Domaine l'Enclos' 2020 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudsier demonstrates both elegance and power: apple, pear, quince, orange and orange zest, notes of vanilla, bread crust and coffee with milk. A great opening on the tongue, lots of light and juicy fruit combine with a fine acidity which is wonderfully integrated into the fondant of the fruit. A high-class Chablis.

Chablis 1er Montmains is a 1er Cru from the left bank. The name of this climate evokes "the middle mountain", that which is at an intermediate altitude between two higher coasts. The orientation is south-east, the slopes can reach 20%.
The soils are fairly shallow and the Kimmeridgian limestone does not take long to appear. The soils are stony and well draining.
In this open and airy valley, our 80-year-old Old Vines give all their expressions.

Tasting Notes
Wines from Puligny-Montrachet are typified by aromas and flavors of green apple and lemon and tend to be tauter and firmer on the palate compared to wines from neighboring villages. The taste is big and bold with oaky spices, pepper and cinnamon and a long, smooth finish.

Founded in 1989 by Alexandre Gabriel, his mission was to preserve age-old spirit production methods, keeping the classic aromas and flavours of each spirit, yet with advanced innovation. Made with yuzu fruit, the whole fruit is placed in brandy for a week to steep. The drunken yuzu is then distilled in their copper stills. The final result is a rich, round curacao that has a nose of spicy yuzu, tangerine, vanilla, marzipan and a delicate hint of flowers, pepper, mint and herbs.
