Ace of Spades Champagne, also known as Armand de Brignac, is a brand of champagne produced by the Champagne house Cattier in Chigny-les-Roses, France. Pearse Lyons Distillery opened in 2017, becoming Dublin’s second working distillery this century. This single malt has a nose of honey, apple pie with cream, light pepper, dried grasses, and green herbal notes. The orchard fruits of apple and pear are silenced by a fury of pepper, root ginger, and clove, with only grapefruit peel proffered in response. The dry, banana chip finish fades in a melee of squabbling spices.

Canada- A rare blend of 3 of Crown Royal's most exceptional whiskies aged at least 18 years. Enticing notes of vanilla & stone fruit greet you on the nose, followed by the velvety body of light oak tempered by caramel spice. Delicate notes of nougat linger in the full-bodied finish.

Dense and layered red with berry and tobacco character, a full body and a savory finish. Got it all here. Deep garnet in color, the 2016 Gloria needs a little swirling before notions of blackcurrant cordial, kirsch, and stewed black tea spill from the glass, followed by hints of chargrill and wood smoke.

The GlenDronach Port Wood is inspired by the historical import of casked port into Scotland during the 19th century. During the 1800s, port was ‘de rigueur', and many of the finest port pipes would travel from Portugal, down its Douro River, destined for the wine cellars of Scotland's gentry. Whilst many years have passed, Portugal's majestic Douro Valley is still renowned for its exceptional port. We have selected some of its finest port pipes to house The GlenDronach for a second maturation period of three years. Our Master Blender has expertly combined the whisky from these port pipes, to create a fruit-filled ten-year-old expression, with layers of ripe berries rolling into its signature long, lingering finish.

Hongyun lang is a high-end sauce-aroma baijiu. Its design concept comes from the blessing words "Hongyun Dang Tou" which means lucky star shining bright. The characteristics of Langjiu is all in this bottle with prominent sauce flavour, full bodied, sweet aftertaste and long lasting fragrance on empty glass. Truly a rare gem Baijiu.

D'Ussé XO Cognac, a blend of Cognacs aged between 10 to 30 years in oak, presents a deep copper hue. Its complex nose offers dried apricot, butterscotch, and orange zest. On the palate, flavors of blackberry, dark chocolate, toasted nut, apricot, and honey intertwine, creating a smooth and full-bodied experience. The finish is lengthy, with earthy notes emerging.

A classic representation from the esteemed house of Hine, this expression presents a pale copper color with a hint of tawny. Wild Common tequila blanco is a bright and clean tequila packed with flavors of agave sweetness laced with anise, citrus and minerals. It is produced from 100% blue weber agave and verified additive-free. This tequila is produced in the Jalisco Valley region by Master Distiller Salvador Rosales Trejo - aka “Chava” by friends and family. Complex in its profile, it highlights traditional production methods.

Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength is a premium, non-chill filtered Irish Single Pot Still whiskey bottled directly from the cask at high proof (typically 55-58% ABV). Matured in a combination of oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, it delivers a rich, complex flavor profile of dark, dried fruits, toasted nuts, and potent baking spices with a creamy texture.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the nose is a little broody and reticent at this very youthful stage, slowly unfolding to reveal profound plum preserves, crème de cassis, black raspberries and star anise with hints of moss-covered bark, truffles and tilled loam plus a waft of red currants and raspberry leaves sparks.

This whisky is an ex-Bourbon cask finish and is bottled at 46% abv, and is the first time Penderyn have released a core range single malt using mainly spirit from the pot stills, which we introduced in 2014.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Elegant and floral with light oak notes, vanilla, raisins, toffee apples, citrus peel and a hint of lime.

Palate: A delicate smooth single malt with honeyed fruits, vanilla, cinnamon spice and a hint of nutmeg.

Finish: Soft honey and vanilla notes fade to a malty finish.

Ripe green fruit. Yellow apples, white peach, stone fruit, yellow plum and apricot. Ripe citrus of lemon pith and a hint of lime on the palate. A hint of tropical notes. Light minerality of chalk and pristine saline notes. Balanced butter and integrated toast from the barrel. Great concentration, acidity and intensity. Long finish. Beautiful 1. er Cru Meursault Les Charmes, balanced, elegant and light balsamic. Worth every penny!

Deep, dark ruby-red is not quite opaque. The nose is classic for Lafite, with meaty notes to the dark fruit complimenting cedary oak. The aromas are deep & brooding. Cassis & dark fruit on the palate is overlaid by coffee notes & plentiful cedar. There is excellent freshness. There is a good concentration of deep, dark fruit supported by fine tannins. Alcohol is balanced & the finish is long. This is a nice classic example of Lafite.

Nose: Aromas of honey, citrus zest, and a hint of sea salt.

Taste: Smooth and creamy with flavors of vanilla, toffee, and ripe fruits.

Palate: Rich and full-bodied with a waxy texture, followed by notes of lemon, oak, and a subtle coastal brininess.

Veuve Clicquot Extra Brut Extra Old is a champagne that is made from a blend of reserve wines, some of which are up to 20 years old, along with a base of younger wines. The exact blend of grape varieties is not specified by the producer. The wine is aged in the cellar for at least 3 years, which is longer than the minimum requirement for champagne. The wine is then disgorged and a low dosage of sugar is added, resulting in an "extra brut" style that is very dry and crisp. The wine has notes of dried fruit, toasted brioche, and nuts, and is known for its complexity and elegance.

Dictador XO Aurum is an ultra-premium, 25- to 35-year-old Colombian rum blended from fermented virgin sugar cane honey and distilled in antique alembic copper stills. Aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks, it offers a smooth, complex palate with notes of roasted honey, Colombian coffee, dark chocolate, and royal toffee.

The palate is soft and seductive, with integrated, ripe tannins subsumed by fleshy black fruit. Oily black cherries with a long, fruit-laden finish, this will be approachable and moreish from the outset. Gorgeous aromas of currants, crushed stones, blackberries and flowers.

Aberlour 16 Year Old is a rich, smooth Speyside single malt, double-matured for 16 years in a combination of traditional oak and Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 40%-43% ABV, it features a complex profile of sweet raisin, soft plum, and creamy oak, with a long, warm, and slightly spicy finish.

Johnnie Walker 18 Year Old (formerly Platinum Label) is an intensely rich, 40-43% ABV blended Scotch whisky, aged for at least 18 years. Featuring whiskies from distilleries like Cardhu and Mortlach, it offers a sweet, complex flavour profile with notes of dried fruit, creamy vanilla, caramel, almond, and a light, lingering smoke. 

A great whisky holding all the flavours of all the Glenfarclas in one glass. Don't be afraid of the strength the smoothness makes the 105 drinkable at cask strength. However, adding a little water allows you to fully explore its great depth.

Nose: Complex, oaky, apples and pears and a tempting dark toffee sweetness

Palate: Dry and assertive, develops quickly to reveal a rich spiciness, combined with a hint of oak and sherried fruit.

Finish: Amazingly smooth for its strength, wonderful warming with a lingering spiciness, yet every round.

The perfectly ripe Chardonnay grapes lend the wine its aromas of ripe, sweet fruit complemented by subtle oaky notes. The palate is rich and ripe with a luxurious texture that coats the palate, the signature of an outstanding Chardonnay. The Pinot noir and Meunier grapes from the Vallée de la Marne complete the wine’s broad, luscious, smooth and juicy character. The finish is energetic and fresh.

" I loved the 2016 Château d'Issan and this is a certainly a wine to seek out. Made from a blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon and 36% Merlot from yields of 55 hectoliters per hectare, aged 18 months in 50% new oak, it has a beautiful perfume of blue fruits (cassis, blueberries, etc.) as well as hints of graphite, subtle oak, and charcoal. Medium to full-bodied, with integrated acidity, a terrific mid-palate, and perfect balance, it needs 4-5 years of bottle age and is going to cruise in good cellars for 20-25 years or more.
