Made with brown rice and finished in toasted barrels. Cereal grains with freeze-dried strawberries on the nose as well as toasted herbs, blueberries, and fruity bubble gum. The palate is creamy and light, with notes of strawberry yogurt, bitter chocolate, and burnt sugar. A syrupy finish brings custard, tiramisu, and caramel flan. It is atypical in its profile and at times light bodied, but demonstrates good constriction and drinkability.

"This premium version of the standard Grand Marnier uses Cognacs aged up to 25 years. The result is a deep amber color and earthier scent, showing aromatic orange peel and honeysuckle notes. The flavor is richer than the regular Cordon Rouge bottling, but still honeyed, showing bright orange notes on the finish. Full-bodied and sippable."

Rara Neagra is a Romanian-Moldovan red grape variety that is cultivated in both regions. A great alternative to Merlot, this wine is smooth with a complex aroma of pomegranate, plum and chocolate. The full, velvety taste, with hints of dried fruit and vanilla smoothly pass into an oaky finish.

Decoy Limited Alexander Valley Red Wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah, and other red Bordeaux varieties sourced from premium vineyards in  California. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 10 months, resulting in a rich and complex flavour profile, with a deep ruby colour with aromas of dark fruit, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavours of blackberry, black cherry, and cocoa, with a hint of toasty oak. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a long and satisfying finish.

The Bastardo grape is primarily known as the grape used in Portugal to make Port. In Moldova this hand harvested semi-sweet grape, creates a dark ruby coloured wine. It exhibits aromas of black cherry and violets, ending with a light sweetness on the palate. Bastardo can be enjoyed alone or paired with beef or veal dishes.

Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc, renowned for putting New Zealand on the wine map, offers intense and classic flavors of gooseberry, melon, lime, and mineral. It's an excellent match for grilled chicken, calamari, mildly spiced vegetarian dishes, or stuffed crab.

Yellowstone is a venerable bourbon label with roots tracing back to 1872, coinciding with the establishment of its eponymous national park. The wine has a fruity and floral aroma with notes of cherry, raspberry, and rose petals. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and well-balanced with a pleasant acidity and a long finish. This wine is a perfect pairing for seafood, grilled vegetables, and light pasta dishes.

This wine is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes - a mutation of pinot noir, yet grown on steep slopes in the mountainous region of Alto-Adige with a cool, high altitude climate resulting in wines with zingy, fresh, high acidity.  The nose exhibits yellow apple, fresh Italian herbs with nuances of citrus. Nose: At full strength, heady, nose prickle, pear drops and tightly integrated heather, resin and sweet honey-nut notes. Enticing. Intriguing. With a little water, still harmonious but less pronounced, allowing some malt-cereal, soft, spicy wood, moorland and faint traces of wood smoke to appear.

Body: Soft, pleasing, medium.

Palate: Palate Well balanced, smooth mouthfeel; short punch, sweet and fresh, then a pronounced drying effect. Enjoyable at any time, with little or no water.

Finish: Quite short. Some lingering sweet smoke in the attractive, drying aftertaste.

Myth is a single malt whisky matured in a range of specially selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks, bottled at 41% abv. This whisky has a Kosher certificate.

Nose: Fresh and lively, Myth has mixed citrus fruits mingling with apple, pear drops and the merest hint of tropical fruits

Palate: Sweetness dominates then moves over to allow some refreshing bitterness to emerge while the mixed fruits continue to dominate the flavour

Finish: Gradually all the flavours ebb away to leave memories of a lively and light style of whisky that is easy to drink
