Be patient and you will be rewarded with a supremely delicious wine. You won't have to wait too long though as 2024 will mark 10 years in the bottle and the wine will start to show well. On the palate, it is dry, complex, and full-bodied, with flavors of white peach, apricot, toasted almonds, and a hint of honey. The wine has a long and mineral finish, which makes it a great pairing for seafood, white meat, and creamy dishes.

Reminiscent of dark chocolate covered espresso beans, the aromas of this deep amber colored spirit are indulgent and inviting. The medium viscosity supports a hefty dose of sugar, well balanced with deeply concentrated roasted coffee that is long lasting.

Nebbiolo is not known for making sparkling wine, but it has all the characteristics to make it into a great sparkling. This is 100% Nebbiolo in a delicate shade of pink with a nose of strawberries, and small red berries with cream on a brioche bun. Taylor Fladgate Ports represent over three and a quarter centuries of family tradition that began with the foundation of Taylor Fladgate & Yeatman in 1692. Alberta Premium Cask Strength Limited Edition Release is distilled in Calgary, Alberta, using 100% Canadian Prairie rye grains and glacier-fed spring water from the Rocky Mountains. This release blends pot still and column still distillation, aged in heavily charred (#4) first-fill ex-bourbon barrels from Jim Beam, as well as virgin oak and second-fill bourbon barrels.
