The Rémy Martin LOUIS XIII RUBY (or Ruby Limited Edition) is an ultra-rare, 700mL expression featuring the signature Grande Champagne cognac (aged 40–100 years) housed in a vibrant, ruby-red crystal decanter crafted by Saint-Louis. Limited to only 200 bottles globally, the decanter uses a proprietary, gold-infused process, featuring the iconic fleur-de-lys stopper and a palladium neck.

The cognac in our limited-edition Tribute to City of Lights – 1900 decanter is crafted from a unique blend of the finest eaux-de-vie sourced from the exceptional terroir of Cognac Grande Champagne. These specially selected eaux-de-vie are aged in Limousin oak casks called tierçons and expertly blended to create our signature cognac. Renato Ratti Barolo DOCG Marcenasco is a classic expression of the Nebbiolo grape grown in the Barolo subregion of Piedmont, Italy. This wine offers aromas of ripe red fruit, violet, licorice, and tobacco, with a touch of leather and earth. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with fine tannins and a long finish. This wine can be cellared for up to 20 years, but it is also enjoyable now!

Comprising 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah, and 20% Grenache Gris, this wine offers tasting notes of peach and strawberry, with a round and ripe character underscored by mineral acidity, culminating in a satisfyingly dry finish.

Reserve de la Comtesse is the second label of the Chateau Pichon Longueville, a 2nd growth of Pauillac in the 1855 Classification. From the suprisingly quality vintage of 2014, this wine is a blend of 59% Cabernet Sauvignon and 41% Merlot. With clear ageing potential (due to the high percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon) there is a deep core of plum, cassis, raspberry and cedar notes with a lush, concentrated and structured palate. Although this is in a good place for drinking now, it can be aged further.

Balancing complexity and finesse, Reserve De La Comtesse 2020 offers silky tannins interwoven with flavors of blackberry, tobacco, and graphite —an exceptional wine that captures the soul of its vineyard with every sip.

“The al dente fruit is so attractive with blackcurrants, dark plums and orange peel. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with tannins that start slowly, building at the end to a crescendo of intensity and power. It’s muscular and chewy but not overdone. A great second wine of Pichon Lalande. Needs time to soften and come together. Best after 2029."

Lighter in body, this Pinot Noir is graced by electrifying acidity, tart red cherry, green tea and clove flavors, and a long finish. The wine's aromas are earthy, with loamy soil uniting with blackberries, pine needles and grilled portobello mushrooms.

It is terroir-driven, expressive on the nose, gorgeous on the palate and downright delicious. Let's start with the nose - imagine aromas of black plum, wild black currant, unsweetened chocolate, espresso powder, sweet toasted cinnamon and just a touch of cedar bark.
