This beer has a hazy golden color with a creamy foam head. It has aromas of citrus, spice, and fruit, with a flavor that is both sweet and bitter. The taste includes notes of orange peel, coriander, and malt, and finishes with a dry and slightly bitter aftertaste. It is a lighter beer than the Chimay Blue Cap, and is often paired with lighter dishes such as fish and salads.

This beer is characterized by its deep brown color and creamy foam head, with aromas of caramel, toffee, and dried fruit. It has a full-bodied flavor with a sweet, malty taste that gives way to a slightly bitter finish. “Showing the character of the best Cabernet Sauvignon berries I have ever worked with”, says Lenz. Spice of China, concentrated fruit aromas and flavours you would never expect from such a young Cabernet. The small berries occur in this desert climate to protect themselves from evaporating the water – hence a fantastic skin to juice ratio.

It’s an easy progression why we would use Alberta’s famous Taber Corn from the Molnar Farm in our corn mash allowing you to not only eat your Taber Corn, but drink it too. 

Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey is a Kentucky straight bourbon known for its high-rye mash bill (68% corn, 28% rye, 4% malted barley), resulting in a bold, spicy character with a smooth, clean finish. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), it features notes of oak, vanilla, honey, and dried fruit, commonly described as a dry yet versatile sipping bourbon perfect for cocktails.

Wild Turkey 81 Proof is a smooth, approachable Kentucky Straight Bourbon, known for its rich vanilla, caramel, and sweet spice notes (like cinnamon, nutmeg, pear) from heavy charring in American oak barrels, offering a full-bodied flavor without harsh heat, making it great for sipping neat or mixing in cocktails like a Whiskey Ginger.

Mildiani Mukuzani is a red wine from the Kakheti region of Georgia, made with Saperavi grapes. It often exhibits notes of red fruit (cherry, strawberry, etc.), spices (black pepper, chocolate), and aging (vanilla, tobacco). The taste is described as balanced, rich, and complex, with above-average acidity and ripe tannins.

A blend of Georgian native grapes Rkatseteli and Mtsvane, this wine showcases a bright deep yellow color with a pleasing herbal aroma that mingles with notes of white flowers. Banana and tropical fruit flavors are perfectly balanced by a fresh citrus finish and subtle oaky undertones. Full-bodied, elegant, complex, and round, it pairs wonderfully with salads, grilled vegetables, chicken with citrus sauce, and fish.

This wine boasts a well-preserved grape flavor, highlighted by rich undertones of blackberry and cherry. Its characteristic dark ruby color complements a velvety, well-balanced taste, with natural sweetness and delightful acidity that enhance its overall harmony.

Wine Enthusiast: On the greener, vegetal side, this opens with notes of bell pepper, tomato stem and white spice, with pineapple, passion fruit and lemon trailing behind. A gorgeous expression of Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has aromas of blackberry, marionberry and black cherry. The palate is supple and juicy, with a voluminous texture, black fruit and a complex French oak- inspired spice box note.

Known for taking the road less travelled, we decided an exceptional offering that displays the undeniable brut of Lodi Syrah was just the ticket. Freakshow Red is a mash-up of man meets wild...Syrah’s untamed and mysterious allure is refined and polished with the addition of Petite Sirah. Prepare your eyes and taste buds for a FREAK like no other!

TASTING NOTES
The man, the myth, the untamed and refined – our Freakshow Red Wine unveils the wild, unruly blend staring our very own man meets beast. Composed of Syrah, Petite Sirah and Souzao, the 2021 act reveals aromas of juicy raspberry, black cherry, butterscotch and toasted baguette. Full-bodied with polished, velvety tannins, flavours of dried plum, crème brulee and toasted oak are carried through a long finish that will have you reaching for more.

A Cape Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage, Merlot, Shiraz and Mouvedre.  We tasted this wine in Feb 2026 and found it to be very showing well now.  A great find.  My notes would read - "this wine is fully developed, enjoy now, it is not suitable for further aging.  It is at the top of its game.

In order to craft a harmonious dry Gewürztraminer it requires skill and vision. Christian succeeded with his dry interpretation of this very eccentric and aromatic grape variety. A beautiful nose of rose petals, ripe yellow fruit, and pear with elegance and smooth acidity. A dry Gewürztraminer that is a testament to the skill of the grower. It delivers all the exotic notes that we associate with this grape variety while inviting us to enjoy another glass with its clean and refreshing finish. Remarkable.

Made as a traditional 'Australian blend', the Shiraz component provides fleshy fruit flavour while Cabernet provides a frame of fine grained tannins.

The oldest soils can be found in the Rothenberg area. They are of volcanic origin. The vineyard has several terraces. This Riesling grows on particularly old vines on these steps. Aromas of peaches and apricots. Emphatically mineral, with acidity. Very good with Asian dishes.

Veuve Clicquot Extra Brut Extra Old is a champagne that is made from a blend of reserve wines, some of which are up to 20 years old, along with a base of younger wines. The exact blend of grape varieties is not specified by the producer. The wine is aged in the cellar for at least 3 years, which is longer than the minimum requirement for champagne. The wine is then disgorged and a low dosage of sugar is added, resulting in an "extra brut" style that is very dry and crisp. The wine has notes of dried fruit, toasted brioche, and nuts, and is known for its complexity and elegance.

Chalk soils have long been considered one of the key resources enabling the Champagne region to produce such intense and refined wines. Aiming to highlight this relationship, Andre Clouet have released a new wine in their range further dialling up the crisp and salty flavours so prevalent in wines from these chalk rich soils. As a 100% Chardonnay cuvee, this initial release of "Chalky" is entirely from the outstanding 2013 vintage, with vineyard sources one third from the southern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, and two thirds on the Cote de Blancs. After pressing, fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks before being aged for seven years in the bottle, disgorged early in 2021 with 6g/L dosage. Expect a lively, salty, mineral inflected wine that is a perfect aperitif or wine to drink alongside fresh oysters.

This sun-dappled wine is loaded with aromas of baked apple, sweet spice from French oak and lemon zest. Broad and mouthfilling, the palate focuses on ample flavors of pear, dried yellow flowers and roasted honey, finishing with a clean slate of acidity.

Sheep Dip is a premium small-batch blended malt Scotch whisky, crafted from single malts across Scotland into a sophisticated blend with a robust character. It pays homage to Scottish farmers who historically distilled their own spirits, reflecting an era when quality and community took precedence over excise duties. This whisky features a nose of bold fruit aromas including melon, pear, and orange, with citrusy botanicals, sweet marzipan, and spicy oak. On the palate, it offers rich, malt-forward flavors of toffee and dark fruits, culminating in a long, creamy finish with lingering vanilla and a faint hint of bonfires. It won Gold at the World Spirits Competition 2021.

Baker’s bourbon offers a distinctive experience, with each barrel boasting its own unique character, much like the man it's named after. Patiently aged for at least seven years in charred oak barrels, the bourbon extracts rich vanilla notes from its surroundings in the distillery's rickhouses. Uniquely, each bottle is filled from a single barrel, ensuring a bold and nuanced bourbon with individual subtleties. On the nose, expect inviting aromas of fruit, vanilla, and caramel, while the palate delights with flavors of toasted nuts, fruit, and silky vanilla, culminating in a sweet, smooth, and medium-long finish.

This unique terroir, saturated with calcium carbonate, imparts a heightened minerality to Tequila Fuenteseca Cosecha 2018, beautifully complementing its pure agave essence, characterized by notes of sweet, cooked yams, and warm baking spices.
