Castello di Gabbiano Alleanza Toscana is a red wine blend from Tuscany, Italy. It's known for its intense red color with purple hues, and offers a balanced palate with ripe fruit notes, delicate savory characteristics, and well-integrated tannins. The wine also features aromas of black pepper, cloves, and ripe fruit, with a vegetal finish.

The aromas aren't particularly revealing. The palate is all about delicacy, with plump, lightly creamy-feeling red-fruit flavors with barrel accents. There's plenty of acidity around it all. Give it time in the cellar. Sean P. Sullivan

The DUPLESSIS CHABLIS 1ER VAILLONS is known for its vibrant citrus and white fruit notes, layered over a characteristic minerality (oyster shell, slate), and a touch of well-integrated oak. It exhibits a broad, fruity palate and a fresh, lively nose. The wine is often described as having a floral, elegant character with a mineral core.

This blend contains a high proportion of Sémillon alongside Sauvignon Gris. It is a tangy, orange zest-flavored wine, with ample acidity as well as ripe apricot and spice flavors. It's a wine to drink from 2019.

This premium whisky is made with 4 grains: rye, wheat, barley and corn, and has been aged for 5 years. Notes of malt, vanilla, butter, caramel and citrus.

Crafted predominantly from Chardonnay with a touch of Pinot Noir, it offers aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, and white peaches, with subtle notes of brioche and almonds. The palate is refreshing and complex, with fine bubbles, bright acidity, and a refined finish.

Rocas de Seña is named in tribute to the rocky soils of the Aconcagua Valley, which impart unique characteristics to the wine. The large volcanic rocks in the vineyard reflect the holistic landscape. This second wine from Seña continues the exploration of the terroir's expression, blending selected blocks from the Seña vineyard with Mediterranean varieties that thrive in the region. The result is a wine that delivers both elegance and youthful freshness. A lively blend of 38% Malbec, 25% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Grenache & 8% Petit Verdot that has subtle aromas of
coffee and Asian spices with a touch of mocha from the oak which creates a very deep and
complex nose. The palate is vibrant and tense with good density and shows multiple
layers of fresh fruits, spices, and balsamic notes with a hint of smoke. This is a very elegant and
splendidly youthful wine, yet will age for a decade or more. 

This is rich in cask characters, with baked orange, pronounced nutmeg notes, mace, peppercorn, and petrichor. The opening flavors of dark orange and syrupy caramel swerve headlong into pepper, root ginger, allspice, and nippy clove. Despite appearances, this is not awash with sherry-dominated fruitiness, but the finish is long, with spice-led dried fruits.

Amrut's flagship Indian single malt, renowned for its distinctive blend of spice, fruit, and honey notes, is showcased in this expression. Bottled at 46% ABV, it offers a depth of flavor that aptly represents the distillery's craftsmanship and character.

This noble blend of selected Friulian red grapes is aged in French oak barriques within the traditional cellars of the Tosolini Family. The oak casks are toasted with "Kentucky" tobacco leaves, creating a deep and intense smoked Grappa. The result is a peated taste reminiscent of a single malt-aged whiskey, featuring harmonious spicy notes and a light smoke finish.

This limited-edition gin is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes and aged for six months in barrels formerly used for white wine, specifically Pessac Leognan and Graves. It boasts a soft straw color and a delightful aroma of golden raisin. The palate offers a unique sweetness, combining flavors of vanilla and coconut with hints of cinnamon and clove spice. The finish features tart green apple notes that leave a refreshing sensation on the palate.

This is a surprisingly thin wine from this classic vineyard and stellar vintage. Flavors of strawberry, watermelon and cranberry seem dilute, and there is little backup as the wine trails out the finish. Truffle, underbrush, new leather and chopped herb aromas slowly emerge in the glass. The bright, elegantly structured palate delivers tart cherry, licorice and tobacco alongside vibrant acidity and tightly wound noble tannins. It's still youthfully austere so give it time to develop.

This single-malt Scotch offers a smooth and light experience, transitioning seamlessly from initial notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and coconut sweetness to gentle smokiness, before returning to a zesty hint of citrus on the finish.

This whiskey presents a bright, delicate, and approachable profile. While it may not be a showstopper, it offers generous sweet fruit flavors, reminiscent of candied red apple sweetness, along with floral and black cherry notes. On the palate, it displays modest structure, featuring notes of lemon and pistachio, complemented by gentle hints of baking spice and sandalwood. Three Wood has been a cornerstone of Auchentoshan's offerings since its introduction in 2002. This expression undergoes a unique maturation process, initially aged in bourbon barrels before being finished in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. On the nose, it reveals enticing aromas of orange peel, dried apricots, milk chocolate, and freshly sawn oak. The longest-standing expression in the range, 10 year old was introduced in 2002. It offers a nose that is light and initially green, with unripe apples, acetate, ripe pears, bananas, and light fudge. The palate is relatively insubstantial, with nutty milk chocolate, vanilla, brittle toffee, and oak. Nutty in the short finish, with a hint of malt and drying oak.

Crisp and effusive nose of Meyer lemon blossom, black pepper, and an unmistakable kick of juniper. Bold and citrus-forward on the palate, it has a delightful grain character which gives way to a smooth, clean finish with a touch of juniper and spice.

Like many South African estates, they are owned by Italians, and Morgenster is no exception! Purchased in 1992 by Giulio Bertrand, this founder fell in love with this 300 year old estate. Today it is run by mother and daughter team of Federica and Vittoria. The Reserve is the crown jewel of blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It has classic aromas of dark berries, black plums and cassis. Pure harmony as these classic Bordeaux varieties come together to create this beautiful, well-structured wine.
