The Blasted Church Vineyards Syrah VQA typically offers a rich and complex tasting experience. The nose reveals notes of blueberry, plum, and violet, with a hint of gamey Syrah. On the palate, you can expect a rounded attack with blueberry, blackberry, and ripe red berries, leading into mid-palate flavors of wild sage and plum. Lively acidity balances the mouthfeel, and fine-grained tannins persist throughout the finish.

Synchromesh Riesling is known for its bright acidity, citrusy aromatics, and a balance of sweetness and fruit. Expect notes of lemon zest, lime, grapefruit, and apple, often with a hint of honey or spice. Some vintages may offer more pronounced fruit flavors like apricot or peach.

Winner of a 2016 World Beer Cup Award, The 33 Acres of Euphoria is a Belgian Trippel that is bottle conditioned and sold in 750ml bottles. Coming in at 9.2% alcohol this is a big and intense beer, don’t tell the food and inspection agency though as the beer is mislabeled as being a “strong beer” as opposed to “Extra Strong Beer”. This beer pours from the (not easily opened) corked bottle a colour of hazy gold topped with one finger of head that settles without a trace. The aroma is sweet with a moderate Belgian yeast character along side notes of coriander, wheat, orange peel and a mellow booziness. Tasting the beer, low carbonation meets a creamy mouthfeel and sweetness. The sweetness masks the boozy character from the nose and subdues the coriander spice and orange peel notes. While perhaps a touch under carbonated this is a well crafted, traditional style Belgian Tripel.

This wine boasts a distinctive coppery hue, achieved by leaving the must on the skins overnight! Aromas of ripe pear, apricot, and floral notes are enriched with hints of almonds and a touch of spice. Its complexity and depth make it highly versatile, pairing beautifully with cold cuts, charcuterie boards, seafood risotto, delicate white meats, and even Lobster Mac and Cheese. The grapes are manually harvested and fermented in stainless steel under temperature control, with minimal intervention to preserve the wine’s natural character and unique style.

Temperance Chérie is a comfort beverage, as welcome as a warm hug on a cold day. Ripe cherry notes mingle with the best of British Columbian apples to create a sparkler that hints of orchard blossoms kissed by the sun.

Another great wine from the winemaking team at Casale del Giglio, this is another "petit" wine, although there's nothing little about it. Typically the grape used in Bordeaux blends to provide the tannic backbone, it's seen more and more often as a monovarietal wine. The Petit Verdot is part of a special research project that was launched in 1985 with the goal to identify maximize the territory’s potential for quality viticulture. Finding ideal growing conditions with respect to climate, elevation, and soil, the Petit Verdot matures into an elegant and full-bodied red wine with great berry flavours. Velvety and ripe tannins provide a great backbone. A complex wine with great aging potential.

If you're looking for Beaujolais Cru, look no further. Of the 10 Cru, CLS has wines from seven. Rather than sourcing the grapes from all across the Beaujolais region, each individual Cru has their own terroir and soil structure; all made with 100% Gamay with the resulting wines unique and set-apart from each other. Moulin-a-Vent is known as one of the more 'robust' Cru. From the Les Thorins sector of Moulin-à-Vent, this wine is dense with some solid tannins. Rich, juicy and generously structured with jammy red fruits, Lucien’s Moulin-À-Vent has a red crimson robe.The complexity is deep, with spicy aromas, and a lovely bouquet of blueberries and violets. It is rich in body and character with a beautiful long silky finish backed by mature tannins.

Barão de Vilar Pink Port is a modern, vibrant, and,, fresh, fruity rosé Port from the Douro Valley, typically featuring bright notes of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry with subtle floral undertones. It has a light-to-medium body, moderate sweetness, and a crisp, clean finish.

Gerard Bertrand is an icon for wines of Southern France. In 1975 in the vineyards of Corbieres that Gerard Bertrand found his passion for wine. Learning under his father Georges, Gerard is the third generation of family winemakers and is now working alongside the fourth generation, Emma & Mathias. Owning several ‘Chateaux’ and ‘Domaine’, Bertrand is continuing to develop his vision and diversity of Languedoc wines.

The Source of Joy Rose is a blend of grenache, syrah and cinsault – the perfect combination of red grape varieties to create an outstanding, flavourful rose.  On the nose, the intensity of the fruit highlights complex aromas of strawberry and cherry, with hints of licorice. It’s full and round on the palate yet balanced by freshness and brisk acidity. Lively and elegant, the finish lingers on notes of red berries. A perfect rose for the patio or pair grilled lobster, sea bass or tuna.

Founded by Alberto and Diego Cusomano, the winery was birthed by a vision of growing quality grapes on the slopes of Mt. Etna in northern Sicily. Carricante is the native white grape and can ripen up to altitudes of 900 meters above sea level. High, zesty acidity is a hallmark of this grape, and the Alta Mora is no exception to this rule. Sourcing their grapes from five separate contrade, their altitudes sit between 600-750m asl. The freshness of these areas allows full ripening of the Carricante without altering its aromas. A slight nod to sauvignon blanc, it is spicy and rich with fresh minerality, yellow apple, white flowers, lemon cream icing and ginger. Delicious and perfect with seafood dishes.

Barbera d’Alba Superiore La Lisi boasts an intense ruby red hue with garnet reflections. Its aromatic profile is characterized by a fruity, vigorous, and fragrant nose, offering notes of raspberries and other berries. This wine is pleasantly savory and balanced on the palate, delivering a fresh and fruit-filled experience from bouquet to finish.

Neroametà emerges from the white vinification of the Aglianico grape, showcasing an age-old family vision that highlights the exceptional adaptability of this venerable vine. This wine is a homage both to the varietal heritage of the black Aglianico grape, which reveals a distinctive elegance when vinified in white, and to the wine's geographical and cultural roots, reflecting the harmony and contrast of its landscape. It features an elegant bouquet, rich in expansive and intricate floral notes, including lily of the valley and citrus, seamlessly integrated with subtle fruity and mineral nuances. On the palate, it presents a fresh, savory, and bold profile, leading to an intense mineral-laced finish, encapsulating its refined complexity and depth.

This Pinot from Oregon stands as a testament to the state's ability to produce wines that can indeed rival those from Burgundy. This realization is further solidified upon tasting this particular wine, which is currently in its optimal drinking window and will remain so for the next few years. It opens up slowly, revealing a salty zest of dark cherry and the wild garrigue—a type of herby scrub found in Burgundy. This wine is a gastronomic delight, becoming one of my favorites when paired with a seared steak accompanied by a red wine pan jus.

Aromas of black pepper, strawberry, green bell pepper and chalk with hints of mint are on the nose. This is a medium-bodied red that features red fruit and herbaceous flavors. It has a mineral character, soft tannins and medium acidity.

Cusomano is a quality winery with grapevines located all across Sicily. The grillo grape is grown in the northeast part of the island on sandy loam soils that is the perfect terroir for this variety to bring out the natural freshness and sapidity that increase the character and elegance of this grape. On the nose, you'll find fruit of peaches, yellow apples and grapefruit with a palate that is juicy, and fun, but focused. If you are a fan of Sauvignon Blanc, try Grillo! You'll be pleasantly surprised!

The Cartizze area is likely the most desirable property in the Valdobbiadene hills, perhaps in all of Italy. This small area has a unique microclimate to give the wines elegance and a remarkable aromatic finess. Hints of apples, pears and acacia flowers dominate with a fine, creamy bubble on the palate. When there becomes a shortage of Pinot Noir from Burgundy, great quality and value is coming from Patagonia in Argentina. Located only 25km from the Atlantic ocean, Wapisa is the only coastal winery in Patagonia, AND it ages its wines under the sea. The pressurized atmosphere with its constant temperature provides perfect conditions for aging wines. A beautiful 'light on its feet' Pinot noir with notes of strawberry, cherry and rose petal.

Nebbiolo in Italy's most northern region of Val d'Aosta is known here as Picotener or Picotendre. Difficult to ripen in this cold climate, the grapes have the advantage of altitude sunshine. This light, fresh example has all the rose, cherry and rasperry notes of Nebbiolo, but with an intense acidity. If you've never tried Nebbiolo before, this may be a great place to start!

Konrad Salwey is a third generation winemaker from the heart of Kaiserstuhl and whose focus is Pinot Noir. With harvests done in both Burgundy and Alsace, Konrad is making some excellent, world class Pinot Noir. Organic farming principles and low-yielding old vines produce a complex red wine with silky tannins. Dominated by ripe dark cherry, the palate is balanced by a pleasant acidity and supported by well-integrated, elegant tannins. This wine is worth so much more than the price it displays!

Adami Bosco di Gica Brut Prosecco DOCG is a sparkling wine produced by the Adami winery located in Veneto, Italy. The wine is made using 100% Glera grape variety grown in the hills of Valdobbiadene, which is renowned for producing high-quality Prosecco. The wine is pale straw-yellow in color with a delicate bouquet of green apple, white peach, and acacia flowers. On the palate, the wine is dry, crisp, and refreshing, with a lively effervescence that is typical of Prosecco. The wine is aged on the lees for 3-4 months, which adds complexity and texture to its flavor profile.

A fruity nose with tart cherries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. After some time in your glass the fruits settle, though are still prominently featured. Slight hints of earthiness, eucalyptus, and green bell pepper tone down the fruits, but keep to the background. Try slightly chilled.

This Sancerre Rouge from Domaine du Carrou is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, and is a beautiful representation of the terroir of the Sancerre region. The wine is aged for 10 to 12 months in oak barrels, which gives it a subtle oakiness and a soft texture. On the nose, there are notes of red fruit, such as cherries and raspberries, as well as a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is fresh and vibrant, with flavors of ripe red fruits, a hint of minerality, and a long, elegant finish. The tannins are well-integrated and provide a nice structure to the wine. This Sancerre Rouge is a great match for grilled or roasted meats, as well as strong cheeses.

Robert Mondavi Napa Fumé Blanc is a crisp and refreshing white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Napa Valley. The wine is fermented in oak barrels, which gives it a unique smoky flavor that sets it apart from other Sauvignon Blancs. On the nose, aromas of lemon, grapefruit, and white peach dominate, while the palate is bright and lively with flavors of citrus and green apple. The wine has a clean, mineral finish with a hint of toasted oak. Overall, this is an elegant and complex wine that pairs well with a variety of seafood and light dishes.

A complex spicy, powerful and intense mix of fruit and savoury elements. Blackberry and cassis fruit dominate, joined by black plum, black cherry and some cherry chocolate liqueur along with complex black pepper, violet, custard and some burlap and dried herbal notes. Full bodied with lovely ripe tannins and balanced acidity the cassis and blackberry fruit is joined by paprika infused dark chocolate cake, pastry crust, graphite and sage with some leather on the long finish. Pair this with garlic and rosemary studded leg of lamb or grilled portobello mushroom with a paprika and dried herb butter.

St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur is a sublime liqueur created with wild, handpicked elderflowers and made in the traditional French style, using a process that has existed for centuries. Following an exquisite elderflower liqueur recipe, it is only available in limited quantities. Each bottle of St-Germain is numbered and marked with the vintage year that reflects the year in which the flowers were harvested. The Chave family has been tending vines on the world famous hill of Hermitage for half a millennia. The estate was handed down to Gérard Chave in 1970, who quickly established a reputation for producing incredible wines. His son, Jean Louis, a graduate from the University of California Davis, is the most recent generation to manage the estate. Jean-Louis Chave Selections is the wineries line of négociant wines. The grapes are sourced from select growers located in the Rhône. The "Mon Coeur" Côtes-du-Rhône is made from a blend of grapes harvested from plots in Vinsobres, Visan, Buisson, and Estargues. It represents an affordable entry-point into of the France's finest producers.

Yellow with hints of green, the nose is fine and delicate, elegant and racy, presenting the aromas of fresh fruit. The attack is supple, suggesting notes of lemon that are almost menthol (camphor). The final reveals hints of ripe fruit and candied fruit. It's fat and long.
