From one of the only wineries located within the Parco Nazionale, this is the top wine of the Pasetti line. With six years of ageing combined with stainless steel, new oak and in bottle, this intense, complex, full-bodied wine is a stunning example of ripe red cherry, and plum, accompanied by hints of violet and dried red flowers. Further flavours of stewed cherries, plums, spice, licorice and coffee that gives great complexity, structure, depth and elegance. A truly fascinating wine.

On the nose, it has aromas of dark fruit, vanilla, and spice, while on the palate, it is full-bodied with flavors of black cherry, plum, and tobacco. Mazzolino Pinot Noir Oltrepo Pavese DOC  is a medium-bodied red wine with a ruby red color and an elegant bouquet of red fruits, cherries, and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced with a long finish. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled. This Pinot Noir pairs well with roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.

Vitovska is a native grape only found in the Friuli Venezia-Giulia region in northeast Italy. And within the region, it is only grown in Friuli Carso where it loves the iron rich soils which produce wines of incredible minerality.

Born in Prepotto, Benjamin Zidarich's Zidarich winery fully represents the love for the Carso. The result is his wines, strongly based on the characteristics of the vine and the territory. Zidarich pay the utmost attention to the balance of the development of the vines, with maximum respect for naturalness as well as its natural wines. Vitovska is a white grape indigenous to Carso and grows nowhere else in Italy. This could be considered an "orange wine" due to skin contact during fermentation. This is a white wine with tannins and has a "grip" of oranges, rose petal and crushed rock. Lovely structure with a saline tang on the finish. A rare, unique wine indeed.

This wine shows an earthy but fresh nose which evolves into fruity glimpses on the palate. The flavors' weight, from light to medium, contribute to a beautiful balance and length, one of the best in its range.

Aromas of sweet cherries, currants, loamy soil and espresso roast introduce the 2017 Pommard 1er Cru Clos de Verger, a medium to full-bodied, supple and open-knit wine that will drink well out of the gates. Located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the Dufuoleur family has been steeped in Burgundian winemaking and culture for more than 400 years. Their property of 30ha runs from the village of Fixin in the north to Santenay in the south. The Fraîches Eaux Nuits-Saint-Georges is a very small plot planted to Pinot Noir grapes with an average age of 45 years. Aromas of blackthorn, strawberry and cherry dominated with further nuances of tobacco, candied strawberry and forest floor notes on the palate. Nuits-Saint-Georges offers more full-bodied examples of Pinot Noir and this wine is no exception.

Copperworks Cask Finished Gin is a unique gin that has been aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of three months. This aging process imparts flavors of vanilla, caramel, and oak to the gin, giving it a smooth and rich taste. A third growth in the 1855 Classification, Chateau Desmirail is located in the Margaux appellation on the left bank of Bordeaux. The name of this Chateau is unique as the property does not bear the name of its original owner, Marguerite Rauzan du Ribail, but rather that of her husband, Jean-Baptiste Desmirail. It is also one of the few chateaux with an ancient "Medocain" system - a gravity operated vat room that is still well-preserved. The red blend consists of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot and this 2014 is attractive and ready to drink now.

The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano from the Asinone vineyard is the flagship wine of Poliziano. After years of continual experimentation, this particular vineyard was identified as the one with the best quality potential. Asinone is well ventilated and has poor soil that gives the Sangiovese just the right vigor. Though Vino Nobile requires only 70% Sangiovese in the blend, this wine uses 95% to showcase the excellence of the Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) from this vineyard.

93 Points- Wine Spectator This offers beguiling aromas of bergamot, roasted sandalwood and black tea, before giving way to a well-endowed core of plum, blackberry and raspberry reduction notes. The structure is remarkably fine-grained, showing seamless integration through the long finish. A really great showing.

93 Points -Robert Parker's Wine Advocate The 2012 Cantenac Brown, one of the most impressive Margaux I tasted, is the complete package – from the initial attack to the layered, rich finish. Dense ruby/purple-hued with notes of licorice, mulberries, black currants, asphalt and spring flowers, this medium to full-bodied, concentrated, rich effort does not reveal an excess of rusticity or astringency.

92 Points-James Suckling This is very intense for the vintage in the Médoc with blueberry, mineral and blackcurrant character. Full and chewy. Needs two or three years to soften but already there.

Marolo Grappa di Amarone is a refined and expressive Italian grappa crafted from the pomace of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes. Aged in oak, it develops a deep amber colour and a smooth, elegant character. Aromas and flavours of ripe cherry, blackberry, almond, and hazelnut are complemented by subtle notes of mint, anise, herbs, and balsamic spice. Rich yet balanced, it offers a warm, complex palate and a long, aromatic finish, making it an excellent after-dinner digestif.

The winery of Ippolito is the oldest in Calabria, the "toe of Italy's boot - located in the Ciro DOC, this wine was produced to celebrate 160 years of winemaking. Made from 100% Gaglioppo, the grapes are air dried, followed by a long maceration on the skins to give increased concentration and structure. Full bodied with aromas of berries, violets, raisins and sweet spices, it's complex with a pleasantly long finish. Cabernet lovers will love this wine!

Banfi Fonte Alla Selva Chianti Classico Gran Selezione is a prestigious Tuscan red wine that combines the rich heritage of Chianti Classico with modern winemaking precision. Predominantly crafted from Sangiovese alongside traditional Chianti Classico varieties, it offers an expressive bouquet of ripe cherry, plum, and blackberry, complemented by notes of licorice, spice, and subtle oak. The palate is full and structured, with polished tannins and vibrant acidity providing excellent balance and freshness. Franz Haas Lagrein DOC is a red wine produced in the Valle Isarco subregion of Alto Adige, Italy, by the Franz Haas winery. Made entirely from the Lagrein grape variety, the wine exhibits a deep ruby red color with purple hues. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe dark berries, such as blackberries and blueberries, as well as notes of spices, such as black pepper and cloves. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured with fine tannins and a pleasant acidity, with flavors of dark fruit, chocolate and coffee. The wine has a persistent finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It can be paired with roasted meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses.
