Duckhorn in Napa Valley is always synonymous with quality. Their Cabernet always receives critical acclaim as it's well balanced and full bodied without being overly oaked.

Duckhorn Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine blend made from a selection of five Bordeaux grape varieties. The wine is primarily composed of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%), with smaller amounts of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. This wine has a deep ruby color and aromas of blackberry, cassis, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with flavors of ripe black fruit, dark chocolate, and espresso. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing excellent balance to the fruit flavors. The wine has a long, lingering finish, with a touch of oak and spice. It is a classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, offering power, elegance, and complexity. 

20% whole cluster and 80% whole berry fruit is hand-loaded into 225-500 liter new French oak barrels for a 100% barrel fermentation for a period of 28 days, allowing seamless oak integration. The fermentation temperature is kept low, extracting intense aromas, and the cap management is done by hand to ensure soft, gentle flavors and tannin extraction. Wild yeasts. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel leaves considerable lees and sediment. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Licor 43 derives its delightful taste and golden lustre from an age-old recipe consisting of 43 ingredients. Licor 43 is a liqueur with a complex, but harmonic flavour profile that can be perceived at four levels: citrus, botanic, sweet and floral.Citrus: Reminiscence to the lively citrus aromas of Mediterranean citrus gardens. Botanic: The subtle spiced touch of coriander. Sweet: The sweet palate of mature fruit and nuances of vanilla. Floral: Soft notes of Mediterranean orange and lemon blossom, with a certain point of astringency derived from the peel of citrus fruits, smoothed with notes of mature fruits.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The particular agave of Cimarron is grown at 4,620 feet elevation, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character. Clean, agave forward; this a blanco that everyone should be drinking.

A rare release drawn from the Paradis cellars at the Château de Montifaud, this Cognac was the first to personally be distilled Louis Vallet (4th generation), which today stands as a proud family treasure and trophy of the longstanding legacy each of the family's generations beholds. After aging in a combination of red oak and ancient Cognac barrels, Château de Montifaud Héritage Louis Vallet L50 Cognac the percentage of alcohol naturally reduced to 50%; it was then diluted over a period of 2 years down to 40%. This Grand Cru blend was crafted exclusively from Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie between 1935 and 1982, making it an exceptionally rare Cognac.
Eye: Dark antique amber

Nose: Old cigar boxes appear immediately, followed by nuts and spices. Very round and mellow with good rancio.

Palate: The palate keeps the oak light, bringing forth an almond sweetness. The finish is exceptionally long.

Rich and sherried 15yo malt from one of the best distilleries in Speyside. Aged for a little bit longer and bottled a little stronger for a more concentrated, richer flavour. As always, Glenfarclas remains one of the best-value malts on the market – a must for lovers of sherried whisky.

Nose: Complex, sherried, deliciously peated, light butterscotch aromas, with a hint of dried fruit.

Flavour: Full-bodied with a super balance of sherried sweetness, malty tones and peaty flavours.

Finish: Long lasting, gloriously sherried, sweet, gently smoky, and distinguished.

Myth is a single malt whisky matured in a range of specially selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks, bottled at 41% abv. This whisky has a Kosher certificate.



Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh and lively, Myth has mixed citrus fruits mingling with apple, pear drops and the merest hint of tropical fruits

Palate: Sweetness dominates then moves over to allow some refreshing bitterness to emerge while the mixed fruits continue to dominate the flavour

Finish: Gradually all the flavours ebb away to leave memories of a lively and light style of whisky that is easy to drink

Rémy Martin is a brand of French cognac produced by Rémy Martin SAS, a company based in the Cognac region of France. Cognac is a type of brandy made from white grapes grown in the Cognac region and double distilled in copper pot stills. Rémy Martin is known for its high-quality cognacs, which are made from a blend of eaux-de-vie (a type of brandy) aged for at least two and a half years. The company produces a range of cognacs, including Rémy Martin VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale), Rémy Martin XO (Extra Old), and Rémy Martin Louis XIII, which is a blend of more than 1,200 eaux-de-vie aged for an average of 40 years. Rémy Martin cognacs are often enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and are also used in cocktails.

This wine is layered with subtle pineapple aromas and polished with notes of lavender throughout. A fresh and lively palate filled with pleasant tropical tones presented throughout the finish delivers a crisp and playful wine.

Bin 389 was often referred to as ‘Baby Grange', in part because components of the wine are matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange. First made in 1960 by the legendary Max Schubert, this was the wine that helped forge Penfolds reputation with red wine drinkers by combining the structure of cabernet sauvignon with the richness of shiraz. Exemplifying the judicious balance of fruit and oak, Bin 389 highlights the generous mid-palate Penfolds in known for.

The blend of this entry-level red from Rioja changes with the year, and the 2016 Sela is 87% Tempranillo, 7% Graciano and 6% Garnacha, reflecting a cooler year. The aim here is to produce a delicate and pleasant wine to have by the glass or with starters. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in oak barrels for 12 months. It's young and fruit-driven, has good freshness and is easy to drink, with almost unnoticeable tannins.

The nose of this whisky offers intriguing aromas of cherry cough syrup, reminiscent of cinnamon French toast, and hints of spearmint gum. Subtle notes of boiled peanuts, dried flowers, hay, and a touch of sandalwood add depth to its sweet and earthy profile. On the palate, a creamy texture unfolds with a hint of bitterness, showcasing flavors of dried cherries, strawberries, cinnamon sugar, and chocolate. With the addition of water, tart cherry cobbler notes emerge. The finish is characterized by a good length, with woody nuances, hints of vanilla cream, and a lingering spice.

Tasting Notes:
Vital Stats: 43% ABV. Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2021. Double matured in American oak and ex-oloroso casks.
Appearance: This is a light straw color. It forms a thick rim on the glass that takes a long time to form into tears.
Nose: This has the smell of a honeysuckle tree, whole oranges, and a bit of lemon oil. There is just a hint of the grain on the nose as well.

Palate: This is like drinking honey water. It is light and delicate while being full of flavor. It is certainly on the sweet side with notes of honey and star fruit. There is a brief note of cherry on the mid palate. The front and mid palate are quite clean while the finish has a bit of that sulfur taste. The finish is complemented by a light earthy spice, reminiscent of white pepper and allspice. The addition of water sees the sweetness subdued and all the flavors other than the honey are present for longer. There is just a bit of malt that wasn't there straight out of the bottle as well.

Octomore 13.1 is as youthful and dynamic as its super-heavily peated predecessors. Distilled patiently from the 2015 harvest of 100% Scottish Mainland barley, this single malt is malted to a stratospheric 137.3 PPM and matured in the highest quality American oak casks.

If heavy peat is what dad likes, gift him the Octomore, from the Islay distillery of Bruichladdich. Aged for five years in Bourbon barrels, the hidden peat smoke gives way to the floral, malty spirit and sweet American oak with smoked apricot jam, burnt heather and Turkish delight. Fragrant spring lemon verbena, fresh summer rose, and ripe, autumnal blackcurrant leaf are tailored into a supple and vibrant gin which stimulates the senses, from its initial citrus burst to the rounded, generous finish.

These represent Suntory's commitment to only use the best ingredients harvested from the best growing areas in Japan. Every aspect of Roku Gin is crafted by Japanese artisans with a centuries-old tradition of meticulous attention to detail. Spirytyus Zbożowy is a neutral spirit made through the process of rectification, which involves multiple distillations and purification to achieve a high level of purity. It is usually made from grains, such as wheat or rye. Due to its exceptionally high alcohol content, it is not typically consumed neat but is often used as a base spirit for dilution in cocktails or as an ingredient in various liqueurs and tinctures. It's also sometimes used in the production of homemade fruit infusions.

Multiple distillation and carbon filtration provide an unquestionable guarantee of class in its category. This extraordinarily strong spirit must be treated with respect , being very near to pure alcohol. Octomore 13.3 demonstrates the phenomenal force of flavour when combining super-heavy peat with the variable harvests gathered from the island of Islay, raised by friend and farmer James Brown on one singular farm.

With its marine origins, this wine expresses the mineral character of Decugnano dei Barbi's terroir, offering a pleasant and refreshing taste that never disappoints. This traditional wine is a true explosion of flavors and aromas that will leave you breathless from the first to the last drop! And don't worry about aging, because this wine reaches its peak after 3-4 years from the harvest.

From the Piedmont wine region, Giribaldi 2014 is an intense and full-bodied Barolo with dark fruit, underbrush and earthy flavours on the palate and would benefit from a couple more years in cellar. The wine was aged in oak cask for 30 months and tannins are still quite firm

At twelve years old, this pre-teen is more than ready to be enjoyed! Bordeaux wines with dominant merlot tend to be more approachable and easier to enjoy as a younger wine. The merlot dominant wine is soft and smooth yet full of blackberry, plum, green pepper, smoke and vanilla aromas and flavours. 

The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the grape variety. On the nose, the wine exhibits aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a good balance of acidity. Flavors of red fruits, black tea, and a hint of oak are present. This wine is a great pairing with roasted meats, grilled vegetables, and medium-aged cheeses.

Exuding aromas of marshmallow and vanilla, this expression initially presents a restrained nose but unfolds with delightful sweetness reminiscent of peaches and cream, ripe banana, and circus peanuts candies. The collaboration with actor Matthew McConaughey maintains the characteristic earthiness of Wild Turkey, evident on the palate. Despite its modest proof, it delivers a warm sensation with ample oak tannins, making it a pleasant choice for sipping neat, on the rocks, or with water. A remarkable value pick.

The nose tickles with caramel, spice, vanilla, and earthiness, with just a hint of balsamic vinegar. Warming. Coated with spices, ranging from cinnamon to allspice and from coffee to nutmeg. Eventually, patented caramel and vanilla, with a fun hint of cardamom. The long, enjoyable finish is earthy, but there’s an unwanted bitterness at the end that cannot be denied. If not for the bitter end, this would rate much higher.
