The red wine "Prugnolo" Valtellina Superiore from Cantina Rainoldi is named after the "Prunus Spinosa," a decorative shrub that grows near the vineyards and whose blue berries ripen in autumn, coinciding with the harvest period. Made from the noble Nebbiolo grape, "Prugnolo" is a structured and full-bodied wine, crafted from carefully selected grapes from the terraces of Valtellina Superiore. It undergoes a pre-fermentation cryo-maceration lasting about 60 hours, followed by controlled-temperature maceration with continuous pumpover. The wine then matures for approximately twelve months in small oak barrels previously used for Sfursat Fruttaio Ca' Rizzieri. Afterward, it is blended in stainless steel tanks and aged in bottle for at least 9 months before being released.

Olmeca Altos stands out for its use of tahona-crushed agave, lending it a unique complexity. This clear and colorless spirit offers moderately intense aromas of smoky bacon, citrus, and white pepper. On the palate, it delivers a full and warming experience with pronounced floral and citrus flavors, culminating in a long finish reminiscent of lime.

The Château Haut-Simard 2014 is a well-structured Saint-Émilion Grand Cru known for its elegant balance of ripe dark fruits (black cherry, plum, blackberry) with notes of spice (cinnamon, cloves), earth, and subtle oak, offering a smooth, medium-bodied palate with supple tannins and a fresh finish, reflecting classic Right Bank Bordeaux character. Primarily Merlot with some Cabernet Franc, it's considered an attractive, harmonious wine that's enjoyable now but has mid-term aging potential.

Lovely dark garnet color with a beautiful shine. Good aromatic intensity. The nose is very fresh with notes of small red and black fruits on a mineral and smoky background (marl limestone). Well delineated, fresh and fruity on the palate. Good structure and balance, the tannins are present but fine. Persistent finish ending on the fruitiness and mineral freshness.

Sparkly red currant tones give pause while admiring this wine in the glass. Fruit-packed, it exhibits the best characteristics of a young Sancerre Rosé, with raspberry and wild peach aromas. Complete and round in the mouth, it opens up gradually, with a fresh liveliness being tempered by a hint of tannins. It finishes on fruity notes (black currant, raspberry) with a long, pretty aftertaste of citrus fruits.

818 Tequila Reposado is a premium, 100% Blue Weber agave tequila aged for at least 3 months in French and American oak barrels. Nikka Miyagikyo Single Malt is an elegant, well-balanced Japanese whisky from Sendai, characterized by a smooth, fruity, and slightly sherry-influenced profile. Pierre Ferrand 1840 Original Formula is a 45% ABV Grande Champagne Cognac designed to replicate the style of 19th-century "three-star" cognacs favored in classic cocktails. Hyde No. 5 The Áras Cask 1860 is a 6-year-old, triple-distilled single grain Irish whiskey matured in flame-charred ex-bourbon casks and finished in French Burgundy red wine oak casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, it features a ruby-red hue with a creamy, fruity profile highlighting red berries, custard, and sweet malt.

Medium-bodied and fresh with a plummy quality, this wine is focused on red fruits and sweet-smelling earth. Bright and a little strict, give this a few years to come around and soften.

Orin Swift "8 Years in the Desert" is a bold, full-bodied California red blend (Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Grenache) created by Dave Phinney after an 8-year, non-compete exile from Zinfandel production. Known for15.6% ABV, it features intense aromas of raspberry and blackberry with opulent, brambly fruit flavors, dark chocolate notes, and structured, ripe tannins.

Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a premium, triple-distilled Irish whiskey produced by The Shed Distillery in County Leitrim, crafted from a mash of malted barley, unmalted barley, and Irish Barra oats. It features a creamy, smooth texture with notes of vanilla, dried fruit, and spice, aged in first-fill Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks at 43% ABV.
