This Grangestone Single Malt has been matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours, green leafy notes play in harmony with its sweet delicate oak flavour. The whisky is then transferred into casks that have previously held Sherry to allow for further development.

Aroma: A rich malty aroma with subtle notes of dried fruits and cinnamon sticks. The sherry cask influence has introduced a sherbet spice and oaky character.

Taste: Rick and spicy with layers of sweet oak, raisins, apricots and fresh oak. Addition of a little water releases the characteristic flavours of sherry cask.

Alberta Premium Cask Strength Limited Edition Release is distilled in Calgary, Alberta, using 100% Canadian Prairie rye grains and glacier-fed spring water from the Rocky Mountains. This release blends pot still and column still distillation, aged in heavily charred (#4) first-fill ex-bourbon barrels from Jim Beam, as well as virgin oak and second-fill bourbon barrels. The 2018 Cosecha bottling is crafted from over-ripe Highland pinto Blue Weber agave cultivated at an altitude of 5,019 feet in the mineral-rich CALICHE soil of Vista Hermosa, Micohoacán, the southernmost region within the D.O. This unique terroir, saturated with calcium carbonate, imparts a heightened minerality to Tequila Fuenteseca Cosecha 2018, beautifully complementing its pure agave essence, characterized by notes of sweet, cooked yams, and warm baking spices.

This expression is reputed to contain some whisky up to 40 years old and was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks. A captivating Japanese gin emerges from the esteemed Masahiro distillery, renowned for its expertise in crafting Awamori, a rice-based spirit. This time, their artistry delves into the world of juniper, resulting in a fascinating creation. In addition to the prominent juniper, the skilled distillers of Okinawa have skillfully incorporated a medley of ingredients. Guava leaves, imparting their unique essence, intertwine with the intriguing flavors of long pepper, the exotic charm of roselle (a hibiscus variety), the distinct character of goya (a melon type), and the vibrant zest of shekwasha (a green citrus fruit native to Okinawa and Taiwan). This gin is a testament to the distillery's journey into new realms, producing a truly distinctive and captivating spirit.

Masumi Sparkling Origarami is a sparkling sake made by Masumi Sake in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. It is made using a blend of Miyamanishiki and Yamadanishiki rice varieties, and is bottle-fermented using the traditional Champagne method. The sake has a delicate aroma with notes of apple and pear, and a clean, refreshing taste with a subtle sweetness and effervescence. It is a versatile sake that pairs well with a wide range of dishes, including seafood, sushi, and light desserts.

INFUSION
It all starts with our precise blend of botanicals – cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel. The botanicals are suspended in a neutral grain spirit for 18 hours in macerating tanks.

DISTILLATION
The macerate is then pumped into a still along with pure water. Steam jackets heat the macerate, the vapors go into the condenser, which cools the vapors to form the gin distillate.

THE CUT
In a meticulously monitored process, the first fluid leaving the still, the "heads," is removed. Collecting the "heart of the spirit" throughout the run, the distillers then determine the end of the cycle and make the final cut, "the tails." This process takes approximately 7 hours and at this point, the "heart cut" is 142 proof.

BLENDING & BOTTLING
The "heart cut" is transferred to a blending tank where pure water is added, bringing the gin to the desired 84 proof. It is then sent to the bottling line for filling, capping, and labeling. Aviation is then packed into boxes and ready to ship.

Glenmorangie "The Cadboll Estate" 15-Year-Old is the first single estate whisky from this Highlands distillery. The single malt was made from barley grown on the brand's 440-acre Cadboll Estate located near the distillery. The single malt matured in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels for 15 years, before enjoying a finishing period in casks that once held Muscat and Sémillion wines.

Appearance: Deep gold in colour.

Nose: Cookie dough with plenty of raisins, dried orange peel, chocolate chips and hints of lemon verbena grassiness.

Palate: Thyme honey, melted butter, green apple boiled sweeties and aromatic barley.

Finish: Red fruit sweetness balanced by rounded malt.

Aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in new oak for a zesty character and complexity. Pale gold in colour; aromas of sweet barley, caramel and citrus; the palate is dry with citrus peel, lemon, crisp apple and vanilla spice followed by a lengthy finish that explodes with honey and sweet honey.

This beautifully aged spirit boasts notes of oak, fruity undertones, honey and vanilla underpinned by cooked agave. There is a smooth harmony on the palate, not unlike what shows in some very fine bourbons.

Maker's Mark Cask Strength 2023 offers a bolder, richer profile compared to the regular Maker's Mark, with notes of raisin bread, blueberry pie, and cinnamon buns on the nose. The palate is described as mouth-coating and waxy, with flavors like angel food cake, pink popcorn, and canned peaches. The finish is long and balanced, with touches of red Twizzlers and toasted oak.
