The GlenDronach Port Wood is inspired by the historical import of casked port into Scotland during the 19th century. Cimarrón Tequila Reposado is a distinguished additive-free spirit, crafted solely from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave and pure artesian well water, devoid of diffusers or enhancers. Hailing from Atotonilco, Jalisco, it stems from hillside agave grown at 4,620′ elevation, ensuring optimal sugar content. Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca oversees its production, employing a blend of 80% double column-still and 20% pot-still tequila. This reposado variant is aged for 3 to 6 months in American white oak, resulting in a bright, forward flavor. Wild Common tequila blanco is a bright and clean tequila packed with flavors of agave sweetness laced with anise, citrus and minerals. It is produced from 100% blue weber agave and verified additive-free. This tequila is produced in the Jalisco Valley region by Master Distiller Salvador Rosales Trejo - aka “Chava” by friends and family. Complex in its profile, it highlights traditional production methods.

INFUSION
It all starts with our precise blend of botanicals – cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel. The botanicals are suspended in a neutral grain spirit for 18 hours in macerating tanks.

DISTILLATION
The macerate is then pumped into a still along with pure water. Steam jackets heat the macerate, the vapors go into the condenser, which cools the vapors to form the gin distillate.

THE CUT
In a meticulously monitored process, the first fluid leaving the still, the "heads," is removed. Collecting the "heart of the spirit" throughout the run, the distillers then determine the end of the cycle and make the final cut, "the tails." This process takes approximately 7 hours and at this point, the "heart cut" is 142 proof.

BLENDING & BOTTLING
The "heart cut" is transferred to a blending tank where pure water is added, bringing the gin to the desired 84 proof. It is then sent to the bottling line for filling, capping, and labeling. Aviation is then packed into boxes and ready to ship.

Okunomatsu Sakura Daiginjo is a premium, highly aromatic sake from Fukushima, Japan, brewed with Gohyaku Mangoku rice polished to 50%. It features a refined, medium-bodied palate with notes of vanilla, nutty coconut custard, and tropical fruits (pineapple/papaya), finishing with a crisp, dry, and slightly salted, earthy finish.

The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a 14-year-old Speyside single malt finished in Caribbean rum casks, offering a smooth, creamy, and sweet profile. It features rich notes of toffee, caramel, and vanilla, balanced with tropical fruit hints (like passion fruit and mango) and a warm, lingering finish. Dictador XO Platinum is a premium Colombian solera rum aged 25–35 years in ex-bourbon, sherry, and re-charred Port casks. Shinobu Distillery is located in Niigata (Koshi area) of Japan, which is famous for its “Three White” treasures namely snow, rice and sake. Quality whisky selected from all around the world is reserved in bourbon and sherry casks for more than 3 years and later finished with precious Mizunara oak in Japan. “Shinobu” in Japanese means forbearance, which is considered an important trait of Japanese culture; thus, the name reflects the spirit of making good whisky.

Tasting Notes:

La Fée Parisienne is an all-natural absinthe distilled in France, featuring a classic strength of 68% ABV. It is crafted from Grand Absinthe (Artemisia absinthium), Petit Absinthe (Artemisia pontica), and Genepi (Genepi Artemisia), along with green and star anise, fennel, hyssop, and coriander. Each of the nine botanicals is individually distilled rather than in a single process, and then meticulously blended by the master distiller following a French Absinthe Museum-approved recipe. This labor-intensive method ensures the consistent quality of this Absinthe Supérieure.
