Layering sweetness and spice, this bold honey-hued spirit fills the nose and mouth with brown sugar and butterscotch. Clove, jalapeño and black pepper seem to grow more present with every sip.

Casa Raia has 4.5ha of vineyards, ranging from 44 years old to new. Certified organic, the phases of the moon are followed to the letter to create biodiversity. All harvesting is done by hand and clusters are inspected carefully before destemmed. The Bevilo is a blend of mostly Sangiovese with small percentages of Canaiolo, Cabernet Franc and Merlot all co-fermented. Beautifully balanced with red cherry, raspberry, and hints of earth and savoury balsamic, it's smooth tannins finish easy and long. A rare find.

Casa Raia was purchased in 2006 by Frenchman Pierre Jean Monnoyer who restored the old vineyards and began producing natural wines with three labels, the "supertuscan" Bevilo, a Sangiovese Rose and this Brunello di Montalcino. Made with 100% Sangiovese (as required by law) this ageable beauty is elegant with a nose of cherry, cinnamon, thyme and hints of pencil shavings and earth. Certainly one of the best "natural" wines out there.

Crafted from 100% Blue Agave and aged for three years in new French Oak barrels, this spirit boasts a 40% ABV. Its appearance reveals a bright amber hue with an orange tint, showcasing a strong body and slow-forming legs. The initial aromas captivate with hints of butter and ripe fruits, complemented by notes of chocolate, toasted almond, and intense hazelnut, along with nuances of rye bread crust and red flowers. On the palate, it offers a balance of natural sweetness and savory notes, accompanied by light acidity. Ideally suited for pairing with fatty meats and poultry, this expression promises a delightful culinary experience.

This reposado offers a refreshing twist on traditional expressions of its kind. With a fresh and tart green apple aroma, it captivates the senses from the outset. The palate delights with a vibrant interplay of peppery spice and oak-derived vanilla sweetness, creating a dynamic flavor profile that evolves on the tongue. A subtle alcohol bite adds a refreshing zing, contributing to the overall crispness and vitality of the spirit.

Our most highly awarded tequila, Hornitos Black Barrel starts as a premium Añejo, then spends four months in deeply charred oak barrels to give it rich, smoky flavor and a golden amber color. It spends an additional two months in specially toasted barrels for more depth and complexity and a bold taste that embodies the Hornitos spirit.

The wine evokes sunshine and ripe tropical fruit such as mango and papaya, carefully balanced by a marked acidity which makes it suitable for long bottle aging. Rich, ample and lingering on the palate with light floral and spicy notes.
Hallmarked by its pronounced acidity and zesty tang. A long finish.

Deep ruby red. Intense aromas of marasca cherry, typical of late varieties, followed by spicy notes of white pepper, black pepper and violet. The mouthfeel is soft, with persistent tannins and pronounced acidity, essential criteria for long aging.

Another great wine from the Casale del Giglio winemaking family. Not only are the native varieties a specialty, but they have a solid foundation for some of the rarer French grape varieties also.  A native of the Jurançon region in the foothills of the French Atlantic Pyrenees, the small-berried, thick-skinned Petit Manseng grape from which this white wine is made, is more highly regarded than its larger-berried sibling, Gros Manseng. Antonio Santarelli and his visionary enologist Paolo Tiefenthaler recognized the huge potential of this grape variety in the fertile grounds in their Lazio vineyards. The wine is intensely aromatic, fruity and spicy on the nose, fresh, crisp and flinty on the palate. An exquisitely structured wine which bows out on a seductive, fruit-filled finish. A truly stunning wine for the price. 

Another great wine from the winemaking team at Casale del Giglio, this is another "petit" wine, although there's nothing little about it. Typically the grape used in Bordeaux blends to provide the tannic backbone, it's seen more and more often as a monovarietal wine. The Petit Verdot is part of a special research project that was launched in 1985 with the goal to identify maximize the territory’s potential for quality viticulture. Finding ideal growing conditions with respect to climate, elevation, and soil, the Petit Verdot matures into an elegant and full-bodied red wine with great berry flavours. Velvety and ripe tannins provide a great backbone. A complex wine with great aging potential.

Cascahuín Añejo is a highly regarded, additive-free tequila aged for 14–16 months in used American oak barrels. It offers a balanced, silky profile, blending sweet cooked agave with notes of vanilla, toasted nuts, dried fruit, and a subtle herbal finish. It is prized for being agave-forward rather than dominated by wood.

Initially aged for 4 years in large, wooden tanks that are over 60 years old at the distillery, followed by a 48-month rest in American oak barrels, this extra añejo tequila unveils aromas of cooked ripe agave, complemented by notes of honey, ripe pineapple, and hints of menthol and Darjeeling tea. It concludes with the essence of freshly ground coffee, bitter chocolate, berries, and orange peel. The flavor profile is sweet, with a slight astringency from the barrel, evoking memories of cooked agave and the once robust blanco tequila. This beverage represents a perfect harmony between barrel and tequila, serving as an enchanting tribute to the 16-year journey from field to barrel.

This Tequila, crafted without dilution or filtration, pays homage to its founder, Salvador Rosales Briseno, through authentic production methods. Initially, it presents a strong, fragrant aroma of cooked agave, pepper, and fresh herbs. Upon opening, the bouquet evolves to unveil notes of cardamom, nuts, coffee, honey, and butter, while retaining the dry, mineral earth characteristics that are a hallmark of Lowland Tequila. The first sip offers a vibrant and refreshing experience, with flavors of mint and fresh herbs creating a delightful contrast between bitter and sweet. This transitions into a palate of honey and ripe fruits, leaving a lasting impression of sweet warmth.

Cascahuín Blanco tequila is crafted from carefully selected blue weber tequilana agaves sourced from the valleys area, reflecting the distinct characteristics of the region. The production process begins with the use of a masonry oven for cooking the agaves, followed by the extraction of juices through mills, where water from the own well is incorporated. During fermentation, natural yeasts from the yeast pie are utilized in both masonry and stainless steel fermenters. For distillation, a double distillation process is conducted, first in a stainless steel alembic with a copper coil, followed by a second distillation in a small 350-liter copper still with a copper coil. The tequila then undergoes maturation in spent American oak barrels, previously used for tequila for over 20 years, with a resting period lasting from 6 to 8 months in the barrels.

Taste: Rich and velvety, with flavors of ripe red fruits, blackberries, and plums. Subtle notes of vanilla and spice add complexity.

The Armagnac Castarede hails from the historic Castarede family, who have been producing Armagnac in France since 1832. This expression offers a rich nose of stewed fruits, cedary oak, pecans, honey, plums, and a touch of white pepper. Over time, the aromas evolve into sweeter notes of vanilla, sticky dates, and old muscat. On the palate, it's silky and elegant, showcasing dried fruits, bread pudding, toffee, and baking spices, complemented by gentle fine tannins on the finish. The result is a refined Armagnac with great finesse and a surprisingly delicate character for its age.

The 1975 Castarède Armagnac offers a rich and complex tasting experience, with deep fruit notes, a powerful palate, and a long finish. It's known for its harmonious blend of wood and fruit, and some reviewers highlight touches of nuts and ginger. The nose typically reveals a blend of molasses, dried banana, and white chocolate, while the palate features chocolate truffle, vanilla, cinnamon, and brioche. Some reviewers also note a hint of licorice in the finish.

Founded in 1832, the Maison Castarède elaborates and for more than 190 years of life in the Pure Gascon tradition. Whether initially in the cellars located in Pont de Bordes or on the property of the Château de Maniban, the Castarède family loves this ancestral know-how with love. This 1993 vintage low-armagnac is, once distilled, raised in oak barrels until it is borrowed on the counter label.

Castel Mimi 'AnimAliens' Saperavi (IGP Codru, Moldova) is a powerful, dry red wine blending Georgian Saperavi grapes with Moldovan terroir. It features an intense ruby color, with aromas of dried plums, spices, and a fine texture. It is typically aged, offering a bold, structured palate with notes of black fruits, tobacco, and herbs. 

Enjoy a wheat color wine with fragrant aromas of linden and lemon blossoms. A truly unique blend of two feminine named grapes- Viorica and Feteasca Alba. On the palate there are fresh notes of pear, lime, and gooseberry. The finish is long, smooth, and refreshing.

The Castelgiocondo Ripe Al Convento Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is a full-bodied, elegant, and complex Italian red wine known for its brilliant ruby color and long, persistent finish. On the nose, it presents a rich mix of fresh fruit (like black and red cherries, wild berries, and pomegranate), floral notes, and tertiary aromas such as graphite, tobacco, and coffee. It has a balanced, silky yet firm palate with well-integrated, fine tannins and a minerally or chalky undertone.

Expect this Chardonnay sourced from fossil-rich clay-based soils to be floral, elegant, juicy and soft, with a refined minerality, notes of peach, lime and apple, and a mouth-watering acidity. A great match for seafood dishes.

Cervaro della Sala IGT Umbria is Marchesi Antinori's prestigious white blend from Umbria, primarily Chardonnay with Grechetto, known for its complexity, elegance, and aging potential, offering aromas of citrus, white flowers, vanilla, and flint, with a rich, fresh palate of tropical fruit, nuts, and minerals, showing a distinctive savory and mineral finish.

Cervaro della Sala 2021 has a slightly pale straw yellow color with some greenish reflections. The nose expresses sensations of chamomile, white flowers and fliff. On the palate it is sapid, vibrant, fresh and characterized by notes of vanilla, citrus and light hints of hazelnut butter. A wine with a Mediterranean style and excellent aging capacity.

Chianti DOCG Riserva Castello di Oliveto is a premium red wine produced in the Chianti region of Tuscany, Italy. This wine is made from a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and other local grape varieties, which are carefully selected and handpicked from the vineyards surrounding the Castello di Oliveto estate. The wine is aged for at least two years in oak barrels, which gives it a complex and rich flavor profile. It has a deep ruby color and aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a firm tannic structure and a long, persistent finish. This wine is best enjoyed with hearty meat dishes, such as roasted lamb or beef, and aged cheeses.

Crafted exclusively in exceptional vintages, Solana emerges from a terroir renowned for its unparalleled microclimate and soil composition, situated at an elevation of 500-600 meters above sea level. Born from a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Syrah grapes propagated through mass selection, Solana embodies a harmonious fusion of tradition and innovation. The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, undergoing a 40-day maceration period. Following an initial decantation, the wine undergoes refinement in stainless steel tanks before transitioning to first-pass oak barrels, known as "heart selection," representing the pinnacle of wood quality. Aging in barrels extends for 12 months, culminating in bottle refinement until reaching peak maturity. In the glass, Solana reveals an intense red hue with purple undertones. The aroma exudes elegance, characterized by persistent mineral, balsamic, floral, and fruity nuances, including jam and blackberry, intertwined with spicy and cocoa notes from wood aging. Plush and softly textured, this modern expression of Brunello boasts generous tones of black fruit, cherry, tobacco, leather and cola with smooth, silky tannins. You could age this wine many more years, or drink it sooner thanks to the inherent softness here.

This comes from a selection of vineyards on very stony, chalky soils. With 20% whole clusters in the fermentation and 20 months in casks, this wine is mute on the nose—it has nothing at all to say, but the palate sure does. It's extremely fruity and rich in acidity and freshness. The austerity is what defines the tannic structure here—a skeleton of tannins like a tense, steel network. A wine that goes far beyond the variety to speak of the place. A mountain wine.
