Floral and black raspberry and coffee bean nose, medium bodied with an open easy to drink, soft and sweet personality. From yields of 25 hectoliters per hectare, the wine was produced from a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. The wine reached 13% ABV and is aging in 50% new oak.

This Lambic has been infused with 30% pure raspberry juice giving it a dark pink colour with a creamy pink foam – it also gives the beer a very big punch of fresh raspberries on both the nose and palate. Although there is some extra complexity under the fruit, it is quite subtle. This beer has a very alive carbonation feel with a refreshing finish and just a touch of sweetness to draw you back for more.

The nose of this wine presents fruity and slightly peppery aromas, including hints of lemons, grapefruits, green apples, pear drops, and fresh herbs. This wine is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes - a mutation of pinot noir, yet grown on steep slopes in the mountainous region of Alto-Adige with a cool, high altitude climate resulting in wines with zingy, fresh, high acidity.  The nose exhibits yellow apple, fresh Italian herbs with nuances of citrus. Initially linear in style, the ageing on the lees adds texture and complexity.  Pinot blanc is always a great alternative to those looking for a change of pace to pinot grigio.

Cotton candy, marshmallows roasting over an open campfire, baked apples, and cornbread batter start a whiskey that then offers hints of caramel apples, pumpkin pie, and roasted pecans. Water opens it up to more nuanced fruit, spice, and sweetness. Without water, brown-sugar butter dominates about mid-palate and leads to a long finish. Dilution makes this a completely different whiskey experience.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The reposado expression is aged in American white oak for 4 months, giving it a slight colour and complexit. It's mellow and earthy with notes of agave, vanilla, oak, caramel and cinnamon.
