A blend of 44.7% Merlot and 55.3% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2020 La Chapelle de la Mission Haut-Brion has an alcohol of 14.3%. It rolls effortlessly out of the glass with seducing notes of warm black plums, black cherry compote and blackberry pie, plus suggestions of lavender, crushed rocks and underbrush with a hint of sassafras. The medium bodied palate is delicately played and refreshing, offering lots of soft spoken black fruit and earthy layers with a soft texture and seamless acidity, finishing with a spicy kick.

The 2020 La Clarté de Haut-Brion Blanc is a vibrant, opulent Pessac-Léognan white, blending Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc, offering intense aromas of pineapple, peach, lemon curd, and honeysuckle, with rich, fleshy fruit (nectarine, tropical notes) balanced by juicy acidity, minerality, and a chalky, spicy finish, showcasing the warm vintage's maturity with elegance. It's known for being up-front, fresh, and complex, serving as a delicious second wine from the Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion estates, with a blend around 75% Sémillon and 25% Sauvignon Blanc. 

Benefiting from the same care as Château de Camensac, it is blended from carefully selected batches, specifically for the second wine, in accordance with its identity. Soft tannins, ripe fruit, elegance, and always excellent value! Château de Camensac's second wine is predominantly Merlot, subtly complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon.

The fruit is highlighted and offers an elegant aromatic palette.When young, the wine develops a crisp density that becomes patinated with a beautiful complexity as the years pass.

Pristine, attractive fruit with perfume and freshness. Dark-berry and plum notes, as well as cassis and brambleberries, define the character of both nose and palate. The tannins are saturated in ripe dark berries and plums and deliver a superbly fresh, shimmering, dark-fruited finish. Wow-factor is strong here in 2016.

La Fée Parisienne is an all-natural absinthe distilled in France, featuring a classic strength of 68% ABV. It is crafted from Grand Absinthe (Artemisia absinthium), Petit Absinthe (Artemisia pontica), and Genepi (Genepi Artemisia), along with green and star anise, fennel, hyssop, and coriander. Each of the nine botanicals is individually distilled rather than in a single process, and then meticulously blended by the master distiller following a French Absinthe Museum-approved recipe. This labor-intensive method ensures the consistent quality of this Absinthe Supérieure.

Nebbiolo in Italy's most northern region of Val d'Aosta is known here as Picotener or Picotendre. Difficult to ripen in this cold climate, the grapes have the advantage of altitude sunshine. This light, fresh example has all the rose, cherry and rasperry notes of Nebbiolo, but with an intense acidity. If you've never tried Nebbiolo before, this may be a great place to start!

This powerful "Super Tuscan" is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, the passion for Bordeaux and its wines was the inspiration for creating these blends. Careful grape selection, ageing in French barrique and sure lie, gives these wines depth of character and rich and exotic textures. In the bottle you will find notes of blackberry, cassis, plum and violet wrapped up in spice, leather, and cedar. Decant for optimal experience or lay down for a few years. Stunning wine.

The region of Gavi is home to the Cortese grape. The philosophy of the farm is to ensure the vines are farmed without any use of chemicals. Only healthy and carefully selected grapes are gently pressed. This wine offers a particularly fine mineral feeling and notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate the wine is lively, harmonious, with a fresh acidity, which increases its persistence and drinkability. This will be a fine choice for vegetable dishes and fresh salads.

Attractive, sensual, balanced. A soft and persuasive Barbaresco. Velvety tannins and great body define this wine, that ends with a fruity finish and floral note.

Clean mineral notes, spice, dried flowers, menthol and graphite all run through this potent yet super-refined Barbera that cries for cold weather and bold, lusty food on the table. When I think about what Asti Barbera should be, the Bionzo often comes to mind."

La Storia Merlot is and has been a consistently fine example of the ability of this classic Bordeaux variety to make solid, tasty, and age-worthy wines.

The main aromas and flavours are dark cherry, plums, a bit of black liquorice, and herbs. The new oak barrels contribute a touch of vanilla, brown sugar, cocoa dust, and toast.

On the mouth the wine is soft and viscous, balancing the acidity and the tannins well for such a young wine. The finish is long and soft with a suggestion of sweetness backed by ripe tannins.

The Vettoretti family owns 32ha in the prestigious Valdobbiadene DOCG zone of Prosecco prodcution, as well as property in the Treviso DOC. The Alne Extra Dry is made from 95% Glera with 5% Chardonnay, it's slightly off dry with creamy bubbles and mouthfeel. Excellent on its own or use in Prosecco cocktails like Aperol Spritz and Bellini.

The Vettoretti family owns 32ha in the prestigious Valdobbiadene DOCG zone of Prosecco prodcution, as well as property in the Treviso DOC. All fruit used in their wine is estate grown and hand harvested. This unique blend of Merlot and Incrocio Manzoni (Incrocio means "crossing" and is a a crossing of Raboso and Muscat of Hamburg) is fruity with hints of strawberry, raspberry and hints of pepper and sage. Tangy acidity makes for a great match with strawberry risotto, and cream pastries.

This classic bottling showcases the variety with effusive red fruit, wild herb, and tar notes in both aroma and flavor, finishing with slight and elegant tannins!

A rich, balanced, long-lasting and incredibly harmonious red wine, dark in colour with a touch of purple in the reflections. Its powerful and complex bouquet contains notes of dark berries, with hints of cherry alongside peppery and liquorice spices. On the palate it is aromatic, with velvety tannins and soft ripe fruit, and a long finish.

Lafazanis Retsina is a dry, white Greek wine made from a blend of the Roditis and Savatiano grape varieties, known for its unique flavor profile of both grape and pine resin. It has a soft yellow color and tasting notes that include citrus, yellow apple, and herbal notes, balanced by a distinct resinous, pine aroma and flavor from the addition of pine resin during fermentation. The wine is acidic, has a dry finish, and is often paired with seafood or grilled meats.

It’s a brave person who tries to persuade a malt like Lagavulin to go into a different direction. Indeed, even PX casks, from the sweetest fortified wine of all, can’t fully obscure the distillery’s character, just give it a raisined coating. The creosote turns to tar and licorice, while there’s Syrah-like sootiness, and damson. This release is slightly less sweet than in the past and is the better for it, though I still prefer my Lagavulin relatively ‘naked.’

The Lagavulin 12 Year Old "Grain & Embers" 2025 Special Release is a bold, cask-strength Islay single malt bottled at 56.5% ABV. Matured in a combination of refill casks alongside Pedro Ximénez (PX) and Oloroso-seasoned European oak butts, it balances robust coastal peat with layers of rich, sherried sweetness.

The Lagavulin 12 Year Old "Fireside Tales" (2024 Special Release) is a natural cask-strength Islay single malt. Matured in a mix of first-fill ex-Bourbon and refill casks, it delivers the distillery's signature bold peat smoke softened by active oak, resulting in an extraordinarily balanced, sweet, and complex profile at 57.4% ABV.

Aged for 11 years and finished in Caribbean rum casks, this whisky provides a distinctive twist on the classic Lagavulin profile. On the palate, it offers a complex blend of intense Islay smokiness and maritime character, harmoniously balanced with the smooth, sweet flavors of rum

Lamb's Palm Breeze is a smooth, Canadian-produced 40% ABV amber rum with a pale gold color, dating back to 1849. It features a sweet aroma of vanilla and butter-rum, with a complex palate of molasses, oak, and tropical island spices. Best served with ice or mixed with ginger beer.

Lambay Small Batch Blend Irish Whiskey is a triple-distilled blend of malt and grain whiskeys, finished in cognac casks. It has a pale oak brown color and offers aromas of floral notes, citrus, and spiciness. The taste includes cracked almonds, pepper, and malt, with a lingering spicy finish with a sweet aftertaste due to the cognac cask influence. The whiskey is a collaboration between the Camus family, a cognac producer, and the Baring family, who own Lambay Island, Ireland.

The Lamborn Family 2200 Red Blend is a premium, high-altitude Napa Valley wine, crafted by Heidi Barrett from 100% estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel on Howell Mountain.
