It’s an easy progression why we would use Alberta’s famous Taber Corn from the Molnar Farm in our corn mash allowing you to not only eat your Taber Corn, but drink it too. 

A blended whisky from Suntory's three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. Toki has a different composition to another Suntory blend, Hibiki, as its main components are Hakashu single malt and Chita grain whisky. It should work really well in a highball.

Langpai Tequ T8 is a strong-aroma baijiu that is processed old mud pits. Baijiu has a very long fermentation period, from weeks to months or longer. This type of fermentation leads to a spirit very high in esters, hence the very sweet flavors.

Nose - pronounced, banana, pineapple, melon, and coconut. Palate - pronounced, mouth filling & dry, flavors of melon, elderflower, pineapple, mango and candied fruit. Finish - long, very complex
Strong Baijiu takes some time to get used to because the flavor profile is quite different. The closest example I know of is Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum. This is a potent very high quality Baijiu full of flavor.

Sheep Dip is a premium small-batch blended malt Scotch whisky, crafted from single malts across Scotland into a sophisticated blend with a robust character. It pays homage to Scottish farmers who historically distilled their own spirits, reflecting an era when quality and community took precedence over excise duties. This whisky features a nose of bold fruit aromas including melon, pear, and orange, with citrusy botanicals, sweet marzipan, and spicy oak. Maison Ferrand is one of the world's premier boutique producers of fine spirits. Founded in 1989 by Alexandre Gabriel, his mission was to preserve age-old spirit production methods, keeping the classic aromas and flavours of each spirit, yet with advanced innovation. The portfolio includes the lineup of Plantation Rum, Citadelle Gin, Ferrand Cognac, the Mathilde line of fruit infusion liqueurs and Curacao. Made with yuzu fruit, the whole fruit is placed in brandy for a week to steep. The drunken yuzu is then distilled in their copper stills. The next step is an infusion of more yuzu and other spices, using their centuries old recipes. The final result is a rich, round curacao that has a nose of spicy yuzu, tangerine, vanilla, marzipan and a delicate hint of flowers, pepper, mint and herbs. The palate follows with candied citrus fruits, tropical fruits, almonds, nutmeg and tea, and of course, more yuzu! This would make an amazing Mai Tai cocktail.

This spirit features smoky tones with a pleasant permanence in the mouth, slight minerality, and hints of aromatic field flowers. Made from Cupreata and Manso Sahuayo agave species aged 6-8 years, it hails from El Limon and La Calzonuda. The agave is cooked in a conical volcanic stone oven, crushed with a roller mill, fermented in oak wood tubs embedded in the ground, and distilled using a Philippine still with a wooden cap and copper pot.

This expression is reputed to contain some whisky up to 40 years old and was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks. Kubota Junmai Daiginjo (720ml) is a premium, modern Japanese sake from Niigata known for its "tanrei-karakuchi" (crisp and dry) style. It features elegant aromas of pear, melon, and lily, with a silky,, balanced flavor profile that blends delicate sweetness with refreshing acidity. It is best served chilled for a clean finish.

The Macallan Rare Cask is a rich, complex single malt from Scotland, crafted from the distillery's rarest sherry-seasoned oak casks, offering notes of vanilla, raisin, dark chocolate, and citrus zest, with a velvety finish, showcasing Macallan's mastery of wood and natural color. It's an annual release, non-age-stated, selected by whisky makers for its opulent aromas and full-bodied character. 

Padre Azul Añejo is a premium 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, aged for at least 18 months in hand-selected oak bourbon barrels. It features a complex, smooth profile with prominent notes of vanilla, caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, and dried fruits, boasting an extremely long, refined finish.

The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a rich, sherried Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has no added color. It features a dark, mahogany color with a flavor profile dominated by sweet spices, raisins, dark chocolate, and the distillery’s signature heather honey.

For several generations, the Darroze family has scoured Gascony in the Grands Crus centre of the Bas Armagnac region. Thousands of centuries-old treasures are held in stock at the Darroze house. This diversity in crus, vintages, grape varieties and styles has allowed Marc Darroze to work on this range known as 'Les Grands Assemblages' (The Great Blends). Chosen for their complementary characteristics, the selected Armagnacs in each blend are of different ages. Each age on the bottle indicates the age of the youngest Armagnac in the blend.

Glenmorangie "The Cadboll Estate" 15-Year-Old is the first single estate whisky from this Highlands distillery. The single malt was made from barley grown on the brand's 440-acre Cadboll Estate located near the distillery. The single malt matured in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels for 15 years, before enjoying a finishing period in casks that once held Muscat and Sémillion wines.

Appearance: Deep gold in colour.

Nose: Cookie dough with plenty of raisins, dried orange peel, chocolate chips and hints of lemon verbena grassiness.

Palate: Thyme honey, melted butter, green apple boiled sweeties and aromatic barley.

Finish: Red fruit sweetness balanced by rounded malt.

North America's first single malt whisky distillery. A single malt from this side of the sea, aged 10 years in oak barrels. The crystal clear water from Maclellan's Brook flows from the Mabou highlands located above Glenora distillery, giving Glen Breton its classic and pure taste. Produced by the traditional copper pot stills methods using only three ingredients: barley, yeast and water.

Tasting Notes: on the nose it is medium-bodied and pleasantly fiery, offering a tight combination of butterscotch, heather, honey and ground, with wood-infused undertones. finishes long and smooth.

Tesseron tasting notes: "Very alluring and expressive, presenting a sensation of fruit compote layered with hints of honey and leather, all lifted by floral tones - very elegant. Hirsch The Bivouac is a 100-proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, bottled-in-bond, that blends two different sourced bourbons from Bardstown, Kentucky. It features a primary blend of 3-year-old bourbon (74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley) and a smaller amount of a higher malted barley, 6-year-old bourbon (72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley) for added complexity. The whiskey offers a balance of sweet and spicy notes, with flavor profiles often described as having hints of vanilla, caramel, oak, cinnamon, nuts, and dark chocolate.
