Chablis 1er Montmains is a 1er Cru from the left bank. The name of this climate evokes "the middle mountain", that which is at an intermediate altitude between two higher coasts. The orientation is south-east, the slopes can reach 20%.
The soils are fairly shallow and the Kimmeridgian limestone does not take long to appear. The soils are stony and well draining.

Maison Ferrand is one of the world's premier boutique producers of fine spirits. Founded in 1989 by Alexandre Gabriel, his mission was to preserve age-old spirit production methods, keeping the classic aromas and flavours of each spirit, yet with advanced innovation. The portfolio includes the lineup of Plantation Rum, Citadelle Gin, Ferrand Cognac, the Mathilde line of fruit infusion liqueurs and Curacao. Made with yuzu fruit, the whole fruit is placed in brandy for a week to steep. The drunken yuzu is then distilled in their copper stills. The next step is an infusion of more yuzu and other spices, using their centuries old recipes. The final result is a rich, round curacao that has a nose of spicy yuzu, tangerine, vanilla, marzipan and a delicate hint of flowers, pepper, mint and herbs. The palate follows with candied citrus fruits, tropical fruits, almonds, nutmeg and tea, and of course, more yuzu! This would make an amazing Mai Tai cocktail.

For several generations, the Darroze family has scoured Gascony in the Grands Crus centre of the Bas Armagnac region. Thousands of centuries-old treasures are held in stock at the Darroze house. This diversity in crus, vintages, grape varieties and styles has allowed Marc Darroze to work on this range known as 'Les Grands Assemblages' (The Great Blends). Chosen for their complementary characteristics, the selected Armagnacs in each blend are of different ages. Each age on the bottle indicates the age of the youngest Armagnac in the blend.

Glenmorangie "The Cadboll Estate" 15-Year-Old is the first single estate whisky from this Highlands distillery. The single malt was made from barley grown on the brand's 440-acre Cadboll Estate located near the distillery. The single malt matured in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels for 15 years, before enjoying a finishing period in casks that once held Muscat and Sémillion wines.

Kubota Junmai Daiginjo (720ml) is a premium, modern Japanese sake from Niigata known for its "tanrei-karakuchi" (crisp and dry) style. It features elegant aromas of pear, melon, and lily, with a silky,, balanced flavor profile that blends delicate sweetness with refreshing acidity. It is best served chilled for a clean finish.

A perfect summer red, this refreshing, light-bodied wine from Alto-Adige in northern Italy, is made with the indegenous Schiava (group of) grapes. Three grapes in this group, often co-planted can sometimes also be known as Vernatsch. The wine is packed full of bright red cherry, strawberry and sweet almond sensations. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good juiciness, an acidulous frame as well as a fine tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy cassis and small notes of wild raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, liquorice stick and a subtle hint of caramelization. Tannins are well-built and racy.

Profumi della Costiera Limoncello distinguishes itself by eschewing additives and preservatives, sourcing its lemons exclusively from the pristine Amalfi coast of Campania near Ravello. Unlike conventional methods, they incorporate twice the usual amount of lemons, ensuring a heightened intensity of flavor and aroma. Fonseca White Port is a blend of wines made from white grapes grown mainly on the upper slopes of the Douro Valley, including Arinto, Malvasia Fina, Codega, Esgana Cão, Folgasão, Gouveio, Viosinho, and Rabigato varieties. These wines are aged in oak vats for approximately three years to develop mellowness and character before being blended into a rich white port in the traditional smooth, full-bodied style. Fonseca White Port is ready to drink upon release and does not require decanting. Serve chilled, this versatile port can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a sweet dessert wine.

Ruby red dress with purple highlights. A great intensity nose with aromas of very ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberries) in perfect harmony with discreet toasted and buttery notes. In the mouth, the tasty texture provides immense pleasure and recalls a perfect maturity in an early vintage. A “classic” Médoc style with racy tannins and a structure revealing elegance in attack, smoothness in the middle of the mouth and power at the end of the mouth.

Thrilling notes of pure crème de cassis, lead pencil shavings, crushed mint, graphite, and crushed rock notes all emerge from this deep, powerful, yet elegant Pauillac. The style of this wine has become more and more finesse-driven and pure, yet it hasn't lost a beat on concentration or length.

The Chateau Malescot St. Exupery is a 3rd growth of Margaux that sits right next to Chateau Margaux- one of the 5-first growths of Bordeaux. This exceptional terroir goes all the way back to 1697 when it was owned by the Escousses family. In the 1800's the property was handed to Jean-Baptiste Saint-Exupery enriching the name of the Chateau with HIS name. By June, 1955 the estate had only 7 ha of vines and the Zuger family began to restore the grounds and the castle. 30ha of the property are dedicated to the vines where the varieties of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot are grown. This is one of the most well-priced wines of Bordeaux and always well regarded, garnering high scores from critics. The 2016 vintage is comprised of 55% cabernet, 37% merlot and the 8% balance is cabernet franc and petit verdot. The wine scored high with typical notes of black currant, cedar, earth, tobacco and mocha around a backbone of fine tannins, and fresh acidity with a lengthy finish and great depth of character. The clay and limestone soil, on a chalk/an asteriated limestone bedrock, allows a natural draining and an exceptionally continuous water supply.
