The Irishman Harvest, previously known as Founder's Reserve, is a blend of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still Irish whiskeys, crafted with 100% Irish barley and triple-distilled. It's known for its creamy texture and flavor profile featuring notes of apple pie, cereal grains, and hints of toasted oak. The Harvest edition is a tribute to Irish agriculture and distilling, emphasizing the use of Irish barley in its production.

This crisp, fruity wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay in Varnier Fannière's Côte des Blancs vineyards. It has a citrus flavor, with touches of green plum and quince, and a tight, mineral character. Ideally, this should be aged for a year, but it is drinkable now.

A Night on Earth - The Journey celebrates cherished moments spent with loved ones, embodying the spirit of the New Year. The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 years old forms part of our Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. This special single malt delivers an intensely rich and full flavor character, citrus, dried fruits and wood smoke. This distinguished single malt is matured exclusively for twenty-five years in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. Laying undisturbed in the same casks for a quarter of a century, the maturing spirit transforms to create this luxurious single malt whisky characterized by its rich flavors of vanilla, dried fruits and ginger spice with a long finish and rich mahogany color. Superlative Speysider from Macallan, this astonishing 25 year old is one of the most revered whiskies in the world. It received a perfect 100 out of 100 score from the Beverage Testing Institute in Chicago, 1999. It also received a Gold at the International Spirits Challenge. Nose: Very fruity, with notes of orange and pear on the nose. Also has a good dollop of sweet spices which develop into an almost smoky character. The sherry on the nose is refined and well balanced, with hints of honey and caramel. Palate: Textbook malt delivery which gives way to a mouthful of dried apricots, prunes and figs. Hints of nutmeg and cinnamon weave in and out of an epic whack of honey that only a Speyside distillery of this kind of nobility can produce. Finish: A long, full finish that carries fig, spices, chewy oak and a touch of light smoke.

Matured in a combination of American oak and European sherry oak for a balanced profile of dried fruit and light oak spice. The palate is creamy with honeyed flavours carrying marmalade and baking spices followed by a lengthy, fruity finish, that is dominated by Sultana.

The Macallan distillery of Speyside was founded in 1824 by Alexander Reid, a barley farmer. It was one of the first distilleries in Scotland to be legally licensed. Made from the finest barley and matured for 15 years in a combination of Sherry seasoned American and European oak; these casks without a doubt, are the single greatest contributor to the distinctive aromas and flavours, not to mention the outstanding quality of this Scotch. Tobermory 42 Year Old Sherry Cask Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a historic bottling from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull. This exceptional whisky contains some of the first spirit produced when the distillery reopened in 1972. Renowned for its long-aged sherried profile, it boasts a rich texture, with pronounced spice and sweet fruit characteristics. On the nose, it presents a full-bodied aroma, while the palate reveals a surprising peat presence, with smokiness that quickly hits the palate before tapering off. The finish is smooth and long, leaving a lasting impression. Tobermory distillery, situated in the town of Tobermory on the Hebridean island of Mull, Scotland, was founded in 1798 and was formerly known as Ledaig.

A blended whisky from Suntory's three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. Toki has a different composition to another Suntory blend, Hibiki, as its main components are Hakashu single malt and Chita grain whisky. It should work really well in a highball.

Smooth, with a warming cinnamon spice sensation; the flavours feature crisp pear, vanilla, almond, lilac and honeysuckle with an undertone of dried apricots. This whisky undergoes a unique aging process, starting in bourbon casks before finishing in tawny port pipes. Its brilliant copper color with a rose hue sets the stage for a sensory journey. The Tomatin 30 Year Old Single Malt delivers fresh aromas of soft fruits, golden honey, and smooth white chocolate. On the palate, it presents a fusion of tropical fruits and creamy buttered vanilla, mingling with an explosion of sensational mixed spices.

A delight for Tomatin fans, the first batch of their 36-year-old single malt Scotch whisky was unveiled in mid-2015. Distilled in 1977 and matured in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks until March 2015, this well-aged expression is bottled at 46% ABV. Expect masses of milk chocolate, oak spice, and subtle orchard fruit notes in this top-notch Highland dram. This release was limited to just 800 bottles.

The Tomatin Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky has a nose of sweet vanilla, honey, and caramel with a hint of oak. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied with flavors of toffee, dark chocolate, and dried fruit. The finish is long and warming with a touch of spice and a lingering sweetness. Overall, this whisky is complex and well-balanced, with a smooth and satisfying mouthfeel.

Palate: Classic festive spiciness, with ginger, nutmeg and oodles of dried fruit, orange chocolate and maple syrup drizzled over pancakes.
Finish: Waxy citrus, oily malt and fresh tropical fruit, followed by chai-spiced dark chocolate.

The longest-standing expression in the range, 10 year old was introduced in 2002. It offers a nose that is light and initially green, with unripe apples, acetate, ripe pears, bananas, and light fudge. The palate is relatively insubstantial, with nutty milk chocolate, vanilla, brittle toffee, and oak. Nutty in the short finish, with a hint of malt and drying oak.

This aromatic spirit is scented with citrus peel, rose Turkish delight, florist shop notes, honeycomb, candied orange halves, pear, and gentle wood spices. The palate begins with fruity flavors of citrus, dried apple, and star fruit, transitioning to a creamy texture with vanilla, malt, Oreos, and oak tannins. It leaves a lingering finish of cocoa, delicate spices, and residual fruitiness.

Nose: Rich and sweet with notes of dried fruits, raisins, and figs. Hints of toffee and caramel.

Taste: Smooth and velvety on the palate. Flavors of dark chocolate, orange peel, and Christmas cake. Slight nuttiness and a touch of spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and luscious. The sherry influence is prominent, bringing forth flavors of dried fruits, cinnamon, and cloves. A long and warming finish with a lingering sweetness.

Nose: Rich and fruity with notes of ripe peaches, apricots, and honey. Subtle hints of vanilla and oak.

Taste: Smooth and creamy with flavors of sweet white grapes, honeydew melon, and a touch of citrus. Slight spiciness with a gentle warmth.

Palate: Delicate and well-balanced. Creamy mouthfeel with a luscious sweetness. The white port cask finish adds a unique depth and complexity, enhancing the fruity and honeyed character.

What's in the bottle is a mix of four-year-old rye blended with a small portion (22%, to be exact) of rum sourced from the Caribbean and South America. The end result is distinctly sweet orange-peel and orange-blossom fragrances, and a spice cake-like flavor. Traces of maple and brown sugar wind into oak and allspice. Meant for mixing. Kara Newman

Slow-roasted corn, marzipan, cinnamon, nutmeg, and kettle corn start this experience and slowly fade to corn on the cob with butter, salt, and pepper. Then, it’s apple cider vinegar, deep-fried mushrooms, and Nutella. Fried pie dough and hints of chocolate appear before a medium finish that has a hint of toffee.
