, and white meats.

Tangs of struck flint and lime zest introduce this richly concentrated yet zesty Chardonnay sourced from vineyards adjacent to the Grand Cru of Le Montrachet. Flavors of lemon and tangerine are opulent and piercing, softened by hints of vanilla, cream and smoked wood. Moderately full bodied but bold in presence, the wine should improve through 2035.

Wine Enthusiast: Plum and berry aromas are rough and gritty like hot asphalt, while this Malbec is earthy and hints at barnyard animal hide on the nose. Located in Savigny-les-Beaune, this climat of Les Serpentières is located under Roichottes with 1 ha on a south-facing exposure. It was formerly called "Les serpentines" after the name of a species of snake that could often be seen in the summer on the hot and stony Burgundy lands. Made with 100% Pinot Noir, the wine has a complex bouquet of dark fruit, including black cherry, blackberry, and plum, with hints of earth, spice, and leather. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with rich flavors of black fruit with a backbone of firm tannins with a long, lingering finish.

Proprieta Sperino Rosé is a crisp and refreshing wine that showcases the unique terroir of the Piedmont region. Made from a blend of native grapes Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Croatina, the wine has a bright pink color and aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, and hints of rose petals. On the palate, the wine is balanced and elegant, with flavors of fresh berries and a subtle minerality. It is a versatile wine that pairs well with light salads, seafood, and grilled meats, or can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.

Sparkly red currant tones give pause while admiring this wine in the glass. Fruit-packed, it exhibits the best characteristics of a young Sancerre Rosé, with raspberry and wild peach aromas. Complete and round in the mouth, it opens up gradually, with a fresh liveliness being tempered by a hint of tannins. It finishes on fruity notes (black currant, raspberry) with a long, pretty aftertaste of citrus fruits.

Louis Jadot is one of the largest producers of estate Burgundies of the Cote d'Or and one of the most celebrated exporters of premium Burgundies, owning close to 140 acres of vineyards from 24 of the most prestigious sites in Burgundy.

The emotion of Les Corvées reveals itself in the beauty of desire and the anticipation of the absolute. Stretching south beyond Gevrey-Chambertin, Les Corvées is situated in an area that is relatively flat with rich soils. This gives a taste of the finesse of the premiers crus which border its southern extremity. A deep garnet appearance with mauve highlights, producing a dark veneer in the glass. Purple tones with ruby glints, reminiscent of glorious years.

Château des Quarts was created in 2012 through a joint partnership between two old friends, Dominique Lafon and Olivier Merlin.

For over a decade, Olivier had tasked himself with sourcing and making wine from the best sites within Pouilly-Fuissé and bottling them under his own label. After buying grapes from Clos des Quarts for several vintages, he was first approached with the news that it was for sale. Having been already convinced of the terroir's integrity he jumped on the opportunity.

The vineyard is located in Chaintré, the southernmost village of Pouilly-Fuissé. At just over 2 hectares, the oldest vines are almost a century old and are planted on clay-limestone soils.

Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Chardonnay is a white wine produced by Jacob's Creek winery in South Australia. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that are carefully selected and harvested by hand.

The wine is aged using a unique "double barrel" technique, which involves maturing the wine in French oak barrels, and then finishing it in specially selected, toasted American oak barrels. This process imparts complex flavors and aromas to the wine, including notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice.

Champerrrier is a red wine produced by Domaine Tortochot in the Gevrey-Chambertin subregion of Burgundy. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are carefully selected and hand-harvested. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12-18 months to develop complexity and richness.

On the nose, Champerrrier has a bouquet of red and black fruit aromas, with notes of cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is a medium-bodied wine with flavors of ripe fruit, earthy notes, and a touch of oak. The wine has a firm tannic structure and a long, elegant finish that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.

Overall, Champerrrier is a well-crafted red wine that showcases the unique characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape and the terroir of Gevrey-Chambertin. It pairs well with a variety of dishes, including roasted meats, poultry, and game. It is best served slightly chilled at a temperature of around 16-18°C (60-64°F).

The nose is spicier than that of Pommard, with notes of cloves and peppers that intertwine with nuances of wild berries. The fruit emerges gradually from aeration. The flavour corresponds to the aromas: the wine is nicely full-bodied, with a grain of crunchy tannin and a frank vitality, it is the energy of Volnay that speaks and the wine is both built and lifted: molto vivace, as the musicians - it will give the right tempo to the best roast poultry.

Organic

Domaine Elodie Roy is a small, family-owned winery known for producing elegant and expressive Burgundy wines with a focus on sustainable practices in the vineyard and winery. Elodie is a rising star in Burgundy; the trend of young, female winemakers carving their way into the history books. The Santenay 1er Cru 'Les Gravières' 2020 is 100% Pinot Noir from the one of the most well-known premier cru in Santenay. Wine from here will have rich flavours and high acidity. Elodie's Pinot Noir has aromas of plum, cassis, chocolate and spice. The palate is fleshy and full-bodied with concentrated fruit, smooth tannins and a lengthy finish.

Rock Angel has a more complex and structured taste profile than Whispering Angel bringing it into a more premium realm, giving rosé lovers a bigger and richer wine. If you like the minerality of a Sancerre, you will love this wine.

Aroma: Delicate red berry aromas with mineral notes, along with floral hints and a subtle spice.

Palate: Rock Angel is rich and racy on the palate. The use of partial oak aging adds a creamy feel and texture to this wine, and the flinty minerality embues it with another layer of complexity.

Finish: Powerful and elegant. Firm acidity with a long and silky finish.

Mineral yet textured. Solid buttery fruit with a white grapefruit touch note and faint mineral note. Lovely, classically-styled Meursault that shows a very fine balance between freshness and body. An east facing clay-limestone vineyard just below Genevrières.

After being aired, this wine offers a perfect balance between mineral freshness and very ripe fruit. The palate is warm, mouthwatering and saline, with a spicy cinnamon finish.

Intense bouquet of fruit and flowers combined with a delicate mineral hint. Rich and subtil wine with good crisp, which makes it very balanced. Good ageing potential.

The Vinum Cellars Red Dirt Red begins with a pleasing aroma of red cherry, cranberry and baking spice. The wine tastes of plum and cherry and features lots of earthy, meaty and mineral notes along with touches of balsamic and black olive plus more baking spice. Smoky, almost mesquite like notes lead into the long dry finish. With plenty of complexity and lots of layers to discover, this is an excellent choice. The addition of Petite Sirah (which actually originated in the Rhone but isn't grown there today) works quite well with the GSM.

Take Ancestor Vines (planted in 1894), a great vintage, experienced winemaking. Add 30 months of aging in American and French oak, resulting in the stunning 2018 Command Single Vineyard Shiraz. Boasting fabulous density and concentration, this full-bodied effort is still almost embryonic in its development, with tarry, mocha, yet lifted notes accenting intense blackberry fruit; a rich, supple yet structured mouthfeel, and a long, mouthwatering finish. Once it hits its stride in a few years, it should drink well for 20 years or more.

A left-bank Bordeaux blend that comprises 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc, 14% Petit Verdot and 8% Merlot, this Cabernet-dominant blend could be placed from the Washington Rocks area in a blind tasting fairly easily. It is terroir-driven, expressive on the nose, gorgeous on the palate and downright delicious. Let's start with the nose - imagine aromas of black plum, wild black currant, unsweetened chocolate, espresso powder, sweet toasted cinnamon and just a touch of cedar bark.

Ripe mulberry and fresh raspberry flavours upfront followed by seamless soft oak nuances. Good follow-through of the fruit flavours onto the palate, complemented by soft tannins and a long, smooth finish.

From the coolest part of the state as the weather rolls in off the Southern Ocean. The latest block to be brought to the winery, this is an elegant wine with a unique aromatic profile and tannin structure. A recent grape source from a vineyard next to Hope Forest, this is a site we harvest late, allowing slow development of ripeness and tannin. The moderating effect of the southern ocean in conjunction with the site's elevation provides finer red fruit characteristics. The wine is named after Michael's daughter, Harriet whose favourite colour is pink.

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of DBR (Lafite) in Chile, the first great vintage LE DIX was created. Since then, the high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon years have been selected from vineyards over 70 years old located on a soil called "El Fraile."
The wine is distinguished by its complexity, balance, and elegance, with a powerful tannic structure and very ripe fruit flavors enhanced by spicy, cedar, bay laurel, and eucalyptus notes.

Produced from 314 plots totaling nearly 28 hectares (75 acres) of vineyards. Ao Yun vineyards range in altitude from 2,200 to 2,600 meters, enabling the cabernet sauvignon grape to express the full refinement of this unique terroir. Local farmers have worked these lands for centuries, adapting their farming techniques to the steep mountainsides. To respect time-honoured local tradition, the grape harvest and winemaking are done entirely by hand. Typical nose with notes of apricot, ripe citrus fruits, and mineral-spicy hints. On the palate of medium stature with noticeable CO2, intense acidity and balancing, subtle sweetness. Medium length.

Waterkloof Seriously Cool Cinsault is a concentrated red wine with intense aromas of pink flowers, red fruit notes and light hints of toast. On the palate it is rich, flavoursome and complex. A medium to full-bodied wine with a recognisable structure and soft, elegant tannins. The finish is lingering and persistent.

A small portion, about 12%, of the blend is made up of Viura to add a touch of lightness to the full-bodied Tempranillo that makes up the majority of this cuvée. The Tempranillo grapes are fermented in the winery's traditional carbonic maceration method in open concrete vats, resulting in a very fruit-forward wine with soft, well-integrated tannins. Maturing the wine in concrete vats for several months adds surprising depth and complexity. The grapes are from 40-year old vines. In the glass there is an inviting dark cherry colour with purple tinges. The aroma is expressive and refreshing with hints of violets, strawberries, and aromatic herbs. The finish is well rounded and elegant.
