Canada- A rare blend of 3 of Crown Royal's most exceptional whiskies aged at least 18 years. Enticing notes of vanilla & stone fruit greet you on the nose, followed by the velvety body of light oak tempered by caramel spice. Delicate notes of nougat linger in the full-bodied finish.

Blackberry and light dried fruit with oyster-shell undertones. It’s full-bodied with round, lightly chewy tannins that nicely accentuate the fruit character. Walnuts and wet earth. Delicious now, but better in two or three years.

Dense and layered red with berry and tobacco character, a full body and a savory finish. Got it all here. Deep garnet in color, the 2016 Gloria needs a little swirling before notions of blackcurrant cordial, kirsch, and stewed black tea spill from the glass, followed by hints of chargrill and wood smoke.

Grand Mayan Reposado is a premium 100% Blue Agave tequila from Mexico, aged for 6-8 months in American and French oak casks. Known for its smooth, sippable nature, it features notes of oak, chocolate, and sweet cooked agave. It is bottled in a hand-painted, numbered ceramic decanter featuring 24K gold applique.

From the oldest winemaking family in Argentina, Nicolas Catena was a pioneer for high-altitude wine growing. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec is an excellent example of ageable Argentinian wine. Deep, concentrated, bramble and blackcurrant fruit dominate.

Ace of Spades Champagne, also known as Armand de Brignac, is a brand of champagne produced by the Champagne house Cattier in Chigny-les-Roses, France. The champagne is made from a blend of grapes of the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier varieties, and is known for its rich, full-bodied flavor and elegant packaging. It has aromas and flavors of citrus, brioche, and toasted nuts, and is often enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with rich, flavorful foods.

Coca-Cola, rich spice, dark chocolate, roasted walnuts, licorice root, maple syrup, Luxardo cherries, and varnish on the nose. Without water, the palate is chewy and full of puckering tannins; add a few drops to unleash dark chocolate, candied ginger, cooked berries, tea leaf, walnuts in maple syrup, black pepper, and a hint of orange oil. The lengthy finish offers chocolate-covered cherries, black tea leaves, and white pepper. Layered and engaging.

Pearse Lyons Distillery opened in 2017, becoming Dublin’s second working distillery this century. This single malt has a nose of honey, apple pie with cream, light pepper, dried grasses, and green herbal notes. The orchard fruits of apple and pear are silenced by a fury of pepper, root ginger, and clove, with only grapefruit peel proffered in response. The dry, banana chip finish fades in a melee of squabbling spices.

Refined, yet opulent with a full array of blackberries, blackcherry, earth, forest floor and spicy oak notes. 

The GlenDronach Port Wood is inspired by the historical import of casked port into Scotland during the 19th century. During the 1800s, port was ‘de rigueur', and many of the finest port pipes would travel from Portugal, down its Douro River, destined for the wine cellars of Scotland's gentry. Whilst many years have passed, Portugal's majestic Douro Valley is still renowned for its exceptional port. We have selected some of its finest port pipes to house The GlenDronach for a second maturation period of three years. Our Master Blender has expertly combined the whisky from these port pipes, to create a fruit-filled ten-year-old expression, with layers of ripe berries rolling into its signature long, lingering finish.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the nose is a little broody and reticent at this very youthful stage, slowly unfolding to reveal profound plum preserves, crème de cassis, black raspberries and star anise with hints of moss-covered bark, truffles and tilled loam plus a waft of red currants and raspberry leaves sparks.

D'Ussé XO Cognac, a blend of Cognacs aged between 10 to 30 years in oak, presents a deep copper hue. Its complex nose offers dried apricot, butterscotch, and orange zest. On the palate, flavors of blackberry, dark chocolate, toasted nut, apricot, and honey intertwine, creating a smooth and full-bodied experience. The finish is lengthy, with earthy notes emerging.

A classic representation from the esteemed house of Hine, this expression presents a pale copper color with a hint of tawny. Its aromas are characterized by a delightful blend of spiciness and orange zest, complemented by delicate floral undertones and subtle hints of fruit. On the palate, it offers a silky-smooth texture, with notes of spice, pear, and white pepper taking center stage, showcasing an emphasis on elegance and finesse. The experience culminates in a long, complex finish, leaving a lasting impression of sophistication.

Still Austin is a grain-to-glass distillery founded in Austin, Texas in 2015. For the brand’s Straight Bourbon, 100% of the grains were sourced from Texas farmers. The mash bill is 70% non-GMO white corn, 25% Elbon rye, and 5% Wildfire malted barley. It’s aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels. The label artwork entitled ‘The Musician’ was created by Texas-native Marc Burckhardt and is the first in a series of portraits of “archetypical” Austinites created for the brand.

Wild Common tequila blanco is a bright and clean tequila packed with flavors of agave sweetness laced with anise, citrus and minerals. It is produced from 100% blue weber agave and verified additive-free. This tequila is produced in the Jalisco Valley region by Master Distiller Salvador Rosales Trejo - aka “Chava” by friends and family. Complex in its profile, it highlights traditional production methods.

Nose: Delicate aromas of fresh red berries, strawberries, raspberries, and cherries.

Taste: Lively and vibrant with a burst of red fruit flavors, hints of citrus, and a touch of spice.

Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength is a premium, non-chill filtered Irish Single Pot Still whiskey bottled directly from the cask at high proof (typically 55-58% ABV). Matured in a combination of oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, it delivers a rich, complex flavor profile of dark, dried fruits, toasted nuts, and potent baking spices with a creamy texture.

The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a 14-year-old Speyside single malt finished in Caribbean rum casks, offering a smooth, creamy, and sweet profile. It features rich notes of toffee, caramel, and vanilla, balanced with tropical fruit hints (like passion fruit and mango) and a warm, lingering finish. It is known for its sweet, dessert-like, and slightly spicy character.

Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal is a premium Fine Champagne Cognac known for its rich, smooth, and oak-forward flavor profile. It was created to celebrate the royal approval granted by King Louis XV of France in 1738, allowing Rémy Martin to plant new vineyards.

Rich and delicate notes of fig, raisin, plum and candied orange are revealed in a multi-layered bouquet. Complex flavours of orange, crème brûlée and sweet spice are complimented by floral notes that flow elegantly through the palate to a smooth and lengthy finish. Sip by the fire or serve with nuts and blue cheese.

Deep, dark ruby-red is not quite opaque. The nose is classic for Lafite, with meaty notes to the dark fruit complimenting cedary oak. The aromas are deep & brooding. Cassis & dark fruit on the palate is overlaid by coffee notes & plentiful cedar. There is excellent freshness. There is a good concentration of deep, dark fruit supported by fine tannins. Alcohol is balanced & the finish is long. This is a nice classic example of Lafite.

Blue Run High Rye Bourbon is distilled and aged to perfection in Kentucky, the heart of America's whiskey-making tradition. The result is a rich, full-bodied whiskey with a complexity that reveals new layers of flavor with each sip.

This whisky is an ex-Bourbon cask finish and is bottled at 46% abv, and is the first time Penderyn have released a core range single malt using mainly spirit from the pot stills, which we introduced in 2014.

Tasting Notes

Ripe green fruit. Yellow apples, white peach, stone fruit, yellow plum and apricot. Ripe citrus of lemon pith and a hint of lime on the palate. A hint of tropical notes. Light minerality of chalk and pristine saline notes. Balanced butter and integrated toast from the barrel. Great concentration, acidity and intensity. Long finish. Beautiful 1. er Cru Meursault Les Charmes, balanced, elegant and light balsamic. Worth every penny!

Veuve Clicquot Extra Brut Extra Old is a champagne that is made from a blend of reserve wines, some of which are up to 20 years old, along with a base of younger wines. The exact blend of grape varieties is not specified by the producer. The wine is aged in the cellar for at least 3 years, which is longer than the minimum requirement for champagne. The wine is then disgorged and a low dosage of sugar is added, resulting in an "extra brut" style that is very dry and crisp. The wine has notes of dried fruit, toasted brioche, and nuts, and is known for its complexity and elegance.

Nose: Aromas of honey, citrus zest, and a hint of sea salt.

Taste: Smooth and creamy with flavors of vanilla, toffee, and ripe fruits.

Palate: Rich and full-bodied with a waxy texture, followed by notes of lemon, oak, and a subtle coastal brininess.

Tesseron tasting notes: "Very alluring and expressive, presenting a sensation of fruit compote layered with hints of honey and leather, all lifted by floral tones - very elegant. On the palate one enjoys a generous initial hit, presenting a wonderful, spicy vitality complementing a harmonious, rounded style".

Diageo has released a collection of rare and limited edition whiskies from Scotland's top distilleries every year since 2001 as part of their Special Releases series. The 2021 series, titled "Legends Untold," features 8 single malt whiskies bottled at cask strength and released in limited quantities. The series has notable design work from digital illustrator Ken Taylor. The Oban whisky included in the series is rich and smooth, with a maritime aroma, notes of seaweed and citrus, and a hint of smoke. The taste offers a balance of sweet and savory flavors, including fruits, honey, vanilla, smoked fish, pepper and woody spices.

94 points- Robert Parker's Wine Advocate" Blended of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc, the 2016 Clos du Marquis has a very deep garnet-purple color and is a little broody to begin, giving way to notes of crushed blackcurrants and black cherries with touches of warm plums, pencil shavings, earth and new leather with a waft of yeast extract. Dictador XO Aurum is an ultra-premium, 25- to 35-year-old Colombian rum blended from fermented virgin sugar cane honey and distilled in antique alembic copper stills. Aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks, it offers a smooth, complex palate with notes of roasted honey, Colombian coffee, dark chocolate, and royal toffee.

A great whisky holding all the flavours of all the Glenfarclas in one glass. Don't be afraid of the strength the smoothness makes the 105 drinkable at cask strength. However, adding a little water allows you to fully explore its great depth.

Nose: Complex, oaky, apples and pears and a tempting dark toffee sweetness

Palate: Dry and assertive, develops quickly to reveal a rich spiciness, combined with a hint of oak and sherried fruit.

Finish: Amazingly smooth for its strength, wonderful warming with a lingering spiciness, yet every round.

The perfectly ripe Chardonnay grapes lend the wine its aromas of ripe, sweet fruit complemented by subtle oaky notes. The palate is rich and ripe with a luxurious texture that coats the palate, the signature of an outstanding Chardonnay. Craigellachie 17 Year Old is a robust, non-chill filtered Speyside single malt (46% ABV) known for its distinctive, slightly sulfury "meaty" character balanced with sweet, tropical fruit notes. Matured in a blend of 50% first-fill bourbon and 50% first-fill sherry casks, it offers a creamy, complex flavor profile featuring notes of pineapple, vanilla, licorice, and roasted nuts.

The 2016 Château Talbot is a highly-rated (93-96 points), medium to full-bodied Saint-Julien Fourth Growth, offering a rich, polished profile.
