Rocas de Seña is named in tribute to the rocky soils of the Aconcagua Valley, which impart unique characteristics to the wine. The large volcanic rocks in the vineyard reflect the holistic landscape. This second wine from Seña continues the exploration of the terroir's expression, blending selected blocks from the Seña vineyard with Mediterranean varieties that thrive in the region. The result is a wine that delivers both elegance and youthful freshness. A lively blend of 38% Malbec, 25% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Grenache & 8% Petit Verdot that has subtle aromas of
coffee and Asian spices with a touch of mocha from the oak which creates a very deep and
complex nose. The palate is vibrant and tense with good density and shows multiple
layers of fresh fruits, spices, and balsamic notes with a hint of smoke. This is a very elegant and
splendidly youthful wine, yet will age for a decade or more. 

The warm growing season brings decadent aromas of boysenberry and dark cherry, beautifully complemented by layers of jasmine and fresh herbs that maintain a lively freshness. As an Oregon icon, this wine masterfully strikes the perfect balance between being both delicate and playful, offering a truly memorable tasting experience.

This is rich in cask characters, with baked orange, pronounced nutmeg notes, mace, peppercorn, and petrichor. The opening flavors of dark orange and syrupy caramel swerve headlong into pepper, root ginger, allspice, and nippy clove. Despite appearances, this is not awash with sherry-dominated fruitiness, but the finish is long, with spice-led dried fruits.

Like many of the more historical wineries of Canada's Okanagan Valley, more attention is being made to "terroir" - the idea that certain plots are better suited for specific grape varieties. 'Aspect' refers to the direction that the vineyards face, giving those extra hours of sunlight the grapevines need. This serves to set apart these single block wines: dynamic, aromatic and vibrant. This Pinot comes from 22 year old vines, and spends 14 months in French oak barriques (of which 23% are new). The wine is dense and structured yet with a great typicity of red plums, blueberries, and nuances of mushroom and forest floor. A Canadian wine designed for ageing.

The nose is spicy with hints of vanilla and a touch of licorice, offering both freshness and intensity. On the palate, fresh vanilla takes the lead, followed by subtle notes of white apricot fruits. The finish is slightly woody, yet refined and well-blended, showcasing a nice density of wine.

This limited-edition gin is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes and aged for six months in barrels formerly used for white wine, specifically Pessac Leognan and Graves. It boasts a soft straw color and a delightful aroma of golden raisin. The palate offers a unique sweetness, combining flavors of vanilla and coconut with hints of cinnamon and clove spice. The finish features tart green apple notes that leave a refreshing sensation on the palate.

This is a surprisingly thin wine from this classic vineyard and stellar vintage. Flavors of strawberry, watermelon and cranberry seem dilute, and there is little backup as the wine trails out the finish. This single-malt Scotch offers a smooth and light experience, transitioning seamlessly from initial notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and coconut sweetness to gentle smokiness, before returning to a zesty hint of citrus on the finish.

This whiskey presents a bright, delicate, and approachable profile. While it may not be a showstopper, it offers generous sweet fruit flavors, reminiscent of candied red apple sweetness, along with floral and black cherry notes. On the palate, it displays modest structure, featuring notes of lemon and pistachio, complemented by gentle hints of baking spice and sandalwood. This blend comprises two Kentucky straight rye whiskeys and two Kentucky straight bourbons.

This reposado offers a refreshing twist on traditional expressions of its kind. With a fresh and tart green apple aroma, it captivates the senses from the outset. The palate delights with a vibrant interplay of peppery spice and oak-derived vanilla sweetness, creating a dynamic flavor profile that evolves on the tongue. Handcrafted tequila that is created for sipping, this is barrel aged for 11 months giving it a beautiful copper colour. On the palate, it is soft with flavours of sweet caramelized agave, vanilla and cinnamon. The finish is warming and long with notes of spice and toasty oak.

Three Wood has been a cornerstone of Auchentoshan's offerings since its introduction in 2002. This expression undergoes a unique maturation process, initially aged in bourbon barrels before being finished in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. On the nose, it reveals enticing aromas of orange peel, dried apricots, milk chocolate, and freshly sawn oak. The palate is rich and complex, offering notes of toffee, stewed fruits, sherry, cinnamon, and wood spice. The finish is remarkably long, with lingering flavors of malt, oak, and dark chocolate, leaving a satisfying and memorable impression on the palate.

This certified organic gin unfurls bold pine and spearmint aromatics, plus a hint of lime peel. The rounded palate echoes that pine and hint of lime, but it's the anise note that really builds and reverberates into the drying finish.

The longest-standing expression in the range, 10 year old was introduced in 2002. It offers a nose that is light and initially green, with unripe apples, acetate, ripe pears, bananas, and light fudge. The palate is relatively insubstantial, with nutty milk chocolate, vanilla, brittle toffee, and oak. Nutty in the short finish, with a hint of malt and drying oak.

Crisp and effusive nose of Meyer lemon blossom, black pepper, and an unmistakable kick of juniper. Bold and citrus-forward on the palate, it has a delightful grain character which gives way to a smooth, clean finish with a touch of juniper and spice.

The family owns 18 hectares between La Morra, Serralunga d'Alba, Monforte d'Alba, including 4 Barolo Cru's: R56 (Brandini), Annunziata, Meriame and Cerretta. Like many South African estates, they are owned by Italians, and Morgenster is no exception! Purchased in 1992 by Giulio Bertrand, this founder fell in love with this 300 year old estate. Today it is run by mother and daughter team of Federica and Vittoria. The Reserve is the crown jewel of blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It has classic aromas of dark berries, black plums and cassis. Pure harmony as these classic Bordeaux varieties come together to create this beautiful, well-structured wine.

Wine Enthusiast: Floral aromas of Spanish broom mingle with wild herbs, white stone fruit and citrus on this 100% Chardonnay, grown on the slopes of Mount Etna.
