The bubbly is packaged in a Moonraker inspired space shuttle box made from pewter and wood veneer that holds a Saint Louis crystal ice bucket and a magnum of Champagne Bollinger 2007. This is a full-bodied oak matured red with with ripe plum, red fruits and complex perfumed oak bouquet. A concentrated middle palate with a long after taste of blackberries and undertones of spice. Good to drink now, but will continue to improve for the next 3-5 years.  Pairs easily with beef, lamb or even wild game such as venison.

This hand harvested white wine made from the aromatic grape Muscat Ottonel offers intense nutmeg and floral aromas. The palate has a refreshing fruitiness reminiscent of ripe peach, white flowers and a lingering, lightly sweet finish. Pair with light desserts, creamy cheeses or exotic fresh fruits.

Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Bright light pink colour with a youthful mousseux. Roasted and oak-derived notes with light red berry fruit, citrus and grape. Rather light palate, balanced and fresh with fresh red currant and pink grape, still with a slight oak impact, mild creaminess and a medium to long finish.

This is small production gewurztraminer made from 25-45 year old vines It showcases aromatic wines that are charming and delicious. The Sonnenglanz Grand Cru is the perfect terroir for Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. The wine shows aromas of peach, honey with brown spices, nutmeg and lychee. Broad and full on the palate with ripe peach fruit, spice, stone mineral, plenty of sweetness balanced by lively acidity andan unctuous mouthfeel, this wine is likely in a great spot for drinking. It will show best when decanted.

Intense bouquet of fruit and flowers combined with a delicate mineral hint. Rich and subtil wine with good crisp, which makes it very balanced. Good ageing potential.

Ageing in oak (30% new barrels) for approximately 15-18 mounths. Racking after the malolactic fermentation. Filtration is light or even nonexistent in order to preserve the aromas. Bottling takes place at the domaine.This wine is dense and firm and will taste even better after a few years in bottle.

Bowmore 15 Year Old Sherry Oak is a single malt Scotch whisky matured for 15 years in European oak oloroso sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels, and finished in European oak oloroso sherry seasoned casks. It offers a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, baking spice, and a subtle hint of smoke. The palate features flavors of licorice, clove, toffee, and Turkish delight.

Bowmore 15 Year Old is a prime example of a sherry cask finish, matured first in bourbon barrels and then for three years in Oloroso sherry casks. This process imparts a rich burnt sienna color and a robust, warming finish. The nose offers dark chocolate and raisin aromas, complemented by the signature Bowmore smokiness. On the palate, expect flavors of cedar wood and rich treacle toffee, with a finish of spicy toffee, sherry, and barley. The Bowmore Distillery, established in 1779 and located on Islay is so close to the sea, the Atlantic waves smash against the iconic sea-facing wall. This salt spray of this No. 1 Vaults release is a key tasting note. The aromas will give you bright orange zest and marmalade drizzled with the sea and the palate will give you salted honeycomb, iodine soaked blood orange, ocean spiced blackberry and kumquat. The land of La Morra, with its sandy percentage, reveals the more feminine nuance of this wine, giving a silky tannin and a good persistence in the mouth. If Barolo is too expensive, try a Langhe Nebbiolo.
