The 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté from Domaine Rémi Jobard is a bright, refreshing white Burgundy with vibrant energy. Aromas of green apple, citrus, and delicate white flowers lead to a crisp, lively palate, accented by subtle mineral notes and a clean, refreshing finish.

A versatile and approachable wine, perfect as an aperitif, with seafood, salads, or light poultry dishes.

High West Rendezvous Rye is a blend of straight rye whiskeys aged in white oak barrels, known for its spicy and complex flavor profile. It typically features notes of cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, and toasted walnuts. The blend includes a 95% rye mashbill from MGP of Indiana and an 80% rye, 20% malted rye from High West Distillery itself. It is bottled at 46% ABV.

This 12-year old brings a rich seam of subtle sweetness, serving its delightful repertoire of notes including red berries, rich vanilla caramel and peaches. Its gentle maturation in meticulously chosen Oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon casks give it an intriguing yet inviting complexity.

Hanging out in Caribbean rum casks infuses this Smokehead with an intense burst of smoke and fiery peat, complemented by refreshing citrus and tropical fruit notes. Delve deeper, and you'll discover hints of marshmallow and bacon, adding layers of complexity to the experience. The palate delivers a fearless onslaught of rich, peaty flavors, accompanied by thick oils, bracing sea spray, and a touch of dried spices, banana, and dark wood. As the journey concludes, notes of caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla emerge, providing a delicate contrast to the lingering smokiness, akin to the comforting embrace of dry land after a wild adventure at sea.

Aged in new Spanish Oak barrels as a rare approach to age their bourbon for 4 years before blending it with a 5-year-old whiskey aged in American Oak. Hints of corn and warm pecans, smooth and rich, with a subtle sweet pecan finish.

Presented in a vibrant tin designed by illustrator Tavo Montaez, Patron Silver Tequila captures the essence of traditional Mexican heritage and culture. The tin artwork narrates the Aztec myth of the birth of agave from the tears of Ehecatl over the burnt bones of his love, Mayahual, embodying elements of water, fire, and wind that signify life's cycles of death and renewal. This smooth and sweet tequila, with a light pepper finish, offers the perfect balance of fresh agave flavor with baked agave undertones, characteristic of all Patron Tequilas. Highly versatile, Patron Silver can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in a variety of cocktails, from margaritas to Mules, Bloody Marys, and Mojitos. The very first edition from the Sakurao distillery, Kinbu vodka is unique in being entirely distilled from Yamada Nishiki rice, the most prized sake rice. This variety of rice, known for its high starch content, is fully expressed in this vodka, revealing aromas of cereals and flowers that culminate in a light and fresh finish, all enveloped in a soft and silky texture. The name "Kinbu," meaning "gold" in Japanese, reflects the high quality of this Japanese vodka, distilled and bottled at the Sakurao distillery, renowned for its whiskies, including the famous Togouchi.

This selection (above reserve) from the estate vineyard has the sort of raisin and prune aromas that suggest super-ripe fruit. It's tannic and chewy, a style more reminiscent of Shiraz than most Pinot Noirs, and the finish brings the heat.

John Dewar & Sons Ltd has unveiled a 12-year-old expression from its Macduff distillery, previously recognized as Glen Deveron but now rebranded as the Deveron. This offering presents a delicate and inviting aroma, characterized by soft sweetness and fruity nuances. Notes of vanilla, ginger, ripe peaches, and apple blossom tantalize the senses. On the palate, it offers a medium-bodied texture with a gentle spiciness, featuring butterscotch and Brazil nuts, followed by a subtle hint of licorice. The finish is marked by dry, spicy oak notes, complemented by a touch of caramel, adding depth to the overall experience.

The aroma of this whisky evokes the rugged seaside, with bracing notes of sea spray, salt, and the sweet tang of dried cherry and fig. Koval Barreled Gin (47% ABV) is a unique, award-winning spirit aged in Koval's own oak whiskey barrels, balancing bright, floral gin botanicals (juniper, coriander, rosehip) with deep caramel, vanilla, and woody spice notes. It is smooth, full-bodied, and versatile, suitable for sipping or enhancing cocktails like the Negroni. 

Another Port success from the Branco family of Quinta do Portal, following their success with the 2003 vintage. This is a lovely, lively wine, with fresh acidity alongside good, mature fruit. It is ripe but very elegant, with a sweet, dried fruit aftertaste.

Nose: Intense aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and dark cherry, with hints of cedar and tobacco.

Taste: Rich and full-bodied, with flavors of ripe black fruits, including blackberry and plum, complemented by notes of vanilla and dark chocolate.

Palate: Velvety smooth tannins, well-balanced acidity, and a long, lingering finish with a touch of spice.

Elegant, light and pretty. This amber spirit has a light, briny vanilla scent and a silky feel. A veil of smoke rises through the Scotch (but fades out fast), leaving behind a sweet nutty, vanilla finish.

A deep golden yellow color, the nose is expressive with notes of fresh breadcrumbs, a touch of toast and butter, and a hint of minerality. Full-bodied and unctuous on the palate. A great Chardonnay, rich, mineral and well-balanced, playing in the same league as its illustrious neighbors Chassagne and Puligny!
