This IGT Toscana Bianco white wine from Tuscany, Italy, blends Malvasia Bianca, Trebbiano, and Chardonnay from the I Colli Estate, located in Monteriggioni and Vagliagli, part of the Bindi Sergardi family’s historic estate, founded in the late 1400s. With a white paper color and golden reflections, it offers an intense bouquet of peach, melon, and pear. On the palate, it’s fresh, savoury, and well-balanced with good acidity, fermented and aged in stainless steel to maintain its vibrant character.

BINGTANBOK is a sparkling black raspberry fruit wine or cooler that is known for its bright, fruity, and refreshing taste. It is made from 100% Korean black raspberries (Bokbunja) and is naturally fermented.

Bisci is synonymous with Verdicchio, being crafted in the mountain area of Matelica and staying true to the terroir giving wines that are more austere and higher in acidity. This is a great wine of typicity with a nose full of green and yellow apple, Anjou pear, yellow flowers, even hints of pineapple but still with the mineral nuances, and even a flinty petrol. On the palate that lees ageing was evident as it was very textural and almost tannic, which lends itself to a full bodied wine. More flavours of yellow apple and pear, great minerality and of course, bitter almond. If one is looking to try Verdicchio for the first time, this is a good place to start!

The Bisci vineyards were purchased in 1972, of the 25ha, 18ha of which are planted to Verdicchio, Marche's signature grape variety. The winery was then built in 1980 and the company has been certified organic since 2016. The grapes for this wine also come from the Vegneto Foglia vineyard, then further bunches selected, but it's only produced in the best vintages. the resulting wine is concentrated and rich with full bodied aromas and flavours of yellow fruits, aniseed and almond. The region of Patagonia in the southern tip of Argentina has become more well known for cold climate winemaking in recent years. Bodega Noemia Malbec comes from a small 1.5 ha vineyard of pre-phylloxera vines planted in 1932. The wine is well-balanced and elegant with well integrated intense dark fruit notes with hints of dark chocolate , coffee and spice. Full-bodied with a persistent, long finish.

Like pinot grigio and pinot bianco are mutations of pinot noir, blanco tempranillo is a mutation of the red tempranillo grape from the Rioja region. Rare and unique, this particular wine is from a six generation winemaking family and is completely organic and biodynamic. This lovely wine is 12.5% alcohol and is perfect for the patio with aromas and flavours of white flowers, sweet pears and beeswax.
