Made with yuzu fruit, the whole fruit is placed in brandy for a week to steep. The drunken yuzu is then distilled in their copper stills. The next step is an infusion of more yuzu and other spices, using their centuries old recipes. The final result is a rich, round curacao that has a nose of spicy yuzu, tangerine, vanilla, marzipan and a delicate hint of flowers, pepper, mint and herbs. The palate follows with candied citrus fruits, tropical fruits, almonds, nutmeg and tea, and of course, more yuzu! This would make an amazing Mai Tai cocktail.

Kujira Ryukyu Single Grain Whisky 10 years was distilled from 100% premium Indica rice and matured in White Oak Virgin casks for more than 10 years.Nose: Rich and sweet butter with caramel, spices from sapwood like bourbon whisky.

Palate: sweet and buttery, like caramel, roasted wood, liquorice. With an extinguish taste of spice such as cloves and cinnamon.
Finish: bitterness with long finish of spices, that brings back the sweetness

Double matured in American oak barrels; glistening gold colour in the glass, with lively aromas of peat smoke, vanilla, coconut and banana; the increased oak contact creates a soft velvety mouthfeel that is complemented by distinctive peatiness, followed by smoke and soft sweetness leading to a long drying finish.

Langpai Tequ T8 is a strong-aroma baijiu that is processed old mud pits. Baijiu has a very long fermentation period, from weeks to months or longer. This type of fermentation leads to a spirit very high in esters, hence the very sweet flavors.

Strong Baijiu takes some time to get used to because the flavor profile is quite different. The closest example I know of is Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum. This is a potent very high quality Baijiu full of flavor.

Glengarry Highland 12-year-old Scottish single malt whisky is a perfect example of premium single malt whiskey from the Scottish Highland region.
It matured for 12 years in three types of American oak barrels (ex-bourbon, refilled and fired). The result is a whiskey with a smooth character and a balanced taste and finish.

Sweet Sippin' Canadian Maple Whisky is a Canadian liqueur that blends high-quality Canadian whisky with pure Quebec maple syrup. Aromas of newsprint, damp foliage, and wood spice dominate on the nose. Confident, almost fizzy sherry notes on the full palate, with sultanas, figs, and fruit spices. It becomes progressively more citric. The lengthy finish produces dark chocolate dipped in chili sauce. A sherry-soaked dram.

This spirit opens with a nose of exotic fruits, featuring mango, passion fruit, and fermented pineapple, with subtle citrus notes like lime in the background. The palate follows through with the fermented fruits, highlighting pineapple and mango, along with hints of guava, papaya, petrol, liquorice, vanilla, sea salt, and oak spices. The finish is long, leaving impressions of Bananas Foster, pineapple chunks, and oak.

Reminiscent of dark chocolate covered espresso beans, the aromas of this deep amber colored spirit are indulgent and inviting. The medium viscosity supports a hefty dose of sugar, well balanced with deeply concentrated roasted coffee that is long lasting.

Sheep Dip is a premium small-batch blended malt Scotch whisky, crafted from single malts across Scotland into a sophisticated blend with a robust character.
