Made in only the best vintages, the grapes for the Trefiano Carmignano Riserva come from five hectares of vineyards surrounding the historic Villa di Trefiano located in the Carmignano DOCG. The Trefiano DOCG is made from a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo. The wine is aged in tonneaux for 16 months and a further year in a bottle. Ruby red colour, medium-bodied, with black plum fruit, balanced acidity and tannins. Complex with good age-ability.

Chateau Angelus in St. Emilion, Bordeaux's right bank has been in existence since 1782. Now operated by Stephanie de Bouard-Rivoal, who represents the 8th generation of the Bouard de Laforest family. Her goal is to ensure the Angelus name continues to represent excellence and timelessness. The Carillon d'Angelus is the second label of Chateau Angelus, this was first released fro the 1987 vintage. This wine is a red blend of 90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and is highly appreciated for its purity of fruit, velvety tannins and elegant finish. The high content of merlot makes it drinkable earlier in life, but can be aged for the next 8-12 years.

Carmen DO Loma Seca Cinsault, a fresh and floral wine, is dominated by red fruits like strawberries and raspberries, with balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish, and is often described as having herbal notes and a creamy texture.

The second wine of Château Rieussec is selected on the same basis as the grand vin. Its permanent characteristic is a beautiful aromatic amplitude with a dominant citrus palette.
The name Carmes de Rieussec refers to the Carmes de Langon monks who owned the Rieussec estate in the 18th century.

This nine-year-old single malt hails from the Dailuaine Distillery, distilled in 2012 and subsequently enhanced with a finishing period in Sauternes wine casks before being bottled in 2021 by Càrn Mòr for their Strictly Limited series. Sauternes wine, celebrated for its distinctly bold and vibrant sweetness, lends its luscious characteristics to the whisky, enriching its flavor profile with a generous dose of sweetness.

The 2007 Carpineto Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG is a superb Italian red wine that epitomizes the excellence of the Montepulciano region. This wine is crafted predominantly from Sangiovese grapes, with a small percentage of complementary varietals. It likely displays a deep garnet color with brick-red highlights, indicating its maturity. On the nose, expect aromas of ripe dark fruits, such as black cherry and plum, mingled with hints of dried herbs, tobacco, and leather, characteristic of well-aged Sangiovese. For 6 generations the family of Rothschild is synonomous with quality and luxury when it comes to the world of wine. First noted as a wine producer in the 1200's it earned the 1855 classification of a Premier Grand Cru Classe even before the chateau was acquired in 1868 by Baron James Rothschild. Today the family owns 9 seperate domaines expanding to countries outside of France including Chile, New Zealand and China. The Carruades de Lafite is the 2nd label of it's famous first growth Chateau Lafite. While Lafite will use 100% new barrels, the Carruades use the same barrels, but a year later. The 2016 vintage is a blenf of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. The terroir of Pauillac shines through with an intense floral nose of lavender and other flowers, yet black currant, tobacco, pencil lead and cedar. Great ageing potential!

Casa Noble Tequila Añejo is a triple-distilled tequila aged for two years in new French oak barrels, resulting in a complex flavor profile with notes of cooked agave, vanilla, butterscotch, and toasted oak. It has a smooth, full-bodied taste with a velvety texture and a long, warm finish. Aromas of dried fruits, spices, and vanilla complement the flavors of oak and sweet cooked agave.

Layering sweetness and spice, this bold honey-hued spirit fills the nose and mouth with brown sugar and butterscotch. Clove, jalapeño and black pepper seem to grow more present with every sip.

Casa Raia has 4.5ha of vineyards, ranging from 44 years old to new. Certified organic, the phases of the moon are followed to the letter to create biodiversity. All harvesting is done by hand and clusters are inspected carefully before destemmed. The Bevilo is a blend of mostly Sangiovese with small percentages of Canaiolo, Cabernet Franc and Merlot all co-fermented. Beautifully balanced with red cherry, raspberry, and hints of earth and savoury balsamic, it's smooth tannins finish easy and long. A rare find.

Casa Raia was purchased in 2006 by Frenchman Pierre Jean Monnoyer who restored the old vineyards and began producing natural wines with three labels, the "supertuscan" Bevilo, a Sangiovese Rose and this Brunello di Montalcino. Made with 100% Sangiovese (as required by law) this ageable beauty is elegant with a nose of cherry, cinnamon, thyme and hints of pencil shavings and earth. Certainly one of the best "natural" wines out there.

Our most highly awarded tequila, Hornitos Black Barrel starts as a premium Añejo, then spends four months in deeply charred oak barrels to give it rich, smoky flavor and a golden amber color. It spends an additional two months in specially toasted barrels for more depth and complexity and a bold taste that embodies the Hornitos spirit.

This popular brand's pink version is off dry, lightly fizzy and fruity. It has a strawberry-sherbet character that is attractive and great for summer drinking.

The wine evokes sunshine and ripe tropical fruit such as mango and papaya, carefully balanced by a marked acidity which makes it suitable for long bottle aging. Rich, ample and lingering on the palate with light floral and spicy notes.
Hallmarked by its pronounced acidity and zesty tang. A long finish.

Deep ruby red. Intense aromas of marasca cherry, typical of late varieties, followed by spicy notes of white pepper, black pepper and violet. The mouthfeel is soft, with persistent tannins and pronounced acidity, essential criteria for long aging.

Another great wine from the Casale del Giglio winemaking family. Not only are the native varieties a specialty, but they have a solid foundation for some of the rarer French grape varieties also.  A native of the Jurançon region in the foothills of the French Atlantic Pyrenees, the small-berried, thick-skinned Petit Manseng grape from which this white wine is made, is more highly regarded than its larger-berried sibling, Gros Manseng. Antonio Santarelli and his visionary enologist Paolo Tiefenthaler recognized the huge potential of this grape variety in the fertile grounds in their Lazio vineyards. The wine is intensely aromatic, fruity and spicy on the nose, fresh, crisp and flinty on the palate. An exquisitely structured wine which bows out on a seductive, fruit-filled finish. A truly stunning wine for the price. 

Another great wine from the winemaking team at Casale del Giglio, this is another "petit" wine, although there's nothing little about it. Typically the grape used in Bordeaux blends to provide the tannic backbone, it's seen more and more often as a monovarietal wine. The Petit Verdot is part of a special research project that was launched in 1985 with the goal to identify maximize the territory’s potential for quality viticulture. Finding ideal growing conditions with respect to climate, elevation, and soil, the Petit Verdot matures into an elegant and full-bodied red wine with great berry flavours. Velvety and ripe tannins provide a great backbone. A complex wine with great aging potential.
