Pineapple is the “King of Fruits,” and Maui Gold pineapples . . . well, they are the King of all the pineapples! We select only the best to make the Hula o Maui. We look for almost under-ripe fruit to accentuate the fresh pineapple aromatics that are represented in the wine.

Quite possibly one of the most unique sparkling wines you’ll ever come across, the Hula o Maui is made from 100% Maui Gold pineapples, produced in the Traditional Method (Methode Champenoise). The wine is aged on the lees for 6 to 8 months to develop mouthfeel and texture but not long enough to lose its fresh fruit-forward nature.

Beginning as a trial, 100 cases were produced for the 20th anniversary of the winery. We sold out of them in a month, and we’ve been trying to keep up with the demand ever since. It is an amazing and perfectly accurate representation of Hawaii – fruity and lively.

Irish single grain whiskey from Teeling! There are only an elite few Irish single grain whiskies out there at the moment, but Teeling went ahead and made theirs unique by maturing it in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon casks. Deliciously sweet with a good deal of spice and fruit hide within the Teeling Single Grain.

Multiple award-winning single malt that is uniquely aged in five distinctive wine casks. Shows inviting fruit-forward aromas with hints of toffee, vanilla, herb and floral notes. The palate is warm and creamy with flavours of caramel, spice and tropical fruit on a lengthy finish. Enjoy neat or add a few drops of pure water.

he flagship expression from Dublin's Teeling, the Small Batch Irish whiskey is made with a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. Following that, the Teeling folks moved the whiskey over to casks that had previously held Central American rum! In these casks, the whiskey had an extra rest for up to 12 months, before being bottled at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration. Wonderfully full-flavoured, with plenty of fresh fruit, creamy vanilla and lively spice notes to enjoy!

Tekirdağ Rakısı No. 10 is a premium, 100% fresh grape Turkish raki distilled three times in traditional, hand-numbered copper pot stills (specifically Alembic No. 10). It offers a 47.5% ABV, characterized by a velvety, mild, and aromatic taste with intense aniseed and fruity notes, often served with meze.

High-altitude, old bush-vine, indigenous varieties from Spain, and grown organically. So many core attributes that we love about our wines, all combined here in this delicious white from Telmo Rodriguez. Lovely, uncomplicated, and texturally pleasing. Basa smells of green tree-fruits with the hist of the tropics alongside some more green herbal notes. Medium-bodied with good length, a great mix of fruit flesh, earth and gently nutty tannin cascading on great natural acidity. Textured without overt fruit sweetness, it's savoury, with minerality and good length, perfectly linear and rich.

Yjar is a blend of old vines of Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha, Granegro, and Rojal, all indigenous to the region. Selected from the property’s oldest and finest plots, the wine is vinified and aged in French oak barriques for 30 months. Despite Rioja’s tumultuous history, Telmo Rodríguez is demonstrating the region’s ability to produce world-class wines, and Yjar is a testament to his success in doing so.

Tengumai Junmai Daiginjo 50 is a, fresh, and slightly dry sake from Shata Shuzo (Ishikawa, Japan), brewed with 50% polished Yamada Nishiki rice. It features a light-bodied, clean profile with gentle aromatic notes of pear, green apple, and subtle earthy mushroom. Known for its smooth, crisp finish and balanced acidity, it pairs well with sushi and seafood.

The Tenimenti Angelini Val di Suga Brunello di Montalcino is a full-bodied Italian red wine with intense aromas of ripe red fruit, citrus, and floral notes like violet. It is known for a balanced and complex palate with velvety tannins, bright acidity, and savory undertones of coffee bean, leather, or forest floor. This elegant wine is a blend from three different vineyards, resulting in a harmonious expression of its terroir with a long, persistent finish. 

Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruits, earthy notes, and a hint of spice.
Taste: Rich and full-bodied with flavors of blackberries, plums, and a touch of leather.
Palate: Smooth and well-balanced with a long, lingering finish of dark chocolate and a touch of smokiness.

Serralunga is one of the 11 villages that are allowed to have the name "Barolo" on the label. Located on soils of Serravalian, this thick clay-like soil allows for these wines to age for 35 years or more. Tenuta Cucco is a family owned winery with grapes for this wine coming from two cru: Bricco Voghera and Cerrati. Classic aromas of roses, undergrowth, licorice and spices. Tart cherries and spice dominate on the palate with good structure, intensity with a warm finish. A beautiful expression of Nebbiolo at an excellent price point!

Extremely fascinating and polehydric in the primary profile alternating notes of red prunes, currants, coriander, white pepper, bergamot and green mandarin. A lot of lime describes the very fresh secondary scene. Medium bodied, perfectly extracted tannins and a finale with a graceful, subtle closure. Wow!

This wine exudes freshness both on the nose and palate, with an abundance of crisp apple and pear flavors taking the spotlight. While it may not exhibit a wide range of complexities, its balance, intensity, and immediate drinkability more than compensate for this.

Located in Calabria, the toe of Italy's boot, Cirò is the only DOC of the region for red wines, it is made from 100% Gaglioppo. Juicy and vibrant, it exudes aromas of small red berries, citrus zest, and earthy underbrush notes with a hint of minerality. Ready to drink and enjoy with your barbecued burgers this summer!

Enticing aromas of fragrant blue flower, ripe woodland berry, menthol and star anise are front and center on this full-bodied red. The firm palate features crushed raspberry, blood orange, underbrush and coffee bean while tightly wound, fine-grained tannins show up at the close and carry through the coffee-bean finish. Tenuta Scuotto's Greco di Tufo DOCG is a crisp and refreshing white wine with a bright straw yellow colour. The nose is intense and floral, with notes of white peach, yellow apple, and acacia flowers. It is fresh and lively on the palate, with a mineral backbone and ripe stone fruit and citrus flavours. The wine is well-structured with a balanced acidity, making it an excellent pairing for seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, and light pasta dishes. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a short maceration period to preserve the wine's delicate aromas and flavours. Overall, this Greco di Tufo represents the Campania region's unique terroir and winemaking traditions.

The 2019 bottling marks the 20th anniversary of the production of Oreno. This “Super Tuscan” of Merlot, Cabernet and Petit Verdot are blended beautifully with aromas and flavours of black fruit, exotic spice, cured tobacco and new leather.

This wine boasts a distinctive coppery hue, achieved by leaving the must on the skins overnight! Aromas of ripe pear, apricot, and floral notes are enriched with hints of almonds and a touch of spice. Its complexity and depth make it highly versatile, pairing beautifully with cold cuts, charcuterie boards, seafood risotto, delicate white meats, and even Lobster Mac and Cheese. The grapes are manually harvested and fermented in stainless steel under temperature control, with minimal intervention to preserve the wine’s natural character and unique style.

The nose starts at a café, with espresso and a cherry vanilla scone, before heading outside to a field of wild herbs. On the elegant palate, enduring notes of mocha and cherry are balanced by a spiced, medicinal undertone. Flexible yet sturdy tannins and simmering acid undergird a velvety, contoured texture.

The Shichida Aiyama Hiya-Oroshi is a seasonal Japanese sake from the Tenzan brewery, released in autumn. It features the popular Aiyama sake rice, known for its robust flavor, delicate sweetness, and unique combination of umami and acidity. The sake offers tasting notes of ripe grapes, figs, and cashew, with a weighty, plump mouthfeel and a balanced, yet slightly dry finish. It's a food-friendly sake, recommended with dishes like tripe stew or sweet potato in cream sauce.

Tenzan Shichida Junmai Daiginjo is a premium, non-charcoal filtered (muroka) sake from Saga, Japan, renowned for its elegant aroma, robust umami-driven flavor, and silky texture. Crafted with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 45%, it features notes of white flowers, peach, and melon with a refined acidity and a long,, clean, dry finish.

Tequila Cascahuín 55-25 is a special anniversary Añejo tequila (1955–2025) bottled at 44%–46% ABV, known for its rich, buttery, and fruity flavor profile. Packaged in a unique, non-transparent porcelain bottle, it is a blend dominated by cherry cask maturation (approx. 90%), delivering notes of chocolate, coffee, agave, and dried fruits.

Tequila Cascahuín Blanco is an artisanal, 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from El Arenal, Jalisco (NOM 1123), known for its clean, traditional production methods. It features a bright, citrus-forward profile with strong cooked agave notes, distinct minerality, and a smooth finish. 

Tequila Cascahuin Destino Blanco Limited is a premium, limited-edition blanco tequila crafted by Cascahuin, known for its traditional production methods. It's made with 100% Blue Weber agave and bottled at still strength, unfiltered, to showcase its intense flavors. This tequila is a celebration of Cascahuín's 70-year heritage, featuring a blend of six distillations using traditional tahona, stone ovens, and wild fermentation techniques.

This is the first release made with this old process and creates an exceptional product in the most traditional manner.

The gorgeous aromas of roast cucurbita, deep earthy spice and citrus waft from the glass. Texturally rich and highly complex on the palate.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The particular agave of Cimarron is grown at 4,620 feet elevation, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character. Clean, agave forward; this a blanco that everyone should be drinking.

The nose is elegant and aromatic, with rich dark fruit and delicate floral notes - fragrant jasmine and honeysuckle. The delicacy of the nose carries on into the palate, with the dried fruit providing a base on which to build other flavours.
