The unique mash bill of 51 per cent corn and 49 per cent millet offers a smooth and balanced bourbon with notes of mango chutney, vanilla, and peppery caramel. This bourbon is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks to appreciate these unique tasting notes.

Krug Grande Cuvée 172ème Édition is a complex Champagne created by blending 146 wines from 11 different years, with the oldest being the 1998 vintage. The wine presents a red color with intense ruby highlights. On the nose, it is generous and balanced, offering slight tobacco aromas alongside blackcurrant, blackberry, and blueberry notes, complemented by hints of spice, vanilla, white pepper, and grilled nuts. The palate is elegant and rich, with generous black fruit hints, slight mocha and oak notes, silky tannins, and a round, structured body, providing good intensity and a long finish.

This particular rum comes from a beautiful but previously used sherry butt in the same solera as our highly esteemed 2013 cask strength release. The distinction here is that it's a single cask bottling from a sherry butt that has been exclusively emptied for this release. Additionally, we have chosen to bottle it at a more moderate 44% alcohol content, rather than its original 50%.

Intense purple colour, hints in the scent of red fruit and spices one of which, black pepper, stands out. In the mouth it is pleasant tasting, mineral, nervous with intense and characteristic tannins.

Reflecting centuries of winemaking mastery, La Chapelle D'Ausone 2012 offers rich aromas of ripe berries, dark cherries, and delicate floral hints —an exceptional wine that captures the soul of its vineyard with every sip.

A blend of 44.7% Merlot and 55.3% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2020 La Chapelle de la Mission Haut-Brion has an alcohol of 14.3%. It rolls effortlessly out of the glass with seducing notes of warm black plums, black cherry compote and blackberry pie, plus suggestions of lavender, crushed rocks and underbrush with a hint of sassafras. The medium bodied palate is delicately played and refreshing, offering lots of soft spoken black fruit and earthy layers with a soft texture and seamless acidity, finishing with a spicy kick.

The 2020 La Clarté de Haut-Brion Blanc is a vibrant, opulent Pessac-Léognan white, blending Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc, offering intense aromas of pineapple, peach, lemon curd, and honeysuckle, with rich, fleshy fruit (nectarine, tropical notes) balanced by juicy acidity, minerality, and a chalky, spicy finish, showcasing the warm vintage's maturity with elegance. It's known for being up-front, fresh, and complex, serving as a delicious second wine from the Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion estates, with a blend around 75% Sémillon and 25% Sauvignon Blanc. 

Benefiting from the same care as Château de Camensac, it is blended from carefully selected batches, specifically for the second wine, in accordance with its identity. Soft tannins, ripe fruit, elegance, and always excellent value! Château de Camensac's second wine is predominantly Merlot, subtly complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon.

The fruit is highlighted and offers an elegant aromatic palette.When young, the wine develops a crisp density that becomes patinated with a beautiful complexity as the years pass.

Pristine, attractive fruit with perfume and freshness. Dark-berry and plum notes, as well as cassis and brambleberries, define the character of both nose and palate. The tannins are saturated in ripe dark berries and plums and deliver a superbly fresh, shimmering, dark-fruited finish. Wow-factor is strong here in 2016.

La Dama Valpolicella Classico is a light, vibrant, and organically farmed red wine from Veneto, Italy, produced in the Negrar region. La Fée Parisienne is an all-natural absinthe distilled in France, featuring a classic strength of 68% ABV. It is crafted from Grand Absinthe (Artemisia absinthium), Petit Absinthe (Artemisia pontica), and Genepi (Genepi Artemisia), along with green and star anise, fennel, hyssop, and coriander. Each of the nine botanicals is individually distilled rather than in a single process, and then meticulously blended by the master distiller following a French Absinthe Museum-approved recipe. This labor-intensive method ensures the consistent quality of this Absinthe Supérieure.
