Bardstown Origin Series Wheated Bottled-in-Bond is a 6-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon (100 proof) from The Bardstown Bourbon Company. Made with a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, it offers a creamy, balanced profile featuring notes of baked peach, cocoa, toffee, and vanilla with a long, soft finish.

Duckhorn Three Palms Merlot is an iconic, full-bodied Napa Valley wine known for its elegance, complexity, and age-worthiness, blending rich dark fruit (plum, black cherry, fig, boysenberry) with floral notes (rose petals), spice (cinnamon, cocoa), and earthy minerality, all supported by silky tannins and French oak aging, creating a benchmark for New World Merlot.

Caymus-Suisun The Walking Fool is a smooth, full-bodied red blend, primarily Zinfandel and Petite Sirah from California's Suisun Valley, known for juicy red fruit (raspberry), espresso notes, earthy spice, and vanilla, with soft tannins and a balanced, lingering finish, perfect for rich foods like BBQ, charcuterie, or pizza. It's named after a Wagner family ancestor who walked miles daily, reflecting its character as a spirited yet grounded wine.

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a classic Tennessee whiskey known for its iconic black and white label, square bottle, and smooth taste derived from charcoal mellowing. It features aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, and caramel, with a palate that includes sweet notes, nuts, and a touch of spice. The whiskey is made using iron-free cave spring water, a mash of corn, rye, and barley, and is aged in new, charred oak barrels.

Reminiscent of dark chocolate covered espresso beans, the aromas of this deep amber colored spirit are indulgent and inviting. The medium viscosity supports a hefty dose of sugar, well balanced with deeply concentrated roasted coffee that is long lasting.

Elvis fans will find a nostalgic treat in this whiskey, featuring a distinct peanut butter note that evokes memories of the King's favorite sandwich. While the banana may be missing, the gentle honey hue sets the stage for a powerful blast of nutty sweetness. The Evesham Wood Sojeau Vineyard Pinot Noir (Eola-Amity Hills) is a structured, cool-climate wine known for its high energy and bright acidity. Barnard Griffin Winery began in 1983 with borrowed grapes and a rented cellar, the dream of founders Deborah Barnard and Rob Griffin. Decoy Sauvignon Blanc is a single-varietal wine made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from premium vineyards in Sonoma County, California. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh and vibrant character. Decoy Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw colour with aromas of citrus, melon, and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with flavours of grapefruit, lime, and passion fruit. The wine has a bright acidity and a clean, zesty finish.

This wine is ideal for pairing with seafood, salads, and light appetizers.

The mastermind behind this wheat vodka is Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley, of Buffalo Trace Distillery, which is based out of Frankfort, Kentucky. Crafted in small batches, it has notes of citrus, wheat and traces of vanilla. Medium-bodied and clean, it has a long finish. Serve over ice with club soda and a lemon wedge.

Angel's Envy 10 Year Cask Strength is a landmark, limited-edition bourbon celebrating the brand's 15th anniversary, marking their first age-stated release, matured for a decade and finished in port wine barrels for added richness and complexity. Elijah Craig Barrel Proof (ECBP) is a highly acclaimed, uncut, and non-chill filtered straight bourbon whiskey bottled directly from the barrel, typically aged for 12 years (though recent batches vary). Brother's Bond Original Cask Strength Straight Bourbon is a high-rye, 4-year-old Indiana whiskey (115.8 proof) created by actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley. It features a 65% corn, 22% rye, and 13% wheat/barley mash bill, delivering bold flavors of ripe banana, caramel, leather, and oak, with a long, spicy, and smooth finish.

A 2 Year Old Straight Bourbon from Texas distillery, Ironroot Republic. This has been distilled from a mash of 100% Bloody Butcher Corn, meeting the requirements for Bourbon having been matured in a new charred oak barrel (Char 1 - Heavy Toast).

An absolutely striking variety of Heirloom corn grown since the 1800’s, Bloody Butcher is probably the deepest red corn available anywhere. Ears grow to 12″, with a deep and bright red colour.

The distillery uses multiple varieties of corn, rye, wheat, and barley. The vast majority of which are grown within 60 miles of the distillery.

Bloody Butcher Corn is a pretty important grain for Ironroot Republic. They use it as a flavouring grain in about 20% of the whiskeys that they make, so to have a single cask 100% Bloody Butcher Corn Bourbon is kind of a big deal

The Cakebreads exemplify their dedication to quality through years of family teamwork, sustainability, and a sharp focus on fruit and terroir expression, earning them certification as a Napa Green Winery since 2008.

Critic tasting note: "The age is readily apparent on the nose, which offers notes of chamomile tea, spice cabinet, antique store, grape jam, candied orange, and balanced oak. The palate is spicy, with bright citrus flavors, orange peel, pepper, and tingly spice. Water brings out guava, lemon iced tea, and mocha. The finish offers loads of spice, with drying oak tannin and more orange peel, contrasting with a hint of vanilla sweetness. (10,000 bottles)"

The Chardonnay offers an enticing array of scents, including toasted wood, brown spice, and lush dried apricot. The flavors are bright and fruity, with notes of white peach. The finish is round and vibrant, with a lively acidity, enlivening freshness, and a grippy, toasty quality.

Red blends of this type rarely shine as brightly. This ultra concentrated and smooth-textured blend including Merlot, Petite Sirah and Malbec is inky dark in color, luxurious aromatic of blueberries, blackcurrants and mint followed by oak spices and dark chocolate on the palate. Creamy in texture, it is laden in massive but melted tannins.

Color: Deep russet with golden highlights. Aroma: Delicately sweet with hints of clove spice. Taste: Lightly floral with gentle smoke and sweet vanilla, transitioning into caramel. Finish: Warm and full-bodied, leaving behind lingering impressions of fresh apple.

This Pinot from Oregon stands as a testament to the state's ability to produce wines that can indeed rival those from Burgundy. This realization is further solidified upon tasting this particular wine, which is currently in its optimal drinking window and will remain so for the next few years. It opens up slowly, revealing a salty zest of dark cherry and the wild garrigue—a type of herby scrub found in Burgundy. This wine is a gastronomic delight, becoming one of my favorites when paired with a seared steak accompanied by a red wine pan jus.

Vineyard notes: "Our Chardonnay thrives in our American Canyon and Carneros vineyards in the southern tip of Napa Valley, near San Pablo Bay which spills into the San Francisco Bay. The cool maritime breezes and morning fog allow the grapes to slowly ripen to develop complex flavors while maintaining a bright, natural acidity. We farm all of our certified organic vineyards naturally, using the principles of regenerative agriculture."

Nose: Applewood and Mesquite-smoked brisket, Brown sugar and vanilla.

Palate: Traditional flavours like vanilla, caramel and a sweet oakiness appear right off the bat. Salty, smoky grilled meat builds in the back palate.

Finish: Medium to short - with the sweeter flavours from the palate carrying through.

Provenance Vineyards Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a, full-bodied, and, velvety Napa Valley red, primarily sourcing from Rutherford and other top AVAs. It features rich,, dark fruit flavors of blackcurrant, plum, and, blackberry, complemented by cocoa and, fine, integrated tannins. The wine is, aged for 18 months in French oak, offering a long, structured finish.
