Kaiyo The 1er Grand Cru 10 Year Old is a limited-edition, 46% ABV Japanese whisky matured for a decade in rare Mizunara oak casks, finished in French Grand Cru wine barrels, and aged at sea. Kaiyo Whisky Japanese Mizunara Oak is a Japanese blended malt whisky matured in rare, handmade Mizunara oak casks and uniquely finished via a three-month ocean voyage. The Robert Keenan Winery is located in the Spring Mountain District, high in the Mayacamas mountain range above the town of Saint Helena. We planted eleven acres of Merlot vines in the rocky soils surrounding the winery, and we believe this mountainside vineyard produces some of the finest Merlot in all of Napa Valley. Sited above the dense fog that creeps up the Napa Valley most evenings, the vineyard warms earlier in the morning, and temperatures remain warm throughout the night. Combining these warm temperatures, steep hillside vine rows, and gravelly soils promotes stress on the vines, increasing the intensity of flavours and aromas in the finished wine.

Ken Forrester Silver Rose is a 100% Grenache rosé from Stellenbosch, South Africa, featuring a delicate, light pink color and a refined, dry profile. The Kentucky Owl Mardi Gras XO Cask Limited Edition is an exclusive release crafted by finishing an 11-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey in Bayou Rum XO Casks for over a year. This unique whiskey, celebrating Mardi Gras and Louisiana pride, is bottled at 102.8 proof (51.4% ABV). On the nose, it offers robust toasted rye bread notes with farm-fresh sweet butter, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. The palate is rich with flavors of rye whiskey and sweet butter whipped with allspice, culminating in a smooth finish with sweet, buttery notes and a warming nutmeg coda.

The name "Confiscated" pays tribute to a warehouse of Kentucky Owl barrels lost in 1916. As Prohibition loomed, government forces, emboldened by the temperance movement's growing influence, seized over $40 million worth of bourbon from then-Master Blender C.M. Dedman. This event, coupled with the devastating impact of Prohibition, led to Kentucky Owl's decline into obscurity. Nearly a century later, Dedman's great-great-grandson, Master Blender Dixon Dedman, revived the brand, drawing inspiration from these long-lost barrels for his latest release.

Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey known for its smooth, malty character and warming finish, resulting from a blend of malt and grain whiskies. It's double distilled, which is less common for Irish whiskey, but contributes to its robust flavor profile. The whiskey features aromas of honey, vanilla, and toasted wood, with flavors of vanilla, cereal, and spice. It's often enjoyed neat, in Irish coffee, or in cocktails.

The Sauternes Cask Matured limited edition from Kilchoman has been fully matured in ex-Sauternes wine casks, offering a remarkable balance of buttery sweetness, barbecued pineapple, candied ginger, and floral peat smoke. Selected by Kilchoman Founder Anthony Wills, this whisky combines the natural peat smoke and citrus character of Kilchoman with layers of dark fruits, rich spices, and salted caramel sweetness. The nose presents creamy, buttery notes with ripe fruits and subtle peat smoke, while the palate features butterscotch, floral notes, and tropical fruits, all carried by integrated peat smoke. The finish is sweet and balanced, with lingering smoke and a rich texture.

Killepitsch is a premium German herbal liqueur (Kräuterlikör) from Düsseldorf with 42% ABV, crafted from a secret family recipe using 98 natural herbs, berries, and fruits sourced globally. It is known for its intense dark red color, complex bittersweet flavor profile, and is traditionally served as an ice-cold digestif.

The Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc has a pale yellow color with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, and grassy notes. On the palate, it is dry, light-bodied, and crisp, with flavours of grapefruit, passionfruit, and a hint of minerality. The wine has a refreshing acidity and a long, zesty finish, which makes it a great pairing for seafood, salads, and spicy dishes. The very first edition from the Sakurao distillery, Kinbu vodka is unique in being entirely distilled from Yamada Nishiki rice, the most prized sake rice. This variety of rice, known for its high starch content, is fully expressed in this vodka, revealing aromas of cereals and flowers that culminate in a light and fresh finish, all enveloped in a soft and silky texture.
