Head winemaker Rob Griffin arrived in the Columbia Valley four decades ago via UC Davis and the Napa Valley and is the longest-practicing winemaker in Washington State. This wine spent 17 months in oak barriques and shows the rewards of both skill and patience. Expect ripe, juicy cherry and plum fruit with subtle smoky shading, and pair with grilled meats.

Viorica wine is made entirely from Viorica grapes, harvested manually and vinified by the traditional method. Chateau Canon-la-Gaffeliere is a Premier Grand Cru Classe, located in the St. Emilion appellation on the right bank of Bordeaux. Owned by the von Neipperg family, there are links to viticulture here since the 13th century. Canon -la-Gaffeliere is one of only two Bordeaux properties that is Certified Organic. The 2014 is a red blend of 55% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Franc and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of preserved blackberry, fig and black currant. The palate is medium-bodied with good structure and a spicy finish.

The Champagne Armand de Brignac Rose is crafted with Pinot Noir from old vines, planted in the Montagne de Reims, that produce fruit with powerful flavor intensity. The resulting cuvée features bright, fresh layers of red fruits, complemented by hints of baked pastry aromas.

Straight Edge is a blend of 5, 7 and 8-year-old Bourbon from Kentucky and Tennessee. The Bourbon was finished in the Napa Valley where it was aged in seasoned wine barrels. The barrels imparted toasty vanilla and dried fruit notes while also allowing the Bourbon to soften and mellow.
Aromatically intriguing with brown sugar, maple, caramelized oak, exotic spices, orange peel and campfire. The palate is velvety smooth, rich and packed with flavors of brown spice, honey and intense caramel. The complexity is apparent and the finish is persistent, long lasting and focused.

Luigi Bosca • Malbec D.O.C. is deep violet, with pleasant aromas of great tipicity: red fruits and flowers, sweet spices and coffee beans.

Margaux shows us the elegance and feminine side of Bordeaux. This second label of Chateau Brane Cantenac, a Second Growth of Bordeaux is a blend of 65% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Cabernet Franc. Already silky and very promising, it expresses black fruit aromas of blackberry and fleshy cherry mixed with elegant toast, smoke, and vanilla. The tannins are refined and balanced and is absolutely in the drink window.

Bardstown Origin Series Wheated Bottled-in-Bond is a 6-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon (100 proof) from The Bardstown Bourbon Company. Made with a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, it offers a creamy, balanced profile featuring notes of baked peach, cocoa, toffee, and vanilla with a long, soft finish.

Bright light pink colour with a youthful mousseux. Roasted and oak-derived notes with light red berry fruit, citrus and grape. Rather light palate, balanced and fresh with fresh red currant and pink grape, still with a slight oak impact, mild creaminess and a medium to long finish.
