The initial two Special Edition bottles from Bombay Sapphire showcased the artistry of Hebru Brantley (2020) and Steven Harrington (2021). In 2022, the gin brand collaborated with the Basquiat Estate, along with the artist's sisters Lisane Basquiat and Jeanine Heriveaux, to conceptualize the latest release. This edition represents a significant milestone as it marks the first licensing of "Untitled (LA Painting)" and only the second public display of this piece, previously featured at Basquiat's second show.

2019 Giacomo Borgogno & Figli Barolo Classico DOCG

This is a full-bodied oak matured red with with ripe plum, red fruits and complex perfumed oak bouquet. A concentrated middle palate with a long after taste of blackberries and undertones of spice. Good to drink now, but will continue to improve for the next 3-5 years.  Pairs easily with beef, lamb or even wild game such as venison. 

The nose starts floral, with aromas of roses, vanilla and cherry, then turns earthy, before spiced undertones of cloves and bergamot float to the surface. The cherries return on the palate, with more bitter citrus and earth tones, while finely grained tannins tickle the back of your tongue.

This hand harvested white wine made from the aromatic grape Muscat Ottonel offers intense nutmeg and floral aromas. The palate has a refreshing fruitiness reminiscent of ripe peach, white flowers and a lingering, lightly sweet finish. Pair with light desserts, creamy cheeses or exotic fresh fruits.

Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Typical and refined with fruity (green apples, pear, citrus fruits) and floral (white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily of the valley) notes, sage and spices in the finish. Soft, harmonious and elegant, with a slim body and with lively yet balanced acidity.

It has a delicate sweetness and a refreshing acidity, making it a popular choice for those who enjoy sweeter sparkling wines. Bottega is a well-known producer that combines traditional winemaking methods with modern techniques to create high-quality wines.

Bright light pink colour with a youthful mousseux. Roasted and oak-derived notes with light red berry fruit, citrus and grape. Rather light palate, balanced and fresh with fresh red currant and pink grape, still with a slight oak impact, mild creaminess and a medium to long finish.

This is small production gewurztraminer made from 25-45 year old vines. The 2012 vintage showcases aromatic wines that are charming and delicious. The Sonnenglanz Grand Cru is the perfect terroir for Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. The wine shows aromas of peach, honey with brown spices, nutmeg and lychee. Broad and full on the palate with ripe peach fruit, spice, stone mineral, plenty of sweetness balanced by lively acidity andan unctuous mouthfeel, this wine is likely in a great spot for drinking. After 11 years in the bottle, it will show best when decanted.

Intense bouquet of fruit and flowers combined with a delicate mineral hint. Rich and subtil wine with good crisp, which makes it very balanced. Good ageing potential.

Ageing in oak (30% new barrels) for approximately 15-18 mounths. Racking after the malolactic fermentation. Filtration is light or even nonexistent in order to preserve the aromas. Bottling takes place at the domaine.This wine is dense and firm and will taste even better after a few years in bottle.

Delicacy is the definition of this Volnay, a wine which is like lace. This 100% pinot noir has aromas of violet, cherry, and - with age - spices, game and cooked prune. It has an immediate appeal which, added to a slight natural precocity, means it can be fully open while still relatively young. The attack is fresh, the finish is warm. Drinking this wine, one seems to bite into a fresh fruit and breath in its heady aroma.

This 12-year old brings a rich seam of subtle sweetness, serving its delightful repertoire of notes including red berries, rich vanilla caramel and peaches. Its gentle maturation in meticulously chosen Oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon casks give it an intriguing yet inviting complexity.

Bowmore 15 Year Old Sherry Oak is a single malt Scotch whisky matured for 15 years in European oak oloroso sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels, and finished in European oak oloroso sherry seasoned casks. It offers a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, baking spice, and a subtle hint of smoke. The palate features flavors of licorice, clove, toffee, and Turkish delight.

Bowmore 15 Year Old is a prime example of a sherry cask finish, matured first in bourbon barrels and then for three years in Oloroso sherry casks. The nose is intensely spicy and warm with chili pepper and highlighting an umami meatiness. Cherries, blackberries and chocolate on the palate nonetheless give way again to pepper notes, from fresh cracked black peppercorns to chilis, through a hot finish.
