The company's innovative "Oak Bill" trademark involves breaking down barrel staves and infusing them into the whiskey for finishing. Featuring a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, their expression showcases a unique blend of 80% Central Coast Cabernet staves and 20% New French Oak staves. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, freshly-cut straw, and subtle oak. The palate offers a continuation of vanilla alongside red berry sweetness, with a hint of rye spiciness emerging on the back palate. Brother's Bond Original Cask Strength Straight Bourbon is a high-rye, 4-year-old Indiana whiskey (115.8 proof) created by actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley. The 10th release in Bruichladdich's impressive limited-edition Black Art series is an enigmatic, mysterious 29-year-old whisky. Shrouded in darkness, its cask recipe is known only by Bruichladdich's head distiller and its character is spicy, complex and unlike any other Black Art expression. Aromas of chocolate praline, toasted oak, apricot jam, black cherries, honey-covered gooseberries and honeysuckle fill the nose, complemented by notes of gingernut biscuits, lemon meringue pie, marzipan, raisins, plums, vanilla and cinnamon throughout the palate, fading to ripe peaches, tobacco and ginger lingering in the finish.

Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10 is a heavily peated (40 PPM) Islay single malt, aged 10 years in a blend of 65% first-fill American whiskey, 10% second-fill American whiskey, and 25% second-fill French wine casks. This is a unique expression crafted entirely on Islay, from conception to bottling. The barley used in this release was grown locally by seven farming partners within a 10-mile radius of the distillery, showcasing the distinct terroir of the island. Malted to 40ppm on the Scottish mainland, the barley is then brought back to Islay for distillation in tall, narrow-necked stills to achieve elegance and finesse. During maturation, the spirit undergoes a complex journey, with a combination of sherry butts and first and second-fill American whiskey barrels, followed by recasking into Sauternes wine casks from Bordeaux. The resulting whisky is a classic representation of Islay's peated single malt style, offering a harmonious blend of floral notes, honeyed coconut, fudge, and the signature Port Charlotte BBQ peat smoke.

The Botanist is a gin of layered complexity, a progressive exploration of the botanical heritage of our isle of Islay. 22 hand-foraged local botanicals delicately augment nine berries, barks, seeds and peels during an achingly slow distillation. The first Islay dry gin is a rare expression of the heart and soul of our remote Scottish Island.

Distilled exclusively with organic barley grown the previous year by Mid Coul Farms near Inverness, this 8 year old was aged in bourbon barrels. Barley, salted butter, peach, malt, and vanilla on the nose, plus cocoa powder. Quite piercing citrus fruits on the smooth palate, with more vanilla, fudge, overripe banana, and milk chocolate. Spicy oak and a suggestion of brine in the finish.

This wine is in peak condition. The tannins and the secondary flavors dominate this ripe leather-textured wine. The fruit is all there as well: dried berries and hints of black-plum skins. It is a major wine right at the point of drinking with both the mature flavors and the fruit in the right balance.

The Fanti Brunello di Montalcino Vallocchio is a premium, single-vineyard red wine from Tuscany, known for its complexity, structure, and excellent aging potential. It is produced by the Tenuta Fanti estate from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes, locally known as Brunello.
