Luigi Bosca De Sangre Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep ruby-coloured red wine that stands out for its aromas of excellent varietal typicity. Black fruit and peppery notes are perfectly balanced with roasted hues resulting from its aging in barrels.

It is compact, tense, markedly structured and full-bodied in the palate, with fine and ripe tannins and balanced acidity that provides great smoothness and a persistent and elegant finish.

La Storia Merlot is and has been a consistently fine example of the ability of this classic Bordeaux variety to make solid, tasty, and age-worthy wines.

The main aromas and flavours are dark cherry, plums, a bit of black liquorice, and herbs. The new oak barrels contribute a touch of vanilla, brown sugar, cocoa dust, and toast.

The Les Rugiens vineyard is one of the most prized vineyards in the Pommard appellation and considered worthy to be named a Grand Cru. The wines here are ageable and muscular due to the iron content in the soil. The aspect is southeast and receives ample sunshine during the day which results in the grapes coming to full phenolic ripeness. This 100% Pinot noir hasclassy black fruit aromas and a spicy, peppery background. Dense, fleshy, and harmonious, the tannins are rich, and the finish is lengthy. Michel Mallard Le Rognet is a Grand Cru vineyard located in Ladoix-Serrigny on a small plot of 1.27 ha growing Pinot Noir vines that are between 45-55 years old. The vineyard is known for producing wines with complex flavors and aromas. The 2012 vintage of Michel Mallard Corton GC Le Rognet is generally considered to be a good year for Burgundy wines, with favorable weather conditions leading to a high-quality harvest. For six generations, Domaine Noellat has been farming their 20ha of land. With entreprenurial spirit, the family was always looking to adapt to new technologies, while respecting the traditions handed down from one generation to another. The cellar was built in 1980 while in 2007 an ultra modern winery was erected with state of the art stainless tanks and a dedicated tasting space in the cellar. Cousins Sebastien and Sophie work closely together making strategic decisions based on the nature of each harvest. Echezeaux is considered to be one of the premium wine-growing regions of Burgundy. The 0.80ha site perhaps used to be home to Gallo-Roman ruins, and the vines now grown there have an average age of 70 years. The bouquet of this 100% Pinot noir is rich and exotic with a rich texture, fleshy tannins and a touch of black pepper and spice on the finish.

The Cadenhead Original Collection A Tennessee Distillery 18 years old is an American whisky from an undisclosed distillery in Tennessee. It was distilled in 2003 and matured in a barrel which was bottled on the 9th of Jun 2022 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited release.

The Vinum Cellars Red Dirt Red begins with a pleasing aroma of red cherry, cranberry and baking spice. The wine tastes of plum and cherry and features lots of earthy, meaty and mineral notes along with touches of balsamic and black olive plus more baking spice. Smoky, almost mesquite like notes lead into the long dry finish. With plenty of complexity and lots of layers to discover, this is an excellent choice. The addition of Petite Sirah (which actually originated in the Rhone but isn't grown there today) works quite well with the GSM.

We are very impressed with this New Zealand Pinot Noir. Tastes more like a Burgundy than we would have guessed. Where many California Pinot Noir at this price point are either too tart or too Frankenstein'd to resemble a Pinot, this is smooth and elegant, like a Burgundy wine—nice notes of strawberry and cherry, with an earthy undercurrent and a hint of leather.

This twisted bottle is unique to Brotte's Pere Anselme line, and this version, the reserve, is new to our market. A classic blend of Grenache and Syrah from low-yield vineyards. Dried cherries and prune plums, pipe tobacco and baking spices, raisins, balsamic, salted licorice and leather aromas lead to a smooth palate. Similar cherry and spice, leather, tobacco and coffee flavours appear in the mouth. It's got classic styling and is perfect for braised meat, stews, succulent bean casseroles, ratatouille

This 50ha walled vineyard was created by the Monks of Citeaux and the soils in the areahas a large clay content, which accounts to the powerful, well-structured wines that can be rustic when young. This Grand Cru is on 1.28ha plot with 100% pinot noir. The grapes were handpicked and destemmed, then fermented in large oak vats. The wine was further aged for 20 months in French oak. The nose shows floral notes of rose petals, berries and spices. The tannins are fine and elegant with flavours of fresh fruit and spices of nutmeg and pepper.

Princes Blanc de Blancs NV is a non-vintage wine, meaning it is a blend of different vintages to achieve consistency in style from year to year. It is considered a brut style, which means it is dry with minimal residual sugar, making it a versatile wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with a variety of foods.

Chassagne-Montrachet is located south of Puligny-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune and is one of Burgundy's greatest white wine appellations. It produces all appellations from the village to Grand Cru. The word Chassagne comes from either the Latin 'cassanea’, which means an oak wood, or 'cassanus’, which means oak. Until the late 19th century, the main settlement of this commune was known as Chassagne-le-Haut. However, in 1879, in common with other villages in the Côte d'Or, the village was allowed to change its name, replacing le Haut with the name of their most famous Grand Cru Montrachet. The village appellation covers just over half of Chassagne-Montrachet.
