Viorica wine is made entirely from Viorica grapes, harvested manually and vinified by the traditional method. Chateau Cos-d'Estournel is a second growth in the Saint Estephe appellation on the right bank of Bordeaux. The Chateau covers 69ha separated from first growth Chateau Lafite along the southern edge, by the stream between St. Estephe and Pauillac. This red blend is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot that is multi-faceted, delivering aromas of cinnamon, truffle, coffee and wild plums with a deep core of velvety tannins, full bodied and fantastic structure. Exceptionally complex, fine-smelling aszú made with furmint base wine and linden-leaf aszú grain. In addition to its intense fruity aroma and good acids, it has a completely smooth, elegant structure. Straight Edge is a blend of 5, 7 and 8-year-old Bourbon from Kentucky and Tennessee. The Bourbon was finished in the Napa Valley where it was aged in seasoned wine barrels. The barrels imparted toasty vanilla and dried fruit notes while also allowing the Bourbon to soften and mellow.

This wine is beautifully structured and well-balanced in a classic style, with surprising body and sparkle. The initial firmness evolves into a rounded, creamy texture, complemented by a subtle sweet and sour note of pink grapefruit!

Cinzano Bianco is a classic, 15% ABV Italian aromatized white wine known for its light yellow color, sweet taste, and delicate herbal, citrus, and vanilla aroma. Developed from an original 1757 recipe, it features notes of white peach, cinnamon, and fresh thyme, providing a versatile,, slightly spicy, and floral profile.

The project by the Cusomano brothers was founded in 2013, after years of producing wine under the Cusomano name in other parts of Sicily, the opportunity arose to acquire the first three contrade , or single vineyard sites on the northern slopes of Mt. Etna. These single vineyard sites gave birth to the name Alta Mora, which exemplified the stunning beauty of these sites.  Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese, one of the native red grapes grown on the mountain, the grapes are sourced from four different contrade.  This is a vibrant wine with spicy pepper aromas and flavours of black currant, mountain herbs and the ever-present minerality evident from volcanic soul. The acidity is high yet balanced with well integrated tannins.

The wine displays a medium gold color. On the nose, it is harmonious, offering aromas of mango, yellow apple, and citrus fruit. The palate is rich and round, with a harmonious character and a long, fresh finish.

Baglio di Pianetto ViaFrancia Rosato is an organic, high-altitude Sicilian rosé (Terre Siciliane IGT) made from 100% Syrah, offering a pale coral pink color. Also known as "amber wine", orange wine is the stuff of this fourth color, as singular as it is surprising. Bright and sunny, the orange wine, a true southern wine, offers a great potential for aging with its fresh and subtle notes. Very dry, it is distinguished by its tannic, complex and radiant character. A classic, yet clean orange wine, it is made with Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, Mauzac, Muscat, and Clairette. The nose is complex, fragrant and very fresh, brimming with peach, apricot and mirabelle plum. Nebbiolo is not known for making sparkling wine, but it has all the characteristics to make it into a great sparkling. This is 100% Nebbiolo in a delicate shade of pink with a nose of strawberries, and small red berries with cream on a brioche bun. Delicate perlage and bright acidity on the palate along with juicy red berries and hints of orange zest make this a pleasant bubbly.
