Glen Garioch (prounouced 'Geery') is one of the oldest operating distilleries in Scotland, located in the quaint and historic town of Oldmeldrum, near Aberdeen, the most easterly located. They've been distilling since 1797, but 200 years in 1997, they re-opened after being closed for two years and started the Renaissance line. This 18-year-old is the 4th and final chapter in the lineup, understanding the character of an 18 year old. Matured for 18 years in both bourbon and sherry barrels, this light golden amber Scotch has a nose of honey, toffee, vanilla and some white chocolate. The taste is big and bold with oaky spices, pepper and cinnamon and a long, smooth finish.

Elijah Craig Barrel Proof (ECBP) is a highly acclaimed, uncut, and non-chill filtered straight bourbon whiskey bottled directly from the barrel, typically aged for 12 years (though recent batches vary). It is released three times yearly (A, B, C), featuring intense caramel, oak, and baking spice notes with a high proof.

Smoked meat, paprika, cumin, peppercorn, and star anise, amid fragrant smoke and maple bacon. The flavors are supremely fruity with tangerine, marmalade, lime zest, and pineapple juice. Brother's Bond Original Cask Strength Straight Bourbon is a high-rye, 4-year-old Indiana whiskey (115.8 proof) created by actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley. It features a 65% corn, 22% rye, and 13% wheat/barley mash bill, delivering bold flavors of ripe banana, caramel, leather, and oak, with a long, spicy, and smooth finish.

A 2 Year Old Straight Bourbon from Texas distillery, Ironroot Republic. This has been distilled from a mash of 100% Bloody Butcher Corn, meeting the requirements for Bourbon having been matured in a new charred oak barrel (Char 1 - Heavy Toast).

Once again we’ve bottled this at natural cask strength and and have filled just 242 bottles.

An absolutely striking variety of Heirloom corn grown since the 1800’s, Bloody Butcher is probably the deepest red corn available anywhere. Ears grow to 12″, with a deep and bright red colour.

The distillery uses multiple varieties of corn, rye, wheat, and barley. The vast majority of which are grown within 60 miles of the distillery.

Bloody Butcher Corn is a pretty important grain for Ironroot Republic. They use it as a flavouring grain in about 20% of the whiskeys that they make, so to have a single cask 100% Bloody Butcher Corn Bourbon is kind of a big deal

Taber Corn is second to none. Each summer, when word of Taber, Alberta’s first corn harvest breaks, connoisseurs converge on roadside stands to get it. It’s an easy progression why we would use Alberta’s famous Taber Corn from the Molnar Farm in our corn mash allowing you to not only eat your Taber Corn, but drink it too. At 101 proof (50.5% abv), this higher proof whisky gives a depth of flavour and aroma second to none, just like the corn it is made from!

The Sauternes Cask Matured limited edition from Kilchoman has been fully matured in ex-Sauternes wine casks, offering a remarkable balance of buttery sweetness, barbecued pineapple, candied ginger, and floral peat smoke. Selected by Kilchoman Founder Anthony Wills, this whisky combines the natural peat smoke and citrus character of Kilchoman with layers of dark fruits, rich spices, and salted caramel sweetness. The nose presents creamy, buttery notes with ripe fruits and subtle peat smoke, while the palate features butterscotch, floral notes, and tropical fruits, all carried by integrated peat smoke. This first cask-strength expression in Highland Park’s core range was matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned American oak. The finish yields sweet spices, more honey, dark chocolate, black pepper, and bonfire embers.
